Abstract
L'invention concerne un système de mesure de vibrations d'une surface (VSURF) de pièce mécanique (M) comprenant une source (SOURCE) de rayonnement (L) émettant dans une gamme (LF) de fréquences prédéterminée, un premier élément (EL1) séparateur configuré pour définir un premier rayon incident (LB1) et un rayon de référence (RLB), un module de mise en forme (DOEM) d'un second rayon incident (LB2) à partir dudit premier rayon incident (LB1), et un élément optique (OE) adapté à une addition du rayon de référence (RLB) et d'un rayonnement produit par une réflexion dudit second rayon incident (LB2) sur ladite surface (VSURF) de ladite structure (M), le module de mise en forme (DOEM) du second rayon incident (LB2) comprenant un ou plusieurs éléments optiques diffractants (DOE1, ..., DOEn), comprenant eux-mêmes chacun au moins une structure de diffraction (FSTRUCT) configurée pour diffracter tout ou partie du premier rayon incident (LB1) de sorte à éclairer la surface (VSURF) de la pièce mécanique.
