Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) de détection de présence de molécules déterminées, comportant l'une sur l'autre : - une première couche de substrat (11), - une deuxième couche (12) de réflexion, - une troisième couche (13) de diélectrique, L'invention est caractérisée par un réseau d'antennes (14) à parties conductrices (143), se répétant suivant une direction (D, D2), le réseau (14) formant un résonateur plasmonique (140), apte à être mis en contact avec les molécules et agencé pour émettre au moins un troisième pic de rayonnement thermique correspondant à au moins un mode propre de vibration thermique des molécules déterminées.
