Abstract

Quick-mount storage structure

Background of the invention

The present invention relates to the field of storage systems and systems, which are generally intended to be installed in living areas, such as for example the kitchen, the bathroom, the garage, or any other part of a house or house. 'a flat.

It is known that the average living space per person in urban areas tends to decrease, especially because of the high price of real estate. However, the number of possessed objects continues to grow, so that individuals need more storage.

To store things, it is known to use cupboards or cabinets, or to set shelves on the wall. However, cupboards and cabinets are bulky storage systems, sometimes difficult to install and not very flexible. In addition, more and more stores offer furniture or shelves to assemble oneself, which can be tedious when one is not handyman. Not only is it not easy to fix shelves to a wall, but it becomes particularly tedious if we must then move them, for example to change the arrangement of shelves.

The document FR 3,033,236 describes a storage installation which is simple to install while being modular. In this document, the storage facility comprises a structure intended to be attached to a vertical wall, for example a wall.

The structure comprises a grid of substantially rectangular shape, which is provided with four mounting members arranged at the four corners of the grid.

If this grid fulfills the objective sought in the document FR 3,033,236, its attachment to the wall may take a long time, especially for an unskilled user.

Object and summary of the invention

An object of the present invention is to provide a storage structure of the aforementioned type which is faster to fix the wall.

To do this, the invention relates to a storage structure provided with a grid intended to be fixed to a vertical wall, the grid having a first side edge, a second side edge, an upper edge and a lower edge, the grid comprising:

at least one upper support member and at least one lower support member, the upper and lower support members being parallel to each other;

Typically, the grid further comprises a central upright which extends perpendicular to the upper support member, the center of gravity of the grid is in a plane which passes through the central upright while being perpendicular to the upper support member, and the central upright has an upper portion, located between the center of gravity and the upper edge, which is provided with at least a first mounting member for fixing the grid to the vertical wall.

Preferably, the central upright is disposed equidistant from the first and second side edges of the grid.

Still preferably, the grid is substantially symmetrical with respect to the central upright.

Insofar as the first mounting member is located in the upper portion of the central upright, it is understood that the grid finds a stable equilibrium position when it is fixed to the wall. Fixing performed using the first mounting member allows to correctly position the grid to the wall, while maintaining it in place during the finalization of the fixing operations. In other words, once the grid is fixed to the vertical wall by the first mounting member, the grid finds a stable equilibrium position under the effect of gravity. Moreover, this position of stable equilibrium makes it possible to easily bring the grid into its desired position, that is to say the position in which the support elements are horizontal. In the preferred case where the grid comprises a plurality of mounting members, the user can finalize the attachment of the grid to the vertical wall with the aid of the other mounting members without necessarily having to hold, or at least , having to support the weight of the grid. Fixing the grid is easier and faster.

Advantageously, but not necessarily, the first mounting member is disposed in an upper end portion of the central upright. An interest is to obtain a particularly balanced position stable even when the grid is only thanks to the first mounting member.

Advantageously, the upper support member comprises a first upper cross member and a first lower cross member, parallel to each other, and the mounting member is disposed between the first upper cross member and the first lower cross member.

Of interest is that the first upper and lower rails serve as a guide that assists in the positioning of a fastener in the mounting member.

Preferably, a portion of the upper support member is disposed in the upper end portion of the central upright. Still preferably, the upper support member is attached to the upper end portion of the central post. Thus, the upper support element preferably defines the upper edge of the grid. More specifically, the first upper cross member of the upper support member defines the upper edge of the grid.

Advantageously, the storage structure according to the invention further comprises at least a first fastener arranged to cooperate with the first mounting member to fix the grid to the vertical wall.

Preferably, the first mounting member is a hole in the central post. In this case, the first fastener passes through the hole to engage in the vertical wall.

Also, before the final fixing, the grid can rotate around the axis of the hole while being held in the vertical wall by the first fastener.

An interest is to be able to adjust the position of the grid by tilting it around the axis of the hole.

In order to facilitate the adjustment of the grid position, the structure further preferably comprises a magnetic spirit level which is to be placed on the upper support member. This helps the user to adjust the horizontality of the top edge of the grid. This operation is done very simply by rotating the grid. Once correctly positioned, it acts on the first fastener to secure the grid more firmly to the vertical wall.

Preferably, the first fastener is a screw. Advantageously, the central upright further comprises a second mounting member disposed between the first mounting member and the lower support member.

The second mounting member improves the attachment of the grid to the vertical wall after the user has fixed the grid to the vertical wall with the first fastener.

Preferably, the grid further includes a central support member disposed between the upper and lower support members, and the central post is attached to the central support member.

Advantageously, the central support member comprises an upper central cross member and a lower central cross member, and the second mounting member is disposed between the upper and lower central crosspieces.

Preferably, the second mounting member is disposed substantially at the center of gravity of the grid.

According to an advantageous embodiment, the grid further comprises a first amount, parallel to the central upright, which comprises at least a first mounting device.

The first mounting device, preferably similar to the first mounting member, reinforces the attachment of the grid to the vertical wall.

Preferably, the mounting device is disposed between the first upper and lower rails of the upper support member.

According to a variant, the lower support element comprises a second upper cross member and a second lower cross member, parallel to each other, and the first mounting device is disposed between the second upper cross member and the second lower cross member.

Without departing from the scope of the present invention, the first upright comprises a first mounting device disposed between the first and second upper rails, and a second mounting device disposed between the first and second lower rails.

Advantageously, the grid further comprises at least a second amount, the first and second amounts being parallel to the central upright while being arranged on either side of the central upright. Preferably, the grid comprises an odd number of amounts. The invention also relates to a storage installation comprising:

a storage structure according to the invention, the gate of which is provided with at least one first intermediate support element disposed between the upper and lower support elements, the first intermediate support element having an upper intermediate crossmember and a lower intermediate crossmember, and the installation further comprises at least one storage accessory arranged to be removably mounted to the first intermediate support member, said storage accessory comprising at least one attachment device having an upper end portion shaped to cooperate with the upper intermediate rail. In Figure 1, there is illustrated a storage structure 10 which is provided with a grid 12, in this metal example, intended to be fixed on a vertical wall, in this case a wall M. In addition, the grid further comprises a central support element 26, which is parallel to the upper support member 22 and the lower support member 24. Furthermore, the grid comprises a first support element 28 and a second support element 30, parallel to each other, which are arranged between the upper support element 22 and the central support element 26. By in addition, the grid further comprises a third support element 32 and a fourth support element 34, parallel to each other, which are arranged between the central support element 26 and the lower support element 24.

The grid further comprises a central upright 40, which extends perpendicularly to the upper support member 22 between the upper edge 18 and the lower edge 20.

In this example, the central upright 40 is attached to the upper and lower support members, as well as to the central support member, as well as to the first, second, third, and fourth support members 28, 30, 32, 34. .

In this example, the central upright 40 has a front face 42 and a rear face 44, opposite to the front face. More exactly, the third amount 50 is disposed between the first amount 46 and the central amount 40, while the fourth amount 52 is disposed between the central amount 40 and the fourth amount 48.

Each of the uprights has a front face opposite the wall, and the support elements are attached to the front faces of the various amounts.

Also, in this example, the grid has an odd number of amounts. In this example, the grid has five amounts.

It is furthermore noted that each of the support elements comprises an upper cross member and a lower cross member. The sleepers are in the form of elongated rods.

More specifically, the support member 22 comprises an upper cross member 22a and a lower cross member 22b, parallel to the cross member 22a. In other words, the first upper cross member 22a and the first lower cross member 22b are parallel and spaced from each other, while being perpendicular to the central upright 40. The first upper and lower crosspieces are fixed, for example welded, to the front side of central pillar 40.

Similarly, the central support member 26 comprises an upper central cross member 26a and a lower central cross member 26b. The upper and lower central beams are parallel and distant from each other. Finally, the lower support member 24 comprises a second upper cross member 24a and a second lower cross member 24b, the second upper and lower crosspieces being parallel and spaced apart from each other.

As can be seen, the central upright 40 is located equidistant from the first and second lateral edges 14, 16.

More exactly, the center of gravity of the grid 12 is in a plane P which passes through the central upright 40, while being perpendicular to the upper support element 22.

The central upright 40 has an upper portion 41 which is disposed above the center of gravity G. This upper portion 41 extends between the center of gravity and the upper edge.

In this nonlimiting example, the center of gravity G is disposed approximately at the intersection of the central support member 26 and the central upright 40.

According to the invention, the upper portion 41 is provided with a first mounting member 60 for fixing the grid to the vertical wall. In this example, the first mounting member 60 is located at an upper end portion of the central post 40.

This first mounting member 60 consists of a hole 62 which is formed in the central upright while being disposed between the first upper cross member 22a and the first lower cross member 22b.

The central upright 40 further comprises a second mounting member 64, in this case a hole 66, which is disposed between the first mounting member 60 and the lower support member 24. In this example, the second mounting member 64 is disposed between the upper central crosspieces 26a and lower 26b.

Finally, the central upright 40 further comprises a third mounting member 68, in this case a hole 70 located in a lower end portion of the central upright 40, the third mounting member 68 being disposed between the second upper cross member 24a. and the second lower crossbar 24b.

Furthermore, the first upright 46 comprises at least a first mounting device 72, in this case a hole 74, which is arranged between the first and the upper cross-members 22a, 22b of the upper support element 22. The first post 46 further comprises a second mounting device 76, in this case a hole 78, which is arranged between the second upper and lower crosspieces 24a, 24b of the lower support element 24.

Similarly, the second upright 48 includes a third mounting device 80, in this case a hole 82, which is disposed between the first upper and lower rails 22a, 22b of the upper support member 22.

Finally, the second post 48 includes a fourth mounting device 84, in this case a hole 88, which is arranged between the upper and lower crosspieces 24a, 24b of the lower support element 24.

Furthermore, the storage structure 10 further comprises a first fastener 100, in this case a screw 102, which is arranged to cooperate with the first mounting member 60. More specifically, the screw 102 is intended to be introduced. in the hole 62 in order to fix the grid to the vertical wall M.

Insofar as the first mounting member is located substantially in the plane P which contains the center of gravity G, it is understood that the grid 12 is positioned of itself so that the upper edge 18 is substantially horizontal.

If necessary, the user can adjust the horizontality of the upper edge 18 by possibly using a magnetic bubble level 101 that it can on the upper edge 18. To do this, the user can rotate the grid around the axis of the screw 102. Once the grid correctly positioned, it can tighten the screw 102.

As illustrated in FIG. 3, the structure furthermore comprises other fixing members, in this case screws, which cooperate with the other mounting members, and more precisely with the holes, in order to reinforce the fixing of the grid to Wall.

In Figure 4, there is illustrated a storage installation 200 which comprises:

the storage structure 10 according to the invention whose gate is provided with at least a first intermediate support element 27, constituted in this case by the second support element 30. This element intermediate support 27 is disposed between the upper and lower mounting members.

Said storage facility further comprises at least one storage accessory 300, in this case a hook, to be removably mounted to the first intermediate support member.

The storage accessory 300 comprises at least one fixing device 302, in this case a hook, having an upper end portion 304 shaped to cooperate with the upper cross member of the intermediate support member, and a portion of lower end shaped to cooperate with the upper cross member of the central support member. Without departing from the scope of the present invention, other types of storage accessory can be used with the storage structure according to the invention.

Claims

1. Storage structure (10) provided with a grid (12) intended to be fixed to a vertical wall (M), the grid having a first lateral edge (14), a second lateral edge (16), an upper edge (18) and a lower edge (20), the grid comprising:

at least one upper support member (22) and at least one lower support member (24), the upper and lower support members being parallel to each other;

the storage structure being characterized in that the grid further comprises a central upright (40) which extends perpendicularly to the upper support element (22), in that the center of gravity (G) of the grid ( 12) lies in a plane (P) which passes through the central upright (40) while being perpendicular to the upper support member (22), and in that the central upright has an upper portion (41), located between the center of gravity (G) and the upper edge, which is provided with at least a first mounting member (60) for fixing the grid to the vertical wall.

2. Storage structure according to claim 1, characterized in that the upper support member comprises a first upper cross member (22a) and a first lower cross member (22b), parallel to each other, and in that the mounting member is disposed between the first upper cross member (22a) and the first lower cross member (22b).

Storage structure according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the upper support element (22) defines the upper edge

(18) of the grid (12).

4. Storage structure according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it further comprises at least a first fixing member (100) arranged to cooperate with the first mounting member to fix the grid to the wall vertical.

5. Storage structure according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the first mounting member (60) is a hole (62) in the central upright.

6. Storage structure according to claims 4 and 5, characterized in that the first fixing member (100) comprises a screw (102).

Storage structure according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the central upright (40) further comprises a second mounting member (64) disposed between the first mounting member (60) and the mounting member lower support (24).

Storage structure according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the grid further comprises a central support member (26) disposed between the upper (22) and lower (24) support members, and that the central amount is fixed to the central support member. 9. Storage structure according to claim 8, characterized in that the central support member (26) comprises an upper central cross member (26a) and a lower central cross member (26b), and in that the second mounting member ( 64) is arranged between the upper (26a) and lower (26b) central crosspieces.

Storage structure according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the grid further comprises at least a first upright (46) and a second upright (48), the first and second uprights (46, 48) being parallel to the central amount while being arranged on either side of the central amount (40).

14. Storage installation (200) comprising:

a storage structure (10) according to any one of the preceding claims, said storage structure comprising at least a first intermediate support member disposed between the upper and lower mounting members, the first intermediate support member having an upper intermediate rail and a bottom rail, said storage facility further comprising at least one storage accessory (300) arranged to be removably mounted to the first intermediate support member, said storage accessory comprising at least one attachment device (302) having an upper end portion shaped to cooperate with the upper intermediate rail.
