Abstract

Procédé pour effectuer l'étanchéité entre un rail de voie ferrée de tramway et son logement sur la chaussée pour empêcher l'écoulement d'eau sous la voie et dans le logement. L'invention concerne un procédé pour effectuer l'étanchéité entre un rail et son logement par la pose d'un joint préfabriqué adhésif sur ses bords et collé entre une face du rail et le champ du logement du rail. Il est constitué d'un joint d'étanchéité souple (7) présentant deux faces latérales sur lesquelles sont déposés lors de sa fabrication deux adhésifs à fort pouvoir d'adhésion (6). Ce joint (7) est posé sur la voie et une face est positionnée sur le rail (1) et l'autre sur le champ de tôle du logement (4) afin d'assurer une étanchéité à l'eau. Le procédé selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à l'étanchéité de voies ferrée de tramway noyées dans la chaussée d'une ville.A method of sealing between a railroad track rail and its seat on the roadway to prevent the flow of water under the track and into the housing. La présente invention concerne un procédé pour effectuer l’étanchéité entre un rail de voie ferrée et son logement pour empêcher l’écoulement d’eau sous la voie et dans le logement. Les tramways installés en ville, en se déplaçant sur les rails, génèrent un bruit de roulement qui se transmet aux bâtiments et augmentent le niveau sonore dans la rue. Pour remédier à ce phénomène, des matériaux polymères sont coulés ou assemblés contre le rail afin d’absorber les vibrations et bruits. Ces matériaux polymères sont placés contre le rail dans un logement prévu à cet effet. Les matériaux poiymères d’isolation acoustique ne supportent pas l’action de i’eau de piuie ou toute autre action mécanique résultant par exemple du passage d’un pneumatique de voiture ou de piéton inhérente à toute installation urbaine. Les voies étant intégrées à la chaussée, il faut en cas d’intervention sur la voie pouvoir avoir la possibilité d’accéder aux systèmes de fixation des rails et éviter l’introduction d’eau sous le système d’isolation. En effet cette eau peut corroder la voie et poser à terme des problèmes de sécurité. La durée de vie de ce joint est donnée pour 10 ans avec des dégradations significatives observées sur le terrain au bout de 5 ans. La voie est censée rester en service au moins 30 ans. Les réparations se font uniquement par du personnel spécialisé. Il comprend en effet selon une première caractéristique, l’application d’un joint d’étanchéité souple préfabriqué ayant deux faces adhésives qui peuvent se coller sur un coté du rail et sur une autre face du logement dudit rail. L’application de ce joint adhésif permet de fermer le logement recevant le rail et empêche ainsi toute introduction d’eau. Le joint est mis en place à la main ou à l’aide d’outils adaptés sans mise en œuvre de produits chimiques. Ainsi lorsque le joint l’adhésif est posé par l’opérateur, la fonction étanchéité est instantanément assurée entre le rail et une face de son logement. La nature des matériaux utilisé permet d’atteindre les 10 ans de durée de vie requis.The method according to the invention overcomes this disadvantage. Procédé pour réaliser l'étanchéité entre un rail (1) de tramway et son logement sur la chaussé, comprenant ledit rail (1), et le logement (4) du rail, ledit rail (1) étant scellé au fond du logement (4) comprenant de la mousse acoustique (3) noyant le rail (1) sur sa partie basse, et dans lequel on réalise l'étanchéité par la mise en place d'un joint entre la partie latérale (8) du rail (1) et la paroi latérale du logement (4) afin de protéger la mousse acoustique (3) et éviter les infiltrations d'eau, caractérisé en ce que le joint (7) est un joint préfabriqué collé aux parois du rail (1) et du logement (4) par ses bords.1.
