Abstract

PRIOR:

Any moving system creates vibrations and noise pollution.

Such as sound diffusers, CD players, Vinyl, Blu-Ray etc ... The goal is to create a compact anti-vibration cabinet, each shelf of which will have its own anti-vibration system. Among the different existing technologies, we choose the ball decoupling pads.

They are the most efficient in the quality / price ratio.

The sets currently offered consist of 3 ball systems, which must be inserted under each device to protect it being placed on the shelf of a piece of furniture.

This application is not practical because it is difficult to implement.

In addition, the connections to be made on the devices are delicate, due to their instability.

Standard furniture has its limits, due to the quality of the materials used, to prevent or evacuate vibrations.

Consequently, the decoupling pads will be less efficient. The furniture we have designed will have all the characteristics and features of the sets known as ball decoupling pads thanks to its acoustic transparency.

The dynamic anti-vibration cabinet has been designed for optimal separation of electronics, thanks to the decoupling which is carried out laterally for each shelf, allowing it to remain substantially impermeable to external vibrations.

It also makes it possible to minimize the vibrations produced by the devices, by eliminating them by a vertical coupling of each shelf and this up to the floor.

It removes the constraint of having to install these decoupling pads under each device, which is more convenient.

In the first case there is indeed a coupling of the shelves, but no decoupling.

You cannot handle the furniture easily and its assembly is very delicate because of the imperative centering of the points in the cups.

In the second case the piece of furniture is compact and easy to handle, but it has its limits and does not allow effective coupling of the shelves.

1) The object of the invention is to produce a high fidelity, dynamic piece of furniture, equipped with a so-called floating ball coupling / decoupling device. The advantage of this piece of furniture is that you can place the devices on the shelves, as if it were an ordinary piece of furniture. This is to protect these devices from vibration waves Page4 in a simple and practical way, compared to similar systems, which are installed under the devices to be protected. In addition, there is all the height available between shelves, which is detrimental for the studs located under the devices. We will take for reference, the figure (A), which represent the vertical section at the level of the columns, of a piece of furniture with three shelves. This is an example not limited to the number of shelves.
