Abstract
Un clapet (24) à soupape double (29, 30) est raccordé à un réservoir de fluide (3) et un équipement (8) pouvant recevoir une petite quantité de trop-plein essentiellement à l'état gazeux du réservoir (3). Cela se produit quand la soupape primaire (29) est ouverte. En cas de trop-plein plus important et essentiellement à l'état liquide, on réalise une commutation d'ouvertures (36, 39 et 37, 38, 42) pour évacuer le trop-plein vers une autre branche d'exutoire du clapet (24), sans le faire parvenir à l'équipement (8). L'invention peut trouver l'utilité dans un circuit de lubrification à l'huile, où une hypothétique fuite de carburant dans l'huile peut amener le réservoir d'huile à déborder dans le clapet (24) et où un écoulement significatif de liquide vers l'équipement (8) doit être évité; l'huile sortant par l'autre branche de l'exutoire peut séjourner dans un réservoir muni d'un système de vidange.
