Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de détermination, au moyen d'un dispositif électronique de traitement de données, du courant de décharge maximal IMAX applicable à une cellule lithium-ion à une température donnée, à partir d'une pluralité de courbes de décharge (Di) de la cellule à ladite température et sous des courants de décharge (IREFi) distincts inférieurs au courant IMAX, ce procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) pour chaque courbe de décharge (Di), déterminer une valeur de tension UMIN correspondant à un premier minimum local de la courbe de décharge ; b) déterminer, par extrapolation à partir de la pluralité de valeurs UMIN déterminées à l'étape a), une fonction f continue représentative de l'évolution de la valeur UMIN en fonction du courant de décharge à ladite température ; et c) déterminer le courant IMAX à partir de la fonction f.
