Abstract

Presse pour l'emboutissage d'une tôle (10) présentant une contre-dépouille (14), la presse comprenant : un bâti inférieur muni d'une première contre-forme (21) et d'une deuxième contre-forme (22), chacune étant mobile entre une position de travail permettant l'emboutissage de la tôle et une position de repos permettant l'évacuation de la tôle emboutie (10) ; un bâti supérieur muni d'un outil supérieur apte à coopérer avec la deuxième contre-forme (22) pour la réalisation de la contre-dépouille (14) ; remarquable en ce que la presse comprend au moins une troisième contre-forme (23) mobile entre une position de travail et une position de repos, les trois contre-formes (21, 22, 23) étant adjacentes deux à deux dans leurs positions de travail respectives. L'invention porte également sur un procédé mettant en œuvre une telle presse et sur un véhicule automobile comprenant une tôle (10) emboutie par un tel procédé.
