Abstract

L'invention a pour objet une commande de direction pour un véhicule automobile, comportant une colonne de direction (2) comprenant un arbre de liaison mécanique (12) prévu pour entraîner un boîtier de direction, et un volant (6) fixé à l'arrière de cette colonne de direction (2), remarquable en ce que le volant (6) comporte deux branches latérales (8) reliées à l'arbre de liaison (12) par un premier pivot présentant un axe (A) disposé au centre du volant (6) dans un plan vertical, permettant un repli de ces deux branches (8) l'une sur l'autre.
