The invention relates to a decorative object, such as a piece of jewelry, comprising a body and a decorative element reversibly attached to the body.

A decorative object, such as a jewel, generally has a body supporting the decorative element or elements, such as crystals, precious stones, patterns in precious metal, etc.

The body is generally shaped to be positioned on the user: it has for example a ring shape for a ring or a cuff shape for a bracelet.

The trend is to be able to personalize fashion accessories to adapt them, for example, to the clothes worn, to the types of activities planned, or to a need for frequent renewal so as not to repeat the same decoration.

The easiest way is to offer many variations of the same piece of jewelry.

However, this presents a significant cost for the users and a significant consumption of raw material.

An objective of the invention is to provide a decorative object, such as a piece of jewelry, comprising a body and a decorative element fixed reversibly to the body, so that it can be easily changed (that is to say without tools) decorative element while retaining the same body.

This saves the raw material of the body, which allows the consumer to be able to acquire several decorative elements to assemble them to the body according to his wishes of the moment.

Another objective of the invention is to propose such a decorative object, while ensuring that the aesthetics of the jewel is preserved, that is to say by ensuring that the fixing system allows regular, precise and immediate alignment of the decorative element on the jewel (or more generally on the decorative object). In other words, the user should not have to worry about positioning during the fixing of the decorative element so that it is in the position prescribed by the manufacturer.

By reversible fixing is meant a fixing that can be made and undone without tools. On the contrary, the term permanent fixing means a fixing requiring a tool to be made or undone (crimping, screwing, bonding, etc.).

To this end, the invention relates to a decorative object, such as a piece of jewelry, comprising a body and a decorative element fixed to the body, the decorative object comprising a reversible fixing system for the decorative element to the body comprising:

• On the decorative element:

o A first blocking block on which is pivotally mounted a rigid rod;

o A second blocking block provided with a reversible blocking means of the rod in the fixing position;

• On the body :

o A first blocking orifice intended to receive the first blocking block of the decorative element;

o A second blocking orifice intended to receive the second block for blocking the decorative element;

a support stud being arranged, in the fixing position, between the two blocking studs and aligned with them, and on which the rod is intended to bear force when the latter is blocked in the fixing position by means of reversible blocking of the second blocking pad.

According to particular embodiments:

• the support stud may be integral with the decorative element of the decorative object and arranged between the two blocking studs and aligned with them, the body comprising an intermediate orifice intended to receive the support stud, the orifice intermediate being arranged between the two blocking orifices and aligned with them;

• the support stud may be integral with the body of the decorative object and arranged between the two blocking orifices and aligned with them;

• the support stud may have a height such that the rod is elastically deformed on the support stud when the rod is engaged in the reversible blocking means of the second blocking stud;

• the support stud may include a support surface of the rod provided with a lateral retaining groove of the rod when the latter is in contact with the support stud; and / or • the rod has a rectilinear part provided with a free end, and a pivoting fixing part on the first blocking stud, said pivoting part being constituted by:

o At least one lateral offset segment forming an angle with respect to the rectilinear part;

o A segment of axis of rotation arranged in the extension of the lateral offset segment and perpendicular to the rectilinear part;

o A blocking segment arranged in the extension and perpendicular to the axis of rotation segment.

The subject of the invention is also a decorative element for a preceding decorative object, the decorative element comprising a decorative part and a part for fixing to the decorative object, the fixing part comprising:

• A first blocking block on which is pivotally mounted a rigid rod;

• A second blocking block provided with a reversible blocking means for the rod in the fixing position.

Alternatively, the decorative element may comprise a decorative part and a part for fixing to the decorative object, the fixing part comprising:

• A first blocking block on which is pivotally mounted a rigid rod;

• A second blocking block provided with a reversible blocking means for the rod in the fixing position;

• A support stud arranged between the two blocking studs and aligned with them.

The subject of the invention is also a kit for decorating a preceding decorative object, which comprises at least two preceding decorative elements and each carrying different decorations.

The subject of the invention is also a method of assembling a decorative element from a previous decorative object, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:

a) if necessary, release the rod from the blocking means of the second blocking stud;

b) engaging the free end of the rod in one of the body's locking holes;

c) engaging the two blocking studs in the blocking orifices of the body until the decorative element is against the body;

d) pivot the rod towards the second blocking stud so that it bears on the bearing stud;

e) elastically deforming the rod on the support stud to engage the rod in the blocking means of the second blocking stud.

Step c) can also include engaging the support stud in the intermediate orifice.

The invention aims to propose a decorative object, such as the jewel 1 illustrated in FIG. 1.

This object 1 comprises a body 100 and a decorative element 200 fixed to the body in a reversible manner by a reversible fixing system, a first embodiment of which is illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3.

FIG. 2 illustrates the fixing part 201 of the decorative element 200 on the body 100, in particular on the fixing zone 101 of the body 100. The decorative part 202 of the decorative element is not visible in this figure but in figure 1.

FIG. 3 illustrates the fixing zone 101 of the body 100 on which the decorative element 200 is fixed.

The part of the fixing system present on the decorative element

200 includes:

o A first blocking stud 210 on which is pivotally mounted a rigid rod 211; and a second blocking stud 220 provided with a reversible blocking means 221 for the rod in the fixing position, for example a fixing slot in which the rod 211 will be slid.

The part of the fixing system present on the body 100 comprises:

o A first blocking orifice 1 10 intended to receive the first blocking stud 210 of the decorative element 200;

o A second blocking orifice 120 intended to receive the second blocking stud 220 of the decorative element 200.

In general, according to the invention, the fixing system also comprises a support stud arranged between the two blocking studs and aligned with them, in the fixing position (that is to say when the studs 210 -220 of the decorative element are engaged in the holes 110-120 of the body and that the rod 211 is engaged with the locking means 221).

In the embodiment illustrated in Figures 3 to 5c, the support pad 230 is integral with the decorative element 200. It is arranged between the two locking pads 210-220 and aligned with them.

In a complementary manner, the body 100 comprises an intermediate orifice 130 intended to receive the support stud 230, the intermediate orifice 1 30 being arranged between the two end orifices 1 10-1 20 and aligned with them.

In the fixing position, the rod is intended to bear in force on the support stud 230 when the rod is locked in the fixing position by the reversible blocking means 221 of the second blocking stud 220.

This is illustrated in FIG. 4 in which the body 100 has not been illustrated so as not to overload the figure.

This assembly is also illustrated in FIG. 6 in which the body has also been partially represented.

Figures 5α to 5c illustrate the method of assembling the decorative element 200 on the body 100 of a decorative object.

In FIG. 5a, the user engages the free end 21a of the rod 211 in one of the blocking orifices 110 of the body. Where appropriate, the user will have previously released the rod 211 from the locking means 221 of the second locking pad 220.

Then the user brings the decorative element 200 closer to the body 100, in the direction of the arrow F1, and engages the two blocking studs 210-220 in the blocking orifices 110-120 of the body 100 until the decorative element is against the body (Figure 5b). In the illustrated embodiment, this step further comprises engaging the support stud 230 in the intermediate orifice 130.

The user then pivots the rod 211, in the direction of the arrow F2, towards the second blocking pad 220 so that it is in abutment on the support pad 230.

Then, it elastically deforms the rod 211 on the support stud 230 to engage the rod in the blocking means 221 of the second blocking stud 220. For example, it slides the rod 21 1 into a blocking slot carried by the stud 220. It is therefore understood that by “rigid rod” is understood according to the invention, that the rod can be elastically deformed by a user, without using a tool, while providing a constraint when this rod is deformed and in engagement with the locking means 221.

Advantageously, the blocking orifices have a shape complementary to the form of the blocking studs, and a dimension just greater in order to limit the lateral play between the studs and the orifices.

This allows a very precise reversible fixing in position of the decorative element on the body of the decorative object, while allowing an easy change of the decorative element.

The fixing position of the decorative element is therefore precise because it is determined by the cooperation of the studs and the blocking orifices

In other words, the user need not worry about the alignment when fixing the decorative element on the body of the decorative object so that the decorative element is in the position prescribed by the maker.

According to the invention, the support stud has a height H such that the rod 211 is elastically deformed on the support stud 230 when the rod 211 is engaged in the reversible locking means 221 of the second locking stud 220.

In doing so, the rod 211 has a curvature of angle a. This curvature exerts a stress on the blocking pad 220 and prevents the rod 211 from disengaging from the blocking means 221.

In this embodiment, the rod 211 advantageously has a length sufficient for its free end 211b to bear (see FIG. 5c) on the body 100 when it is forcibly engaged in the locking means 221. This contact limits the relative movement of the decorative element 200 and the body 100, which makes the assembly more qualitative.

This force arrangement makes it possible to block the decorative element on the body, without the need to provide a return means, spring type, at the level of the attachment of the rod to the first blocking stud 210.

In addition, the force is offset closer to the blocking means than if the rod was pivotally mounted on a spring at the first blocking stud 210. The stress is therefore greater and the risks of disengagement of the rod from the means of blocking 221 are decreased.

Advantageously, as illustrated in FIG. 7, the support stud 230 comprises a support surface 231 of the rod 211 provided with a lateral retaining groove 232 of the rod 211 when the latter is in abutment on the stud. support 230.

FIG. 8 illustrates a first variant 221a of the blocking means of the second blocking pad 220a.

The locking means 221 a is constituted by a plumb side rim under which the rod 211 is slid to be held by the stress exerted on the rod 211 by the support stud 230.

FIG. 9 illustrates a second variant 221b of the blocking means of the second blocking pad 220b.

The locking means 221b is constituted by a lateral notch in which the rod 211 is slid to be held by the stress exerted on the rod 211 by the support stud 230.

FIG. 10a illustrates an advantageous embodiment of the rod 211.

The latter presents:

• a straight part 211a provided with a free end 211 b, and • a pivoting fixing part 21 1 c on the first blocking stud 210,

The pivoting part 211c is advantageously produced by folding the other end of the rod 211, in order to obtain:

o At least one lateral offset segment forming an angle with respect to the rectilinear part; The illustrated embodiment comprises two lateral offset segments 211 c 1 and 211 c2;

o A segment of axis of rotation 21 lc3 arranged in the extension of the lateral offset segment 211 c 1 -211 c2 and perpendicular to the rectilinear part 211a;

o A blocking segment 211c4 arranged in the extension and perpendicular to the segment of axis of rotation 21 lc3.

This embodiment of the rod is particularly advantageous because it is both inexpensive and very practical.

It suffices to thread the blocking segment 21 lc4 into the transverse pivot hole 210a of the stud 210, then to pivot it to engage the axis of rotation segment 211 c3 in the transverse pivot hole 210a.

In this position, the blocking segment 21 lc4 and the lateral segment 21 lc2 prevent the rod 211 from detaching from the stud 210.

As it is the support stud which generates the stress of the rod during locking, it is not necessary for the rod itself to include an elastic return structure such as one or more spring loops.

According to a preferred embodiment illustrated in FIG. 10b, compatible with all the embodiments of a decorative object according to the invention, the lateral offset segment 211 c2 has a fold 211 c5 not coplanar with the rest of the rod 211, and shaped to be forced to bear against the body 100 when the rod 211 is forcibly engaged in the locking means 221. This contact increases the pressing force between the decorative element 200 and the body 100, which makes the more qualitative assembly (see Figure 12).

Alternatively, the blocking segment 211 c4 can be non-coplanar with the rest of the rod and long enough to present a point of contact in force against the body of the decorative object according to the invention when the rod 211 is forcibly engaged in the blocking means 221.

A second embodiment is illustrated in FIGS. 11 a to le.

In this embodiment, the support stud 140 is integral with the body 100 of the decorative object 1 and not with the decorative element 200.

The support stud 140 is then arranged on the body 100, between the two blocking orifices 110 and 120 and aligned with them.

The other characteristics of the support stud 230 of the first embodiment described above are also valid for the support stud 140 of the second embodiment: height to obtain a constrained blocking of the rod 211 by the blocking means 221 of the second blocking pad 200, notch 232, etc.

This embodiment in which the support stud is on the body and not on the decorative element has the advantage of better pressing the decorative element 200 against the body 100.

In a complementary manner, the rod 211 may advantageously have a sufficient length so that its free end 211b is in abutment (see FIG. 11 c) on the body 100 when it is forcibly engaged in the locking means 221. This contact increases the plating force between the decorative element 200 and the body 100, which makes the assembly more qualitative.

In a complementary manner, as illustrated in FIG. 12, the rod 211 may advantageously have a pivoting part 211c provided with a particular structure such that this pivoting part has a point of contact in force against the body of the decorative object according to the invention when the rod 211 is forcibly engaged in the locking means 221. This particular structure can advantageously be the folds 21 lc5 of the rod 211 in FIG. 10b.

This embodiment of the rod 211 is also valid for the embodiment of the invention illustrated in Figures 5a to 5c.

The invention also relates to a kit for decorating a decorative object according to the invention, comprising at least two decorative elements 200 each carrying different decorations. The user can then choose to buy this kit for his decorative object in order to change only the decorative element to have a different decoration, without having to change the entirety of his decorative object (jewelry, for example), it that is to say without having to redeem the body of the decorative object.

Advantageously, the body, the decorative element, the rod and the studs are metallic.

Figures 13 and 14 illustrate another embodiment of the invention showing different variants of the different elements possible without departing from the invention.

FIG. 13 shows a fixing part 301 of the decorative element 300 on the body 400 (see FIG. 14), in particular on the fixing zone 401 of the body 400. The decorative part 3 of the decorative element is not visible in this figure.

FIG. 14 illustrates the fixing zone 401 of the body 400 on which the decorative element 300 is to be fixed.

The part of the fixing system present on the decorative element

300 includes:

o A first blocking pad 310 on which is pivotally mounted a rigid rod 311; and a second blocking pad 320 provided with a reversible blocking means 321 for the rod in the fixing position, for example a fixing ball under which the rod 311 will be slid.

In this embodiment, the rigid rod 311 consists of a curled strand on itself, so as to form a loop 311a of reversible fixing on the second blocking pad 320 (the loop 311 a is forcefully inserted and reversibly under the ball 321).

The first blocking pad 310 consists of two separate portions 310a, on each of which a free end 311b of the strand is pivotally fixed.

The part of the fixing system present on the body 400 comprises:

a first blocking orifice 410 intended to receive the first blocking stud 310 of the decorative element 400;

a second blocking orifice 420 intended to receive the second blocking stud 320 of the decorative element 300.

In this exemplary embodiment, the blocking orifices 410420 do not have a shape complementary to the form of the blocking studs 310-320. They simply allow the passage of the rod 311 and the locking pads 310-320 for blocking the decorative element on the body of the object.

In order to guarantee a precise position for fixing the decorative element, the support pad 330, integral with the decorative element 300, has a polyhedral cylindrical shape (for example triangular, square, rectangular, hexagonal, etc.) and therefore not circular. In a complementary manner, the body 400 comprises an intermediate orifice 430 of complementary shape (and therefore non-circular) and of just greater dimension in order to limit the lateral play between the support pad 330 and the intermediate orifice 430.

This allows a very precise reversible fixing in position of the decorative element on the body of the decorative object, while allowing an easy change of the decorative element.

The fixing position of the decorative element is therefore precise because it is determined by the cooperation of the support stud and the intermediate orifice.

In other words, the user need not worry about the alignment when fixing the decorative element on the body of the decorative object so that the decorative element is in the position prescribed by the maker.

Figures 15 to 18 illustrate a variant of the third embodiment of a decorative element for a piece of jewelry according to the invention, a variant which can also be adapted to the first and second embodiments.

This variant illustrates the fact that the rigid rod 511 can comprise, between the free end 511 a, and the pivoting fixing part 511b, two elbows 511 c-511 d opposite each other to facilitate the fixing of the free end while ensuring the force support of the part 51 the of the rod situated between the two elbows on the support pad 330.

Thanks to these two elbows, the rod is stressed just enough to deform elastically when it is reversibly fixed to the second blocking pad 321 and in abutment on the support pad 330. Thus, when the rod is detached from the pad blocking 321, it regains its initial shape without residual deformation, which ensures over time the integrity of the rod and the effectiveness of the fixing.

The relative position of the decorative element 300 on the body 400 is ensured by the polygonal shape (triangular, square, pentagonal, etc.) of the support pad 330 and its good fit in the intermediate orifice 430.

Decorative object (1), such as a jewel, comprising a body (100) and a decorative element (200) fixed to the body, characterized in that it comprises a reversible fixing system for the decorative element on the body including: • On the decorative element (200): o A first blocking stud (210) on which is pivotally mounted a rigid rod (211); o A second blocking stud (220) provided with a reversible blocking means (221) of the rod (211) in the fixing position; • On the body (100): o A first blocking orifice (110) intended to receive the first blocking stud (21 0) of the decorative element; o A second blocking orifice (120) intended to receive the second blocking stud (220) of the decorative element; a support stud (140-230) being arranged, in the fixing position, between the two locking studs (210-220) and aligned with them, and on which the rod (211) is intended to bear force when the latter is locked in the fixing position by the reversible locking means (221) of the second locking stud (220). 2. Decorative object according to claim 1, wherein the support stud (230) is integral with the decorative element (200) of the decorative object (1) and arranged between the two blocking studs (210-220) and aligned with them, the body comprising an intermediate orifice (130) intended to receive the support stud, the intermediate orifice being arranged between the two blocking orifices (110-120) and aligned with them. 3.
