Abstract

Ce dispositif multiplicateur de poussée (DMP) s'appuie sur les résultats expérimentaux menés par la NASA à partir d'un générateur de poussée pulsée type pulsoréacteur, et dont l'efficacité en termes d'augmentation de poussée conséquente est incontestable. Ce DMP se caractérise en ce que le mécanisme d'ouverture et de fermeture de cet éjecteur produisant le débit secondaire du DMP reste des plus efficace durant la première phase du décollage à faible vitesse, pour venir ensuite s'effacer totalement dès que l'aéronef tend vers sa vitesse de croisière, les 2 demi éjecteur se confondant alors parfaitement avec le profil de l'aile dans laquelle la chambre de combustion à pression constante ou à volume constant est positionnée.
