Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'au moins une structure (10) d'équipement de véhicule automobile, comprenant la fourniture d'une couche d'aspect (12), la formation d'un complément (14) comprenant du polyuréthane sur la couche d'aspect (12). Ce procédé de fabrication est caractérisé en ce que la couche d'aspect (12) est constituée d'un film de polyuréthane thermoplastique (19), le procédé comprenant le chauffage du film de polyuréthane thermoplastique (19), le dépôt du film de polyuréthane thermoplastique (19) chauffé sur un outil de conformage (32), le film de polyuréthane (19) prenant une forme conjuguée à la forme de l'outil de conformage (32) afin de former la couche d'aspect (12), la couche d'aspect (12) restant en contact avec l'outil de conformage (32) lors de l'étape de formation du complément (14) sur la couche d'aspect (12).
