Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une pièce en matériau composite, ledit matériau comprenant des fibres de renfort et une matrice polymère, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : - fourniture d'un moule fermé dans lequel sont disposées des fibres de renfort ; - fourniture d'une composition réactive comprenant au moins un prépolymère à l'état fondu ; - injection de la composition réactive dans le moule fermé ; - imprégnation des fibres de renfort par la composition réactive en l'absence de dégazage ; - polymérisation de la matrice polymère à partir de la composition réactive en présence d'un dégazage ; - démoulage de la pièce.
