Abstract

La présente invention concerne une machine d'agrafage d'angle comprenant, - au moins une tête d'agrafage (Tg) destinée à agrafer à angle droit des éléments d'un objet tel qu'un cageot, - un bras de sertissage (Br) correspondant et dont l'extrémité libre est pourvue d'un outil de sertissage, ledit bras de sertissage étant mobile entre une position de dégagement où ledit outil est disposé en dehors du cageot et une position de travail où ledit outil se déplace en vis-à-vis de l'agrafe (Ag) posée pour rabattre les deux brins latéraux (Bc1, Bc2) saillants de l'agrafe, caractérisée en ce que l'outil de sertissage (Os) est pourvu de deux ergots (Gtl, Gt2) montés de manière articulée sur un pousseur (Pr) mobile entre une position escamotée de repos et une position d'avancement, le pousseur (Pr) étant attelé à un actionneur (Vh), et en ce que, pendant le mouvement d'avancement du pousseur (Pr) sous l'effet du fonctionnement de l'actionneur (Vh), les deux ergots (Gtl, Gt2) sont déplacés pour rabattre et sertir les deux brins latéraux (Bc1, Bc2) saillants de l'agrafe. Le sertissage de l'agrafe est réalisé idéalement et de manière reproductible. La fiabilité de fonctionnement de la machine d'agrafage est grandement améliorée.
