Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un système de fixation (100) d'une chaussure sur un repose-pied (1) d'un bateau d'aviron, ladite chaussure possédant une semelle. Selon l'invention, un tel système de fixation comprend un dispositif d'accrochage de la chaussure au repose-pied (1), fondé sur le déploiement d'éléments de fixation (105) dans un évidement de la semelle de ladite chaussure afin de maintenir efficacement la chaussure contre le repose-pied (1) pendant la pratique de l'aviron. Le dispositif d'accrochage peut être désactivé de façon volontaire pour désolidariser la chaussure du repose-pied (1), au moyen d'une pression sur un bouton-poussoir (201) accessible par le pratiquant qui est assis dans le bateau. Ce dispositif d'accrochage présente la particularité de pouvoir être automatiquement désactivé, dans le cas d'un retournement accidentel du bateau, pour permettre au pratiquant de pouvoir s'extirper librement du bateau et ainsi réduire les risques de noyade.
