Abstract
The self-tightening screw-free nut comprises an outer nut, an intermediate nut, a clamping piece and a self-tightening nut, can automatically finish tightening or loosening by only rotating the outer nut, does not need to open a screw, saves the cost and improves the working efficiency.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to nuts and, more particularly, to self-tightening, wire-free nuts.
Background
At present, when a screw is connected with a nut, the screw needs to be threaded, a large amount of time and cost are consumed, and the screw cannot be used frequently due to the problems of rusting, tooth sliding, loosening and the like of threads; when the connection is performed by adopting the modes of extruding the sleeve and the like, the fastening step is complicated to operate, and the advantages are not obvious. The self-tightening screw-free nut disclosed by the invention can automatically complete screwing or unscrewing without screwing the screw, the steel bar, the pipeline and other parts connected with the nut, and can be used for fastening or butting the screw, the steel bar, the pipeline and other parts.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the background art, the self-tightening screw-free nut has the following advantages: the screwing and unscrewing can be automatically completed only by rotating the outer nut without opening the screw, so that the cost is saved, and the working efficiency is improved.
The technical scheme of the invention comprises the following steps: the outer nut, the middle nut, the clamping piece and the self-tightening nut; the inner side of the outer nut is provided with threads which are mutually screwed with the outer threads of the middle nut; the outer side of the middle nut is provided with threads which are mutually screwed with the inner threads of the outer nut, and the center of the middle nut is provided with a conical hole; the outer surface of the clamping piece is a conical surface, and the clamping piece can slide in the conical hole of the middle nut; the outer side of the self-tightening nut is provided with threads which are mutually screwed with the threads on the inner side of the outer nut, and the center of the self-tightening nut is provided with a hole.
The automatic tightening method of the self-tightening screw-free nut comprises the following steps:
1) the screw rod is inserted from the middle of the clamping piece;
2) rotating the outer nut;
3) the middle nut rotates relative to the outer nut;
4) the middle nut drives the clamping piece to be close to the self-tightening nut;
5) the clamping piece is tightly propped against the self-tightening nut and drives the self-tightening nut to rotate until the outer nut is fastened with the connected part and then stops rotating.
The automatic unscrewing method of the self-tightening screw-free nut comprises the following steps:
1) rotating the outer nut;
2) the middle nut rotates relative to the outer nut;
3) the middle nut drives the clamping piece to be far away from the self-tightening nut;
4) the clip slides relative to the central nut, loosening the clamped screw.
One end of the outer nut is provided with an outer nut limiting flange which limits the self-tightening nut to rotate in the range of the inner side of the outer nut limiting flange; the conical hole in the center of the middle nut is provided with a middle nut limiting flange which limits the clamping piece not to rotate relative to the middle nut.
A spring or washer is mounted between the clip and the clinch nut.
The inner side surface of the clamping piece is provided with concave-convex grains, so that the friction force and the occlusion force between the clamping piece and the screw rod are enhanced.
The intermediate nut and the clip may be a plurality of nuts connected in series.
The number of the clamping pieces is 2 to 7.
The self-tightening nut is fixed on the outer nut, and the self-tightening nut and the outer nut cannot rotate.
The two self-tightening screw-free nuts are symmetrically connected together to serve as a butt joint connecting nut and a connecting sleeve.
The central hole of the self-tightening nut is hexagonal, so that the self-tightening nut is convenient to rotate and install by using a tool.
Through the technical scheme, the technical scheme of the invention has the beneficial effects that: the screwing and unscrewing can be automatically completed only by rotating the outer nut without opening the screw, so that the cost is saved, and the working efficiency is improved.
