Abstract

The invention relates to a storage facility (10) comprising: a structure (100) to be secured to a vertical wall (M), comprising at least one first upper crosspiece (124a) and at least one first lower crosspiece (126a) which are parallel to each other; and at least one storage accessory (200) arranged so as to be mounted on the structure (100) in a detachable manner, said storage accessory comprising an attachment device arranged so as to be detachably hooked onto the structure, said attachment device having an upper end part designed so as to cooperate with an upper part of the first upper crosspiece (124a), and a lower end part designed so as to cooperate with the first lower crosspiece.

Modular storage system

Background of the invention

The present invention relates to the field of storage systems and systems, which are generally intended to be installed in living areas, such as for example the kitchen, the bathroom, the garage, or any other part of a house or house. 'a flat.

It is known that the average living space per person in urban areas tends to decrease, especially because of the high price of real estate. However, the number of possessed objects continues to grow, so that individuals need more storage.

To store things, it is known to use cupboards or cabinets, or to set shelves on the wall. However, cupboards and cabinets are bulky storage systems, sometimes difficult to install and not very flexible. In addition, more and more stores offer furniture or shelves to assemble oneself, which can be tedious when one is not handyman. Not only is it not easy to fix shelves to a wall, but it becomes particularly tedious if we must then move them, for example to change the arrangement of shelves.

Object and summary of the invention

An object of the present invention is to provide a storage installation that is simple to install while being modular.

To do this, the invention relates to a storage installation, which comprises:

a structure intended to be fixed to a vertical wall, the structure comprising at least a first upper cross member and at least a first lower cross member which are parallel and transversely spaced apart from each other;

at least one storage accessory arranged to be removably mounted to the structure, said storage accessory comprising at least one attachment device arranged to be removably attached to the structure, said attachment device having an upper end portion consistent to cooperate with a party upper end of the first upper cross member, and a lower end portion shaped to cooperate with the first lower cross member.

The vertical wall is for example a wall, such as a wall or a partition.

The structure is fixed, for example by screwing, to the vertical wall.

The fixing device, to which the storage accessory is attached, is thus arranged to be removably hooked to the structure, without tools.

Also, it allows to easily mount the storage system and can quickly and effortlessly change the configuration. The user can use one or more storage accessories, depending on his needs and the size of the structure. What's more, this easy assembly allows the user to move or remove storage accessories that they no longer use, or to replace them with other storage accessories.

In addition, thanks to the invention, the user can equip themselves with new storage accessories and mount them to the structure, in order to create his own storage system so that it corresponds to his needs and desires. In other words, the storage system according to the invention is easily customizable and flexible.

The storage accessory comprises a storage element, for example a support element, which is secured to the fixing device. The storage element is intended to carry the item (s) to be stored.

According to the invention, the fastening device attaches to the structure through the upper and lower end portions which cooperate with the first upper and lower crosspieces. The first upper and lower crosspieces preferably have a circular cross section. To hook the fastener to the structure, the upper end portion is first engaged with the first upper cross member.

After its attachment to the structure, the fixing device is secured to the structure in that the end portion of the fastener cooperates with the upper portion of the first upper cross member.

When attached to the structure, the fastener engages at least the first lower cross member to stabilize the fixing device in vertical position. Advantageously, the lower part of the rear face of the fastener comes into contact with the first lower crossbar when the fastener is hooked to the structure.

Preferably, the upper end portion passes behind the first upper cross member, that is to say between the first cross member and the vertical wall. Then, the lower end portion of the fastener is brought into contact with the first lower cross member by pivoting the fastener about the axis of the first upper cross member. When an object to be stored is placed on the storage accessory, there is a couple of rotation which tends to press the fixing device, and in particular its lower end against the first lower crossbar, which has the effect of hold the storage accessory in place.

Advantageously, the upper end portion forms a hook which is arranged to cooperate with the first upper cross member. Preferably, the hook engages with the upper part of the crossbar. The support device includes a plate-shaped body and the hook extends from the upper end of the body.

Advantageously, the hook has an upper section which is located above the first upper cross member. Preferably, the upper section of the hook comes into contact with the upper part of the first upper rail when the fastening device is hooked to the structure.

When the cross section of the first upper cross member is cylindrical, the term "upper portion" of the first upper cross member, the upper cylindrical half surface of the first upper cross member. Preferably, when the upper end portion forms a hook, the latter cooperates with the first upper cross member to achieve a sliding pivot connection. In other words, the fixing device can easily be pivoted about the axis of the first upper cross member, or even translated along the first top rail, and to adjust the position of the storage accessory.

Still preferably, the hook opens towards the outer face of the fixing device which carries the storage element. It is specified here that the inner face is that which faces the vertical wall when the fastening device is attached to the structure.

Advantageously, the lower end portion is shaped to be coupled with the first lower cross member to block the rotation of the fastener around the first upper cross member.

This coupling makes it possible to improve the maintenance of the fastening device to the structure. In particular, the coupling is made to prevent pivoting of the fastening device about the axis of the first upper cross member in a direction in which the lower end portion moves away from the first lower cross member. It is then prevented that the upper end portion disengages from the first upper cross member, which further improves the safety of the installation according to the invention.

According to a second embodiment of the invention, the lower end portion has a lower portion, arranged to be disposed below a lower portion of the first lower cross member, when the fastener is attached to the structure.

Preferably, the lower end portion is sized to effect forcibly engaging the bottom wall with the first lower cross member. The lower and upper end portions of the fastener therefore tighten the first upper and lower crosspieces. The tightening operated with the first The bottom crossbar has the effect of opposing the disengagement of the fastening device, and in particular the pivoting in the direction of a distance from the lower end portion of the first lower cross member.

Preferably, the lower portion extends transversely relative to the body of the fixing device, defining a return which projects towards the rear face of the body of the fixing device, opposite to the storage element.

To further improve the maintenance of the fastener to the structure, the lower portion has at least one bulge arranged to lock the fastener to the first lower cross member.

The bulge is disposed on an upper face of the lower portion so as to come into contact with the lower part of the first lower cross member.

According to an advantageous embodiment, at least one of the first lower and upper crosspieces further comprises an adhesion device for improving the adhesion of the fastener to said crossmember. It is understood that the adhesion device opposes the displacement of the fastening device relative to the first crosspieces. This prevents the fastener from pivoting about the axis of the first upper cross member, or it is translated in a direction parallel to the first cross. The adhesion device can form a single piece with the structure or be an insert. Preferably, it is a plastic or rubber part.

Even more preferably, the adhesion device is a sheath. It is therefore a sheath at least partially surrounding the first cross.

Advantageously, the distance between the first upper cross member and the first lower cross member is substantially equal to the length of the fixing device. The fixing device is compact. It is then possible to have several support devices on top of each other, when the structure comprises several upper and lower crosspieces. This allows to have several storage accessories, one above the other, to maximize the available space. According to a variant, the width of the fixing device is substantially equal to the length of the first crosspieces.

Advantageously, the structure comprises at least two parallel uprights between which extend the first lower and upper crosspieces. The parallel uprights preferably extend in a vertical direction.

According to one variant, the distance between the two uprights is substantially equal to the width of the fixing device, so that the fixing device is wedged in a horizontal direction, the uprights constituting abutments arranged on either side of the width. of the fixing device.

According to another variant, the distance between the two uprights is substantially equal to a multiple of the width of the fixing device.

The multiple is an integer greater than or equal to two. This configuration makes it possible to have several support devices side by side between two uprights, while ensuring a horizontal wedging of the support devices. It is understood that the space between the two uprights is occupied by support devices forming a horizontal row which is flanked by the two uprights.

Alternatively, the storage accessory further comprises at least one other attachment device configured to be removably attached to the structure. An interest is to be able to withstand greater loads exerted on the storage accessory, the plurality of support devices for taking up greater vertical forces. The support devices can be arranged on the same structure, or on two structures arranged side by side.

According to an advantageous aspect of the invention, the structure further comprises at least a second upper cross member disposed under the first upper cross member, and at least one second lower cross member disposed under the first lower cross member.

The second upper and lower cross members are parallel to each other, distinct from the first upper and lower cross members, and transversely spaced apart from each other.

The first upper cross member, the first lower cross member, the second upper cross member and the second lower cross member are arranged in a vertical row. According to an advantageous aspect of the invention, the upper end portion is arranged to be engaged between the first upper cross member and the second upper cross member, whereby the second upper cross member is then able to take up part of the forces exerted on the fixing device and / or to improve the stability of the fixing device.

In particular, the fixing device abuts against the second upper cross member when said fastening device is attached to the structure. According to a preferred example, the rear face of the body of the fastening device is then wedged to at least two sleepers, which improves the stability of the fastening device, and therefore the storage accessory, in the hooked position.

Advantageously, the upper end portion of the fixing device further comprises a bearing portion arranged to be arranged between the first upper cross member and the second upper cross member when the fastening device is attached to the structure.

This support portion has the function of bearing on the upper part of the second upper cross member is permanently, or in case of breakage of the hook. It is understood that this support portion improves the recovery of vertical forces and / or improve the safety of the installation. Preferably, the support portion is arranged to bear on the second upper cross member when the fastening device is attached to the structure. Advantageously, the bearing portion bears on the upper part of the second upper cross member when the fastening device is attached to the structure.

Advantageously, the distance between the second upper cross member and the first lower crossbar is at least equal to twice the distance between the first and second upper crosspieces. The upper and lower rails are arranged in pairs. Preferably, the structure has a plurality of pairs of sleepers disposed in at least one, and preferably several, vertical rows.

The storage accessory can be of any type. Advantageously, but not limitatively, it is a hook, a receptacle, a tray, a towel holder, or a bottle holder.

Detailed description of the invention

In Figure 1, there is illustrated a first embodiment of a storage system 10 according to the present invention.

The storage facility 10 comprises a structure 100 which is intended to be fixed to a vertical wall M, in this case a wall wall. In this example, the structure 100 comprises five uprights 102,104,106,108,110 which are regularly spaced from each other by a distance D. It is found that the amounts 102,104, 106,108,110 are parallel to each other. The structure 100 further comprises fixing holes 112, for fixing the structure to the wall wall M, these fixing holes 112 being arranged at the four corners of the structure 100.

The structure 100 further comprises a plurality of pairs of horizontal crosspieces that extend between the posts 102 and 110 which are disposed at each end of the structure. In this example, the structure 100 comprises seven pairs of horizontal crosspieces, the pairs of crosspieces being referenced 120,122,124,126,128,130,132. The pairs of ties are regularly spaced from each other. The distance separating two sleepers within a pair of sleepers is identical from one cross to the other. In other words, the cross members 120a and 120b of the pair of crosspieces 120 have a spacing e which is the same as that existing between the cross members 122a and 122b of the second pair of cross members 122. Furthermore, the cross members of the structure have sections circular transverse. In this example, the cross sections are the same from one cross to the other. The sleepers are constituted here by cylindrical metal rods.

It is also noted that the distance between two pairs of sleepers is substantially greater than the distance between two sleepers of the same pair.

Furthermore, it is found that the amounts are arranged behind the crosspieces, that is to say that the amounts are arranged between the wall wall M and the cross members when the structure is attached to the wall.

In this example, the uprights and the rails are made of metal.

If one is more particularly interested in two pairs of adjacent sleepers, for example the pairs of sleepers 124, 126 in FIGS. 1 and 3, which are here referred to as upper pair of sleepers 124 and lower pair of sleepers 126, it can be seen that that the structure comprises a first upper cross member 124a, a second upper cross member 124b, disposed under the first upper cross member 124a; the first and second upper cross members 124a, 124b belonging to the pair of upper cross members 124. The structure further comprises a first lower cross member 126a and a second lower cross member 126b disposed under the first lower cross member 126a; the first cross lower 126a and the second lower cross 126b belonging to the lower cross pair 126.

The first upper cross member 124a and the first lower cross member 126a are parallel and transversely spaced from each other by a distance d which is substantially equal to the distance between the second upper cross member 124b and the second lower cross member 126b.

As can be seen in FIG. 1, the distance E between the second upper cross member and the first lower crossbar is at least twice the distance e between the first and second upper crosspieces.

According to the invention, the storage facility 10 further comprises one or more storage accessories 200 which are arranged to be removably mounted to the structure 100. A first example of such a storage accessory is illustrated in FIG. 2. It is a storage accessory type support which comprises a storage element or support 206 provided with two tabs 202,204 forming for example a coat rack or any other type of support.

The storage accessory 200 comprises, in the example of Figure 2, a fastening device 210 which is fixedly secured to the support member 206. The fastener 210 comprises a body 212 which here has the shape of a substantially rectangular plate. The attachment device comprises an upper end portion 214 and a lower end portion 216. The upper end portion 214 and the lower end portion 216 respectively extend from the upper and lower ends of the body 212.

The body 212 has a front face 212a and a rear face 212b opposite the front face 212a. The front face 212a is the one facing the support member 206. More specifically, the support member 206 is integrally fixed to the front face 212a. The rear face 212b is substantially flat.

As can be seen in FIG. 2, the upper end portion 214 forms a hook 218 which has an upper section 218a and a middle section 218b which connects the upper section to the body 212. More specifically, the end portion upper 214 of the fixing device 210 further comprises a bearing portion 220 which connects the middle section 218b to the body 212.

As can be seen in FIG. 2, the hook 218 opens towards the front face 212a of the body 212 of the fastening device 210.

We also note that the middle section 218b is substantially parallel to the rear face 212b. Furthermore, the upper section 218a has a curved shape, the radius of curvature of which is preferably substantially equal to the radius of the cross section of the cross members of the structure.

It is also noted that the upper end portion 214 is shaped so that the middle section 218b extends behind a plane containing the body 212, so that the upper section 218a protrudes towards the front face 212a of the body 212.

Referring again to FIG. 2, it can be seen that the lower end portion 216 has a lower portion 224 that extends substantially orthogonally to the body 212 projecting in a direction opposite to the fastener member 206. therefore shows in Figure 2 that the lower portion 224 and the bearing portion 220 are substantially parallel and extend on the same side relative to the body 212 of the fastener 210.

The lower portion 224 also has an upper face 224a which carries a bulge 226, in this case a boss which projects towards the bearing portion 220.

The fixing device 210 has a width ί and a length L which, in this example, is substantially equal to the distance d between the first upper cross member 124a and the first lower cross member 126a.

As can be understood from FIG. 3, the storage accessory 200 is arranged to be removably mounted to the structure 100. To do this, the attachment device 210 is arranged to be removably hooked to the structure.

We will now explain in more detail how is hanging the storage accessory 200 to the structure 100.

Referring to Figures 2, 3 and 4C, it is found that the upper end portion 214 is shaped to cooperate with an upper portion 125 of the first upper cross member 124a. More precisely, the hook 218 is arranged to engage with the first upper cross member 124a, and more specifically with the upper portion 125 of the first upper cross member 124a.

Figures 4A to 4C illustrate how the storage accessory is mounted to the structure. In the detail view of FIG. 4C, it can be seen that the upper section 218a of the hook 218 extends to the rear of the first upper cross member 124a while bearing on substantially one half of the upper part 125 of the first cross member. upper, which in this example represents a semi-cylindrical shape.

More specifically, the hook 218 extends between the first upper cross member 124a and the vertical wall M when the fastening device is attached to the structure, the hook thus bearing above the first upper cross member.

Referring to FIGS. 4A to 4C, it is also understood that the upper end portion, and in particular the hook 218, is shaped to guide the pivoting of the fastener 210 about the X axis of the first upper cross member 124a during the mounting of the storage accessory to the structure 100.

The lower end portion 216 is shaped to be coupled with the first lower cross member 126a to block the pivoting of the fastener around the first top rail. To do this, as seen in Figure 4C, the lower portion 224 is arranged to be disposed below a lower portion 127 of the first lower cross 126a when the storage accessory is hooked to the structure. The bulge 226 is arranged to lock the fastener to the first lower cross member 126a, preventing pivoting about the X axis of the first upper cross member 124a.

In the example of FIGS. 4A to 4C, the crosspieces are sheathed with the aid of a plastic cladding 129 which constitutes an adhesion device for improving the retention of the fastening device to the crosspieces. Referring now to Figure 4A, it is found that when mounting the storage accessory, the upper end portion 214 is engaged between the first upper cross member 124a and the second upper cross member 124b. The storage accessory pivots then around the axis X of the first upper cross member 124a, which is illustrated in Figure 4B, until the lower wall 224 comes engage below the first lower cross 124a.

In FIG. 4C, it can be seen that the rear face 212b of the body 212 bears against the second upper cross member 124b and against the first lower cross member 126a.

It can also be seen in FIG. 4C that the bearing portion 220 is arranged to be disposed between the first upper cross member 124a and the second upper cross member 124b when the fastening device is hooked to the structure. More precisely, referring to the detail view of FIG. 4C, it can be seen that the bearing portion is arranged to rest on the upper part of the second upper cross member 124b when the fastening device is hooked to the structure . It is therefore clear in this example that the fixing device bears vertically on both the first upper cross member 124a and the second upper cross member 124b.

Referring again to FIG. 1, it can be seen that the distance D between two consecutive uprights 106, 108 is substantially equal to three times the width ί of the hanging device 210, so that it is possible to juxtapose three accessories of storage between two adjacent posts 106,108 between which these three storage accessories are blocked in horizontal translation.

In Figure 5, there is illustrated a variant of the structure 100 'of the storage system according to the invention. In this variant embodiment, the structure 100 'comprises only two uprights 102', 104 'between which the crosspieces 120' extend. In this example, the distance D between two uprights is substantially equal to the width ί of the fixing device. In other words, the structure 100 'illustrated in FIG. 5 is in the form of a ladder from which each pair of crosspieces can receive only one storage accessory.

With the help of Figures 6 to 9, there is illustrated other variants of storage accessories.

In Figure 6, the support member 206 has been replaced by a basket or receptacle, the latter being welded to the fastener 210 '. In Figure 7, there is illustrated a storage accessory 200 "which has the shape of a tray, this storage accessory 200" having two fasteners 210a ", 210b". It is understood that each of the fasteners 210a "and 210b" is intended to be attached to crosspieces belonging to two vertical rows distant from each other.

In Figure 8, there is illustrated a storage accessory 200 "'forming a towel holder, while in Figure 9 is illustrated the storage accessory 200" "constituting a bottle holder.

Of course, these examples are not limiting and other forms of storage accessories provided with the fixing device according to the invention could be envisaged.

Claims

1. Storage installation (10), characterized in that it comprises:

a structure (100,1000 intended to be fixed to a vertical wall (M), the structure comprising at least a first upper cross member (124a), at least a second upper cross member (124b) disposed under the first upper cross member (124a) and at least a first lower cross member (126a), the crosspieces being parallel and transversely spaced from each other;

at least one storage accessory (200,200 ', 200 ", 200"', 200 "") arranged to be removably mounted to the structure (100,1000), said storage accessory comprising at least one attachment device (210, 2100 arranged to be removably hooked to the structure, said attachment device having an upper end portion (214) shaped to cooperate with an upper portion (125) of the first upper cross member (124a) being engaged between the first upper rail

The storage facility of claim 1, wherein the upper end portion (214) forms a hook (218) which is arranged to cooperate with the first top rail (124a).

The storage facility of claim 2, wherein said hook (218) extends between the first top rail

(124a) and the vertical wall (M) when the fastening device is hooked to the structure, the hook abutting above the first upper cross member (124a).

Storage facility according to one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the upper end portion (214) is shaped to guide the pivoting of the fastener (210) about the axis (X) of the first top rail (124a) during mounting of the storage accessory to the structure (100).

A storage installation according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the lower end portion (216) is shaped to be coupled with the first lower cross member (126a) to block the pivoting of the fastener around the first top rail.

The storage facility of claim 5, wherein the lower end portion (216) has a lower portion (224) arranged to be disposed below a lower portion (127) of the first lower rail (126a). ), when the fastening device is hooked to the structure.

The storage facility of claim 6, wherein the lower portion (224) has at least one bulge (226) arranged to lock the fastener to the first lower cross member (126a).
