Abstract

The present invention relates to a cart allowing in particular the selective collection of waste and its storage for recycling.

The document WO 2013/150259 describes a trolley which makes it possible to temporarily store the waste with a view to its treatment and in particular to its recycling.

This trolley has a box fitted with wheels. The interior of the box has a plurality of removable containers that allow sorting of waste and its temporary storage before treatment. The containers are arranged vertically and side by side; they are removable. The containers being placed side by side, they occupy a certain surface which is all the more larger than the quantity of waste to be stored.

An object of the present invention is to provide a new cart allowing in particular the selective collection of waste and its storage for recycling.

The present invention relates to a cart allowing in particular the selective collection of waste and its storage for recycling, of the type comprising a frame and at least two containers mounted removably on said frame and which each have an opening. Typically, according to the invention, said frame comprises:

- a frame which comprises a first side forming a handle;

- At least two pairs of support arms integral with said frame, said support arms of each pair being arranged opposite one another, said pairs being arranged according to the largest dimension of said frame, said support arms all extending in the same direction which is perpendicular to said frame; and said containers are slidably mounted on said support arms.

The containers are easy to set up and remove by sliding in a horizontal direction. The support arms are used to support the container and to maintain its opening which extends between the two arms of the same pair, gaping, in particular in the case of a flexible container.

According to one embodiment, the frame comprises a pair of wheels mobile in rotation around an axis and arranged opposite one another, said pair of wheels is distant from said first side according to the largest dimension of the frame and said frame is adapted to be pivoted about said axis in the direction opposite to that in which extend said support arms to allow movement of said carriage by rotation of said wheels resting on the ground. The carriage then forms a cart, the frame and in particular the frame being fixed relative to the wheels. The trolley can thus be tilted and rolled on the ground effortlessly. It allows to move a large amount of waste.

So that the carriage can be easily tilted around the axis of the wheels by action at the level of the first side which forms a handle, the frame thus forming a lever, the length of the arms is substantially equal to or less than 1/3 of the largest dimension of the frame, that is to say the height of the latter, the wheels being arranged on the ground.

The arrangement of the opening of the container is not limited according to the invention; it can be arranged in a plane parallel to the frame or in a plane perpendicular to said frame; it is then preferably oriented towards said first side when said containers are mounted on said frame. Access to the interior of the container is thus easy and the contained waste cannot fall, even when the cart is moved.

According to a particular embodiment of a container, it comprises a main body which comprises said opening and mounting means which form loops perpendicular to said opening and arranged on two opposite sides of said main body and through which said support arms can be slid for mounting said container on said frame. The container is thus suspended on the support arms. This embodiment is well suited to a flexible bag; the support arms then make it possible to maintain the opening of the gaping flexible bag and therefore easily accessible.

According to a particular embodiment of the container which can be combined with any one of the abovementioned embodiments, at least one of said containers comprises a deformable bag, possibly made of textile, which optionally includes gripping handles for transporting said container when 'it is removed from said frame. Thus, even when the frame does not have rollers, it is possible to easily move the waste, for example to put it in the bin suitable for their nature.

A flexible bag also facilitates access to the interior of the container; the front wall of the container is deformable and can move away to facilitate the insertion of waste into the container even if the container located above is close. It can thus form a bellows, for example, which extends over the entire height or over the upper part of the front wall.

Advantageously, said opening extends substantially horizontally between said support arms, at least one of said containers comprises a removable cover capable of closing said opening and / or the front wall of at least one of said containers, which extends between said arms and is substantially perpendicular to the plane of said opening, is capable of being spread towards the outside of said container whereby access to the interior of said container is facilitated; said cover may also include removable fixing means on said front wall of said container.

This cover can also be made of textile; the entire container can be made of sewn textile which makes it light, inexpensive and washable. When the container is made of textile, the wall is easily deformable towards the front of the container. Preferably, it forms a bellows which makes it possible to increase the surface of the opening of the container and to give access to the container in a vertical plane. The containers can thus be brought closer to each other while allowing access to their interior without even the horizontal lid which closes the opening is fully open.

The removable fixing means of the cover on the front wall of the container are not limited according to the invention. They can be snaps, hooks cooperating with buckles or staples, for example. The attachment must be reversible to allow the container to be opened.

According to a particular embodiment of the support arms which can be combined with any one of the abovementioned embodiments, said support arms comprise a pin-shaped element which has two ends and said ends are integral with said frame. Because of their height, such support arms make it possible to keep the side walls of a container with a flexible bag as mentioned above vertical. In addition, the bag does not wobble during the movement of the carriage but remains stable and does not deform.

According to a particular embodiment, said frame comprises two uprights parallel and perpendicular to said first side and a second side, parallel to said first side and distant from said first side according to the largest dimension of said frame, said first and said second side of said frame comprise each two notches, the section of each of the two ends of each of said uprights is inserted respectively in a notch on said first side and in a notch on said second side and said frame comprises means for fixing without clearance of said uprights in said notches on said sides. Such a frame turns out to be sufficiently rigid not to be deformed by torsion, in particular during its possible displacement. It is light due to the reduced number of parts and inexpensive to manufacture.

The uprights and / or said sides of the frame may be hollow, in particular with the aforementioned embodiment of the frame which is then light and rigid. Advantageously, the frame is hollow. The support arms can be formed of large diameter metal wire welded to the uprights.

Advantageously, said frame comprises at least one foot arranged so that when said frame is arranged vertically with respect to the ground along its largest dimension, the end of said foot bears on the ground making it possible to stabilize said frame. This foot does not prevent the carriage from moving like a devil when the frame includes casters.

The containers can all be identical or not. Preferably, they are all flexible and preferably made of textile.

The present invention also relates to a set of parts allowing the assembly of the trolley according to the invention. Typically, this set includes

- a pair of wheels;

- two vertical uprights which each comprise a plurality of support arms which extend in the same direction, which is perpendicular to said upright and which are arranged along said upright, the ends of said uprights possibly comprising a notch;

- two sides possibly suitable for being inserted into said notches;

- Means for fixing said sides between said uprights so as to form a frame; and

- containers possibly comprising flexible bags which have on two opposite walls sheaths in which the arms can be inserted along their length;

This set is compact; the arms being fixed to the uprights, the assembly of the trolley is quick and easy. When the containers are flexible bags, they can be folded and thus be very compact.

The trolley according to the present invention is however not limited to a trolley which can be formed by assembling the aforementioned parts and which can be dismantled. The cart of the invention can also be made up of parts that are integral with one another, in particular welded to each other.

The characteristics relating to the container set out with reference to the trolley apply mutatis mutandis for the above-mentioned set of parts or kit.

The present invention, its characteristics, functions and the various advantages which it provides will appear more clearly on reading the following description of two particular embodiments presented by way of illustrative and nonlimiting examples and which refers to the drawings appended to which :

- Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a particular embodiment of the cart of the invention, a single container being mounted on the frame;

- Fig. 2 shows a back view of an alternative embodiment of the frame of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1;

- Fig. 3 shows a perspective view of a particular embodiment of a container that can equip the trolley according to the invention; and

- Fig. 4 shows a top view of an embodiment detail of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1.

With reference to FIG. 1, the particular embodiment shown here of the cart of the invention comprises a frame formed of metal tubes assembled to each other by fixing means. The frame has two vertical uprights 11 and 13 which are parallel and connected by a first side 15 disposed at the upper end of the uprights 11 and 13. The first side 15 is horizontal and forms a handle. The support arms 171 are integral with the vertical uprights 11 and 13. The support arms 171 form pairs, one of the arms 171 being integral with the vertical upright 11, the second being integral with the second vertical upright 13. The two arms 171 of the same pair are arranged at the same height and facing each other according to the width of the frame. The pairs of arms 171 are arranged on the height of the vertical uprights 11 and 13. All the support arms 171 extend in the same direction which is perpendicular to the vertical uprights 11 and 13, and therefore horizontal in FIG. 1.

In the particular embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the support arms 171 each form a pin which has an elbow 173 extended by two rectilinear portions 175 and 176 whose ends are integral with the same vertical upright 11 or 13. The upper rectilinear portion 175 is substantially horizontal.

Two parallel legs 181 (only one leg is visible in Fig. 1) and comprising a horizontal portion and a vertical portion are each mounted on a vertical upright 11 and 13. The two legs 181 extend in the same direction as the arms support 171. The end of the horizontal portion of each leg 181 not connected to the vertical portion is integral with one of the vertical uprights 11 and 13. The end of the vertical portion of each leg bears on the ground and ensures the stability of the carriage.

In Fig. 1, a single container comprising a textile bag 2 is mounted on the frame. When the bag 2 is mounted on the frame 1, it hides the support arms 171 because the loops (see fig. 4) in which the arms are inserted, extend over the entire length of each side of the bag 2. The bag 2 has a rectangular bottom which can be reinforced with a cardboard or plastic plate. The opening of the bag 2 is rectangular and extends horizontally in FIG. 1, on the top of the bag. It is thus easy to introduce waste into the textile bag 2 because of the large size of this opening. The bag 2 comprises two straps 29 (see also Fig. 2) which attach to each other by surrounding the two vertical uprights 11 and 13. These straps 29 allow the bag to be held on the support by preventing it to slide along the arms 171.

With reference to FIG. 2, an alternative embodiment of the frame of the carriage of the invention will now be described. The frame comprises two vertical uprights 11 and 13 and two bars or horizontal sides 15 and 17 which connect the two uprights 11 and 13 to form a substantially rectangular frame. The uprights 11 and 13 extend beyond the lower side 17 and are fitted with wheels 3. The frame can therefore be moved by rolling the wheels 3 on the ground. The frame is fixed relative to the wheels 3 and can be tilted around the pivot axis X of the wheels 3 which is horizontal and shown in dotted lines in FIG. 2. The carriage can then form a trolley that can be easily moved by rolling.

In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1; the wheels 3 are arranged between the vertical uprights 11 and 13; the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 can also form a devil.

With reference to FIG. 3, a particular embodiment of a container will now be described. The container comprises a textile bag 2 which has a substantially rectangular bottom and four side walls 23 also rectangular and vertical. Two side walls 23 are lined with a sewn textile layer 24, which extends over three side walls 23. This textile layer and the wall 23 form a sheath. The side wall 23 not covered with the textile sheet 24 is placed between the two uprights 11 and 13 when the container is mounted on the frame. The textile sheet 24 is sewn onto the bag 2 and forms with the side wall 23 a pocket or pass which has an opening at the side wall 23 unlined. The support arms 171 of a pair of support arms can be inserted between the side wall 23 and the textile sheet 24. The bag 2 can thus be mounted on the support arms 171 by sliding the bag 2 over the support arms 171, l free end of the latter (the elbow 173, for example) having been introduced in the pass, between the textile sheet 24 and the side wall 23. The bag 2 is thus suspended on a pair of support arms 171 which hold it on the frame and keep the walls spaced from each other, thus forming an opening kept gaping and therefore easily accessible. The front wall of the container which forms a vertical wall and which is opposite to the wall 23 not covered with a layer of textile can form a bellows which makes it possible to spread it towards the front and towards the outside of the container, facilitating further access to the latter and increasing the area of the container opening.

In Fig. 3, the bag 2 has a cover 25 also made of textile. This cover 25 allows access to the interior of the container at an opening 21 which extends horizontally in FIG. 3 and which is located opposite the side wall not lined by the textile sheet 24. The opening 21 of the bag does not extend over the entire surface of the face of the bag opposite the bottom of the latter. The edge of the cover 25 comprises a ribbon comprising hooks which cooperate with a ribbon comprising loops and which is fixed to the side wall 23 invisible in FIG. 3. The lid flap 25 can thus be secured to the bag keeping the latter closed.

Two gripping or carrying handles 27 equip the two opposite sides of the bag 2 which are capable of being mounted on the support arms. These handles are used to carry the bag and easily remove it from the support arms.

The container can thus be fully sewn. As it is made of textile, it can also be washed when the need arises.

According to a variant not shown, the loop formed by the textile sheet 24 and a side wall 23 does not extend over the entire length of the side wall but just over a portion of the latter. Preferably, the bag 2 then comprises at least two passers-by in order to distribute the weight of the bag 2 well over the length of the support arms 171.

Whatever the embodiment of the container, the bottom of the container, in particular of the container made of textile, can be stiffened by a removable rigid plate, in particular made of plastic which can be washed separately.

With reference to FIG. 4, a detail of the embodiment of the frame shown in FIG. 1 will now be described. The vertical upright 11 is hollow and has a rectangular section. The first side 15 has a notch in which the section of the vertical upright 11 can be inserted without play. The notch is preferably made by notching. The first side 15 is also hollow. Fixing means comprising a threaded rod with head T and a bolt B keep the vertical upright 11 and the first side 15 assembled and without play. The same assembly is used for the other vertical upright 13 and the first side as well as for the second side 17 and each of the vertical uprights 11 and 13 (these fixing means are not visible in Fig. 1). A plug 111 closes the open end of the first side 15. This assembly makes it possible to use only two horizontal sides without the risk of seeing the frame deform in torsion, in particular when it is pivoted around the axis of the wheels 3. The frame is thus made rigid while remaining light.

Claims (13)

1. Trolley allowing in particular the selective collection of waste and its storage for recycling, of the type comprising a frame and at least two containers (2) removably mounted on said frame and which each have an opening (21), characterized in that that said reinforcement comprises: - a frame which comprises a first side (15) forming a handle; - At least two pairs of support arms (171) integral with said frame, said support arms (171) of each pair being arranged opposite one another, said pairs being arranged according to the largest dimension of said frame, said support arms all extending in the same direction which is perpendicular to said frame; and in that said containers (2) are slidably mounted on said support arms (171). 2. Trolley according to claim 1, characterized in that said frame comprises a pair of wheels (3), movable in rotation around an axis (X) and arranged opposite one another, in that said pair of wheel (3) is distant from said first side (15) according to the largest dimension of the frame and in that said frame is capable of being pivoted about said axis (X) in the direction opposite to that in which s extend said support arms (171) to allow movement of said carriage by rotation of said wheels (3) resting on the ground. 3. Trolley according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the opening (21) of each of said containers is perpendicular to said frame and oriented towards said first side (15), when said containers (2) are mounted on said frame. 4. Trolley according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that at least one of said containers (2) has a main body which defines said opening and mounting means which form passers-by (23,24) perpendicular to said opening (21) and arranged on two opposite sides of said main body and through which said support arms (171) can be slid for mounting said container (2) on said frame. 5. Trolley according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one of said containers (2) comprises a deformable bag, optionally made of textile, which optionally includes gripping handles (27) for transporting said container ( 2) when it is removed from said frame. 6. Trolley according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said opening extends substantially horizontally between said support arms, in that at least one of said containers (2) has a cover (25) capable of closing said opening (21) and / or in that the front wall of at least one of said containers which extends between said arms and which is substantially perpendicular to the plane of said opening is capable of being spread towards the outside of said container (2 ) and / or in that said cover (25) comprises removable fixing means on said front wall of said container (2). 7. Trolley according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said support arms (171) comprise a pin-shaped element (173, 176, 176) which has two ends and in that said ends are integral with said frame. 8. Trolley according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said frame comprises two uprights (11; 13) parallel and perpendicular to said first side (15), second side (17), parallel to said first side (15) and distant from said first side (15) along the largest dimension of said frame, in that said first and said second side (15; 17) of said frame each have two notches, in that the section of each of the two ends of each of said uprights is inserted respectively in a notch on said first side (15) and in a notch on said second side (17) and in that said frame comprises means for fixing without play (T; B) of said uprights (11; 13) in said notches on said sides (15; 17). 9. Trolley according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the frame is hollow. 10. Trolley according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said frame comprises at least one foot (181) 5 arranged so that when said frame is arranged vertically relative to the ground in its largest dimension, the end of said foot (181) bears on the ground to stabilize said frame. 11. Set of parts allowing the mounting of the trolley according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that it comprises: 10 - a pair of wheels (3); - two vertical uprights (11; 13) which each comprise a plurality of support arms (171) which extend in the same direction, which is perpendicular to said upright (11; 13) and which are arranged along said upright (11; 13), the ends of said uprights comprising 15 possibly a notch; - two sides (15; 17) possibly able to be inserted into said notches; - fixing means (T; B) of said sides between said uprights (11; 13) so as to form a frame; and 20 - containers optionally comprising flexible bags (2) which comprise on two opposite walls sheaths in which said support arms (171) can be inserted along their length. 1/2 13 Fig. 1 181
