Procédé et appareil d'assemblage (10) pour obtenir un panneau alvéolaire (40) comprenant un premier élément de couverture extérieure (11a), un second élément de couverture extérieure (1 lb) et au moins un corps de remplissage (15) entre le premier et le second élément de couverture extérieure (11a, 11b), comportant les étapes d'appliquer de la colle (16) à une première surface (33) du corps de remplissage (15) tournée vers le bas, de coller le corps de remplissage (15) au premier élément de couverture extérieure (11a) pour former un ensemble (24), tout en maintenant ladite première surface (33) du corps de remplissage (15) avec la colle (16) appliquée, tournée vers le bas ; culbuter l'ensemble (24), de sorte que l'ensemble (24) présente une seconde surface (34) du corps de remplissage (15), opposé à la première surface (33), tournée vers le bas ; appliquer la colle (16) à la seconde surface (34) du corps de remplissage (15) tournée vers le bas ; coller l'ensemble (24) au second élément de couverture extérieure (11b) pour former le panneau alvéolaire (40), tout en maintenant la seconde surface (34) du corps de remplissage (15) avec la colle (16) appliquée, tournée vers le bas.
