Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'une hélice (1) pour un groupe motoventilateur de véhicule, à partir d'un moule, ledit procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : - la réalisation d'un insert (10) en fibres longues continues, telles que des fibres de verre ou des fibres de carbone, enduites de matériau thermoplastique, - la mise en place dans le moule de l'insert (10) préchauffé, en vue de permettre le surmoulage de l'ensemble formé du moyeu central (2), de la virole extérieure (4) et de la pluralité de pales (3), ledit insert (10) étant destiné à se trouver solidaire de ladite virole extérieure (4), l'injection de matière plastique dans le moule, de sorte que ledit insert (10) forme un renfort adapté sur la virole extérieure (4) de l'hélice (1) issue du moule.
