Ce comportement induit des risques et de la fatigue, préjudiciables aux conducteurs. Le dispositif commandé par le conducteur, permet d'afficher un message de remerciement visible par les usagers qui viennent d'être dépassés. Ce dispositif est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un afficheur (1) alimenté par l'électricité du véhicule (2) ou des accumulateurs embarqués, via un câblage (3) et commandé par un contacteur (4) à disposition du conducteur

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de sécurité pour les conducteurs de deux roues.
Pour remercier les automobilistes qui leur ont facilité le passage dans la circulation, les conducteurs de deux roues tendent le bras ou la jambe. On peut constater facilement ces gestes dans la circulation en ville, ou sur la route. Ce comportement induit des risques et de la fatigue, préjudiciables aux conducteurs de deux roues.
Pour remédier à ces inconvénients, l’invention consiste à faire afficher un message de remerciement sur l’arrière du véhicule, sur un afficheur lumineux. L’allumage de l’afficheur est commandé par le conducteur du deux roues.
L’afficheur fixé à l’arrière du véhicule, ou sur le conducteur lui-même, ou sur son casque, permet sur commande dudit conducteur, d’afficher un message pour remercier les autres utilisateurs de la chaussée, quand ils ont facilité le passage du deux roues équipé de ce dispositif.
L’afficheur est un appareil standard, avec des affichages par led, ou par segment, ou par lampe. L’affichage peut également se faire par un film électroluminescent qui permet des animations plus visuelles que les afficheurs standards et une meilleure intégration sur le véhicule ou sur le conducteur.
L’afficheur permet de faire apparaître des lettres, ou des mots, ou des chiffres, ou des nombres, ou des signes.
Il en existe de toutes les tailles sur de nombreux objets de la vie courante, comme les voitures, les appareils électroménagers, les appareils audiovisuels.
Il fonctionne à l’électricité, dans la tension disponible sur le véhicule deux roues, ou celle délivrée par piles ou accumulateurs électriques embarqués.
L’afficheur pourra afficher :
- des mots comme MERCI, THANKS,...
- des signes comme un cœur, un visage souriant, des émoticônes
- un message écrit ou un symbole ou les deux
L’afficheur pourra être programmable, pour afficher plusieurs messages différents.
L’allumage pourra être fixe, clignotant, ou animé ; sur un temps fixe, ou variable et réglable
L’affichage du message de remerciement est déclenché par un contacteur à bouton poussoir disposé pour en faciliter l’accès :
- près d’une des mains du conducteur du deux roues,
- ou près d’un de ses pieds,
- ou près d’un de ses genoux
Il peut être déplacé à l’une quelconque de ces positions.
L’afficheur, le contacteur et la source électrique du véhicule, ou la source embarquée, sont reliés par un câblage électrique. L’afficheur peut être commandé par un contacteur sans fil pour faciliter la commande de l’afficheur.
La figure 1 représente le dispositif qui comporte l’afficheur (1) alimenté par l’électricité du véhicule (2) ou des accumulateurs embarqués, via le câblage (3) et commandé par le contacteur (4) à disposition du conducteur.
La figure 2 représente l’afficheur (1) fixé à l’arrière d’un casque.
La figure 3 représente l’afficheur (1) associé à des bretelles (2) type sac à dos.

Claims (10)

  1. REVENDICATIONS
    1) Dispositif de sécurité pour deux roues permettant de substituer les gestes de remerciement des conducteurs de deux roues par l’affichage d’un message de remerciement à l’arrière de son véhicule.
  2. 2) Dispositif suivant la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l’afficheur permet d’afficher un mot, ou un signe.
  3. 3) Dispositif suivant la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l’affichage peut être fixe, ou clignotant, pendant un temps fixe ou programmable.
  4. 4) Dispositif suivant la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l’afficheur peut être commandé par un contacteur avec ou sans fil
  5. 5) Dispositif suivant la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le contacteur est positionné pour une utilisation avec les mains, ou avec les pieds, ou avec les genoux
  6. 6) Dispositif suivant la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le dispositif peut être utilisé à l’avant du véhicule deux roues
  7. 7) Dispositif suivant la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le dispositif peut être utilisé sur un véhicule automobile
  8. 8) Dispositif suivant la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l’afficheur est fixé à l’arrière du véhicule
  9. 9) Dispositif suivant la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l’afficheur est fixé dans le dos du conducteur du véhicule
  10. 10) Dispositif suivant la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l’afficheur est fixé sur l’arrière du casque du conducteur du véhicule
