Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de séparation entre de l'eau et un solide comprenant : - une étape (i) où de la matière humide est introduite dans une enceinte 10, à l'intérieur de laquelle est disposé une moyen de transfert 15, de sorte à permettre la circulation de ladite matière humide depuis une entrée 11 vers une sortie 13 de ladite enceinte, ladite matière humide est chauffée à l'intérieur de ladite enceinte 10 par transfert d'enthalpie depuis un fluide caloporteur, - une étape (ii) où la vapeur produite à l'étape précédente est comprimée, - une étape (iii) où la vapeur comprimée est introduite est condensée et transmet son enthalpie à un fluide caloporteur, caractérisé en ce que l'enthalpie captée par le fluide caloporteur à l'étape (iii) est utilisée pour l'étape (i) et en ce que l'étape (i) est réalisée dans une atmosphère saturée en vapeur d'eau.
