When the part (23) is on the positioning line (24), the line is stretched to block the position of the part (23). TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to an assembly for attaching and detaching a part for processing a part. It applies, in particular, to the different phases to be carried out for the chemical treatment and part painting phase.

STATE OF THE ART

An embodiment of the prior art of such an assembly is shown in Figure 1.

FIG. 1 represents two lines for positioning the part 23.

On the left of this figure, there is visible a part 23, a hook 20 and a wire 21. On the right of the figure, there is a frame 22, a part 23, a hook 20, a wire 21 twisted by a hook 20 at arrow F.

This operation makes it possible to tension the wire 21 and to tension the workpiece positioning line. Power-up is done manually. This operation is time consuming and very restrictive due to repetitive gestural movements. Occupational diseases are likely to occur due to these repetitive movements.

OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

The present invention aims to remedy these drawbacks.

To this end, according to a first aspect, the present invention relates to an assembly for attaching and detaching a part for treating a part, said assembly comprises at least:

- a frame,

- a positioning line inside the frame and comprising two ends fixed to the frame, the positioning line comprises at least:

one piece to paint, two hooks, when the piece is on the positioning line, the line is stretched to block the position of the piece.

The assembly includes: a positioning line tightening-loosening element positioned at one end of the positioning line on the frame. This tightening-loosening element comprises a tightening-loosening screw adapted to tighten or loosen the tightening-loosening element on the frame to vary the distance between the tightening-loosening element and the frame.

Thanks to these provisions, the ergonomics of the operator's work is improved because repetitive gestures are linked to screwing and unscrewing and not to the twisting of a wire by a hook. This eliminates occupational diseases. Using this set, there is a saving of assembly time. There is also less waste. The fact of no longer using wire reduces waste.

The invention is advantageously implemented according to the embodiments and the variants set out below, which are to be considered individually or according to any technically operative combination.

In one embodiment, the clamping-loosening element comprises an inverted U shape, the hollow of the U is positioned on the frame. At the end of the branches of the U is a lug adapted to hold one end of the positioning line. The hollow of the U has a tapped hole and on the other side of the hollow of the U is the tightening-loosening screw.

Thus, the clamping-loosening element allows the tension of the positioning line. The inverted U shape guides and spreads the distance between the clamping-loosening element and the frame for tensioning the positioning line.

In one embodiment, the clamping-loosening element comprises a coated U shape, one of the U bars is used to fix one end of the positioning line, the hollow of the U is used to connect the two U bars, l Another bar of the U includes a tapped hole on which the tightening-loosening screw is mounted.

In one embodiment, the lug connects the two branches of the U.

In an embodiment linked to the previous one, the lug is a threaded rod. Thus, the threaded rod allows the mounting and dismounting of the hook of the positioning line.

In one embodiment, one of the branches of the U is open. Thus, the branch of the open U facilitates the installation of the tightening-loosening element.

In one embodiment, the hooks are made of titanium.

In one embodiment, the assembly further comprises a wire adapted to tighten the positioning line. The wire is used exceptionally for certain parts having a particular shape.

In one embodiment, the wire is made of aluminum.

DESCRIPTION OF EXAMPLES OF EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

Figure 1 has been described above.

FIG. 2 represents a positioning line 24 of a part. The assembly includes a frame 22, a positioning line 24 inside the frame 22.

The positioning line 24 has two ends fixed to the frame 22.

The positioning line 24 includes:

a part 23 to be painted, three hooks 20, two parts of a wire 21 adapted to tension the positioning line 24.

In this example, there is a wire 21, in a variant, not shown, the positioning line 24 comprises only the part 23 to be painted and two hooks 20.

Returning to FIG. 2, when the part 23 is on the positioning line 24, the line is stretched to block the position of the part 23.

The assembly includes: a clamping-loosening element 25 of the positioning line 24 positioned at one end of the positioning line 24 on the frame 22.

This clamping-loosening element 25 comprises an inverted U shape, hereinafter called just "U". In this example, the shape of the U is rectangular. The two U bars are perpendicular to the U hollow bar. In another example, the U bars have a chamfer to round the angle of the U bars.

The hollow of the U is positioned on the frame 22. At the end of the branches of the U is a lug adapted to hold a hook 20 of the positioning line 24. The hollow of the U has a tapped hole, for example suitable for a clamping-loosening screw 251. The clamping-loosening screw 251 is of size M6 (nominal diameter equal to 6mm depending on the metric thread). On the other side of the hollow of the U is positioned the tightening-loosening screw 251 adapted to tighten or loosen the tightening-loosening element 25 on the frame 22 to vary the distance between the tightening-loosening element 25 and the frame 22.

In another example, not shown, one of the branches of the U is open. Thus, the branch of the open U facilitates the fitting of the tightening-loosening element 25. In this case the shape of the tightening-loosening element 25 resembles a lying U. One of the bars of the U is used to hang one end of the positioning line 24, the other bar of the U comprises a tapped hole on which is mounted a tightening-loosening screw 251.

The hollow of the U is used to connect the two bars of the U. When the U is lying, this configuration represents an alternative to the inverted U.

In an exemplary embodiment, the lug connects the two branches of the U.

For example, the lug is a threaded rod which is tightened in one of the branches of the U.

In another example, a rod fastening system makes it possible to fix the rod to the tightening-loosening element 25, like a nut.

In a variant, not shown, the positioning line comprises at least:

a piece to paint, two hooks, a thread adapted to tighten the positioning line.

In a variant not shown, the positioning line comprises:

several pieces to paint, several hooks, several threads adapted to tighten the positioning line.

The position of the hooks and wires depends on the part and the best position for tensioning the positioning line.

In a variant, not shown, the frame has support bars which extend beyond the frame to facilitate picking up and mounting on a production line.

The wire is made of aluminum and requires, after chemical treatment and painting, to be recovered and reprocessed as waste. Compared to the state of the art, there is less loss of aluminum and therefore less processing to recover the wires.

Set for attaching and detaching a part (23) for processing a part (23), said set comprises at least: - a frame (22), - a positioning line (24) inside the frame (22) and comprising two ends fixed to the frame (22), the positioning line (24) comprises at least: a piece (23) to be painted, two hooks (20), when the piece (23) is on the positioning line (24), the line is stretched to block the position of the piece (23), characterized in that the the assembly comprises: a clamping-tightening element (25) of the positioning line (24) positioned at an end of the positioning line (24) on the frame (22), this clamping-loosening element (25) includes a tightening-loosening screw (251) adapted to tighten or loosen the tightening-loosening element (25) on the frame (22) to vary the distance between the tightening-loosening element (25) and the frame ( 22). 2. The assembly of claim 1, wherein the clamping element loosening (25) comprises an inverted U shape, the hollow of the U is positioned on the frame (22), at the end of the branches of the U is a lug suitable for holding one end of the positioning line (24), the hollow of the U has a threaded hole and on the other side of the hollow of the U is the tightening-loosening screw (251). 3. The assembly as claimed in claim 1, in which the clamping element (25) comprises a coated U shape, one of the U bars serves to fix one end of the positioning line (24), the hollow of the U serves to connect the two bars of the U, the other bar of the U includes a tapped hole on which is mounted the tightening-loosening screw (251). 4.
