La présente invention a pour objet une monture de lunettes comportant des branches et des éléments d'ornements de ces branches, lesdites branches étant adaptées à recevoir lesdits éléments d'ornement de manière amovible, interchangeable.
Des montures de lunettes comportant des ornements sont connues de l'état de la technique.
Le document EP 0 225 955 notamment, présente des montures de lunettes translucides comportant des gorges adaptées à recevoir des garnitures colorées maintenues en place par leur propre élasticité ainsi que par un organe de retenue au niveau du pont nasal. Cette solution est limitée car elle requiert une certaine habilité de la part de l'utilisateur qui désire changer de garniture, et elle impose que la monture soit fabriquée en un matériau translucide et exige une conception de la garniture sous forme d'un bracelet élastique.
La présente invention a pour but de pallier ces inconvénients et en particulier d'apporter un moyen simple permettant de faire varier l'aspect extérieur d'une branche de monture de lunettes de type quelconque, par exemple du type face nylon, cerclé ou 3 pièces, en faisant varier des décors de forme, de graphisme et de couleur différents sur une même branche et pour ce faire de proposer un moyen simple pour interchanger rapidement et simplement des élément d'ornement de branches de montures de lunettes, tout en assurant un maintien sûr auxdits éléments une fois mis en place.
A cet effet, l'invention propose une monture de lunettes comportant deux branches, propres chacune à recevoir un élément d'ornement amovible, caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'ornement se présente sous la forme d'un enjoliveur pourvu, à l'une de ses extrémités longitudinales, d'un moyen d'accrochage sur une extrémité longitudinale de la branche et avec entre eux, des moyens de solidarisation autorisant démontage.
L'invention comprend, mis à part ces dispositions prir cipales certaines autres dispositions préférées qui apparaîtront dans la description qui suit, dont notamment : - lesdits moyens de solidarisation sont un aimant monté sur la branche et une zone à propriétés magnétiques sur l'enjoliveur coopérant avec ledit aimant ; - des dispositifs d'encliquetage son prévus entre les branches et les enjoliveurs ; - elle présente en outre un picot de centrage monté indifféremment soit sur la branche, soit sur l'enjoliveur et coopérant avec un trou pratiqué dans l'élément en regard du picot ; - le picot de centrage participe au positionnement de l'enjoliveur sur la branche à l'aide du trou dans lequel celui-ci est inséré ;- elle comporte un enjoliveur dont l'une des extrémités est conformée en crochet propre à s'engager dans un évidement ménagé à une extrémité de la branche pour coopération en crochetage. - le positionnement des moyens de solidarisation se fait dans le sens longitudinal de la branche de la monture ; - lesdits moyens de solidarisation autorisant démontage se trouvent de préférence sur la moitié opposée à l'extrémité conformée en crochet de l'enjoliveur, ainsi que sur la portion de branche en regard de ladite portion d'enjoliveur ; - le matériau constitutif de l'enjoliveur est un acier inoxydable ; - l'acier inoxydable est un acier coloré ;et - il se présente sous la forme d'un enjoliveur pourvu à l'une de ses extrémités longitudinales d'un moyen d'accrochage sur l'une des extrémité longitudinales de la branche, et en ce qu'il comporte des moyens de solidarisation avec la dite branche autorisant démontage.
Dans ce qui suit, nous allons décrire un mode de réalisation préféré de l'invention, à titre d'exemple non-limitatif en se référant aux dessus ci-annexés; sur lesquels : - les figures 1a et 1 b présentent une branche de monture de lunettes selon l'invention respectivement en vue de dessus et en vue de côté ; - les figures 2a et 2b présentent un enjoliveur de branche de lunettes selon l'invention respectivement en vue de dessus et en vue de côté ; - les figures 3a, 3b, 3c présentent une branche et un enjoliveur de branche selon l'invention respectivement en position d'apprécié d'assemblage, position intermédiaire et position assemblée en vue de dessus ; - la figure 3d présente une branche et un enjoliveur de branche selon l'invention en position assemblée en vue de dos ;- la figure 4 présente une monture de lunettes pourvue des enjoliveurs selon l'invention en vue de dessus.
La monture de lunettes 1 selon l'invention présente deux branches 10, chacune d'elles comportant à son extrémité côté charnière du côté intérieur, une rainure 11 située approximativement à mi-hauteur de la branche d'une largeur sensiblement égale à 1/3 de la largeur totale de la branche, et sensiblement centrée sur la largeur de ladite branche et un trou 12 situé approximativement à l'autre extrémité de la branche côté soie 15. Chacune des branches 10 comporte en outre un logement 13 prévu pour accueillir un élément de retenue 14, ledit logement 13 s'ouvrant sur la face extérieure de chacune des branches 10 et étant situé approximativement aux deux tiers de la longueur de celles-ci en partant de l'extrémité comportant la rainure 11.
L'enjoliveur 20 de branches selon l'invention est, ici, d'une longueur légèrement plus courte que la branche 10 à laquelle il est destiné à s'adapter. Il comporte à sa première extrémité un crochet 21 et à son extrémité opposée un picot de centrage 22 pourvu d'un chanfrein 23 d'engagement. La longueur de la rainure 11 est sensiblement plus longue que le retour 24 du crochet 21.
Le crochet 21 présente un retour 24 visible notamment en vue de dessus et destiné à être inséré dans la rainure 11 de la branche. Le crochet 21 présente une largeur sensiblement égale à celle de l'enjoliveur jusqu'au retour 24, qui ne présente qu'une largeur égale à environ 1/3 de la largeur du crochet 21, largeur correspondant sensiblement à celle dans laquelle le retojr 24 de la rainure est destiné à être inséré.
La mise en place de l'enjoliveur 20 sur la branche 10 s'effectue en deux étapes principales comme visible sur les figures 3a, 3b et 3c. La première étape consiste à introduire le retour 24 du crochet 21 dans la rainure 11 en déplaçant en translation l'enjoliveur selon la direction A tel qu'indiqué en figure 3a. Une fois l'enjoliveur 20 en butée dans la direction A, l'enjoliveur est plaqué contre la branche 10 selon la direction B telle que visible en figure 3b, le chanfrein 23 du picot 22 de l'enjoliveur 20 facilite son entrée dans le trou 12 d'immobilisation pratiqué dans la branche 10 côté soie 15.
Le dimensionnement précis de l'enjoliveur 20, notamment concernant la distance entre le crochet 21 et le picot 22, permet au crochet 21 conjointement avec le picot 22, de mettre en place et de maintenir ledit enjoliveur par retour élastique sur la branche, notamment lorsque le rayon de courbure de l'enjoliveur 20 est légèrement inférieur à celui de la branche 10 associée. Le maintien peut également être amélioré en dimensionnant le picot 22 et le trou 12 de manière à ce qu'il existe entre eux un ajustement serré, contribuant ainsi à la solidarisation entre l'enjoliveur 20 et la branche 10.L'élément de retenue, dans une réalisation préférée, est ici un aimant et le matériau constitutif de l'enjoliveur 20 est un métal de préférence coloré, et ayant des propriétés magnétiques au moins localement au niveau de la sa partie destinée à être en regard de l'élément de retenue 14, permettant ainsi à l'élément de retenue 14, ici un aimant, de retenir efficacement l'enjoliveur 20 sur la branche 10, l'aimant étant solidaire de celle-ci par exemple par collage. L'assemblage final de la branche sur l'enjoliveur est notamment visible en figure 3c.
L'intérêt de cette solution technique est double : d'une part le crochet 11 en coopération avec le picot 22 et l'élément de retenue 14 assurent un excellent maintien en place de l'enjoliveur sur la branche, et d'autre part, la conception astucieuse de la fixation de l'enjoliveur sur la branche permet un démontage et donc une interchangeabilité aisée de celui-ci pour l'utilisateur.
Dans un autre mode de réalisation, on pourrait concevoir de n'utiliser que le crochet 21 en coopération avec un moyen de solidarisation permettant le démontage, seul, sans utiliser un picot de centrage.
Dans un autre mode de réalisation, on pourrait utiliser le crochet en coopération avec le picot seul, monté en ajustement, serré avec le trou 12 d'immobilisation sans utiliser d'autres moyens de solidarisation.
Dans d'autres modes de réalisation, on pourra remplacer l'aimant utilisé précédemment par une plaque de bande adhésive de type bande adhésive repositionnable, ou un dispositif d'encliquetage, par exemple débouchant du côté intérieur de la branche, ou bien un moyen de solidarisation de type à boucles et crochets tel que commercialisé par exemple sous la marque Velcro et utilisé notamment dans l'industrie textile, ou bien tout autre moyen de solidarisation autorisant le démontage.
Le matériau constitutif de l'enjoliveur 20 peut être un acier inoxydable de préférence trempé puis coloré.
Il va de soi, et comme précisé précédemment, l'invention ne se limite nullement à ces modes d'application et de réalisation qui ont été plus spécialement envisagés ; elle en comprend au contraire toutes les variantes.The subject of the present invention is an eyeglass frame comprising branches and ornamental elements of these branches, said branches being adapted to receive said ornamental elements removably and interchangeably.

The document EP 0 225 955 in particular has translucent spectacle frames comprising grooves adapted to receive colored gaskets held in place by their own elasticity as well as by a retaining member at the nose bridge. This solution is limited because it requires a certain skill on the part of the user who wishes to change the lining, and it requires that the frame is made of a translucent material and requires a design of the lining in the form of an elastic strap.
The present invention aims to overcome these drawbacks and in particular to provide a simple way to vary the external appearance of a spectacle frame branch of any type, for example type nylon face, ring or 3 pieces , by varying different shapes, graphics and color patterns on the same branch and to this end to propose a simple way to quickly and easily interchange ornamental elements of glasses frame branches, while maintaining a support sure to the said elements once set up.
For this purpose, the invention proposes a spectacle frame comprising two branches, each adapted to receive a removable ornamental element, characterized in that the ornamental element is in the form of a hubcap provided with one of its longitudinal ends, a fastening means on a longitudinal end of the branch and with each other, securing means allowing disassembly.
The invention comprises, apart from these main dispositions, certain other preferred arrangements which will appear in the description which follows, in particular: said securing means are a magnet mounted on the branch and an area with magnetic properties on the hubcap cooperating with said magnet; - Ratchet devices are provided between the branches and hubcaps; - It further has a centering pin mounted indifferently either on the branch or on the hubcap and cooperating with a hole made in the element facing the pin; - The centering pin participates in the positioning of the hubcap on the branch with the hole in which it is inserted - It comprises a hubcap whose one end is shaped hook proper to engage in a recess provided at one end of the branch for hooking cooperation. - The positioning of the fastening means is in the longitudinal direction of the arm of the frame; - Said fastening means allowing disassembly are preferably on the opposite half to the hooked end of the hubcap, and on the leg portion facing said hubcap portion; the constituent material of the hubcap is a stainless steel; stainless steel is a colored steel and it is in the form of a hubcap provided at one of its longitudinal ends with a hooking means on one of the longitudinal ends of the branch, and in that it comprises securing means with said branch allowing disassembly.
In what follows, we will describe a preferred embodiment of the invention, by way of non-limiting example with reference to the above-annexed; in which: - Figures 1a and 1b show a spectacle frame branch according to the invention respectively in top view and in side view; FIGS. 2a and 2b show an eyeglass crown trim according to the invention respectively in plan view and in side view; - Figures 3a, 3b, 3c have a branch and a branch trim according to the invention respectively in the assembly of the position of appreciated, intermediate position and assembled position in top view; - Figure 3d shows a branch and a hub cap according to the invention in the assembled position in the back view - Figure 4 shows a spectacle frame provided with hubcaps according to the invention in top view.
The eyeglass frame 1 according to the invention has two branches 10, each of them having at its hinge-side end of the inner side, a groove 11 located approximately halfway up the branch with a width substantially equal to 1/3 of the total width of the branch, and substantially centered on the width of said branch and a hole 12 located approximately at the other end of the silk side branch 15. Each of the branches 10 further comprises a housing 13 provided for accommodating an element 14, said housing 13 opening on the outer face of each of the legs 10 and being located approximately two thirds of the length thereof from the end having the groove 11.
The hub trim 20 according to the invention is, here, a slightly shorter length than the branch 10 to which it is intended to fit. It comprises at its first end a hook 21 and at its opposite end a centering pin 22 provided with a chamfer 23 commitment. The length of the groove 11 is substantially longer than the return 24 of the hook 21.
The hook 21 has a return 24 visible especially in top view and intended to be inserted into the groove 11 of the branch. The hook 21 has a width substantially equal to that of the trim to the return 24, which has a width equal to about 1/3 of the width of the hook 21, width corresponding substantially to that in which the retojr 24 the groove is intended to be inserted.
The establishment of the hubcap 20 on the branch 10 is carried out in two main stages as visible in Figures 3a, 3b and 3c. The first step consists in introducing the return 24 of the hook 21 into the groove 11 by translating the hubcap in the direction A as indicated in FIG. 3a. Once the hubcap 20 abuts in the direction A, the hubcap is pressed against the branch 10 in the direction B as visible in Figure 3b, the bevel 23 of the pin 22 of the hubcap 20 facilitates its entry into the hole 12 of immobilization practiced in the branch 10 silk side 15.
The precise dimensioning of the hubcap 20, especially concerning the distance between the hook 21 and the pin 22, allows the hook 21 together with the pin 22, to set up and maintain said trim by springback on the branch, especially when the radius of curvature of the hubcap 20 is slightly lower than that of the associated branch 10. The maintenance can also be improved by sizing the pin 22 and the hole 12 so that there is between them a tight fit, thus contributing to the connection between the hubcap 20 and the branch 10.The retaining element, in a preferred embodiment, here is a magnet and the material constituting the embellisher 20 is a preferably colored metal, and having magnetic properties at least locally at its part intended to be opposite the retaining element 14, thus allowing the retaining element 14, here a magnet, to effectively retain the trim 20 on the branch 10, the magnet being secured thereto for example by gluing. The final assembly of the branch on the hubcap is particularly visible in Figure 3c.
The interest of this technical solution is twofold: on the one hand the hook 11 in cooperation with the pin 22 and the retaining element 14 ensure excellent retention in place of the hubcap on the branch, and secondly, the clever design of the attachment of the hubcap on the branch allows disassembly and therefore easy interchangeability thereof for the user.
In another embodiment, it could be conceived to use only the hook 21 in cooperation with a securing means for disassembly, alone, without using a centering pin.
In another embodiment, one could use the hook in cooperation with the pin alone, mounted in adjustment, tightened with the hole 12 of immobilization without using other securing means.
In other embodiments, it will be possible to replace the magnet previously used with a repositionable tape-like adhesive tape, or a detent device, for example opening on the inside of the leg, or a means of fastening type loops and hooks as marketed for example under the brand Velcro and used in particular in the textile industry, or any other means of solidarity allowing disassembly.
The constituent material of the hubcap 20 may be a stainless steel preferably hardened and then colored.
It goes without saying, and as previously stated, the invention is in no way limited to those modes of application and embodiments which have been more especially envisaged; on the contrary, it understands all the variants.
