Description

INSTALLATION ANTI-BRUIT POUR VOIE DE TRANSPORT GUIDÉ ET VOIE DE TRANSPORT GUIDÉ ÉQUIPÉE D'UNE TELLE  ANTI-NOISE INSTALLATION FOR A GUIDED TRANSPORT ROAD AND GUIDED TRANSPORT ROAD EQUIPPED WITH SUCH
INSTALLATION  INSTALLATION
1. Domaine technique de l'invention 1. Technical field of the invention
2. Arrière-plan technologique  The invention relates to an anti-noise device for a guided transport route, in particular for a viaduct having a transverse U-shaped cross section. The invention also relates to a guided transport route, and in particular to a viaduct, equipped with a installation according to the invention. 2. Technological background
Public guided transports such as metros and trains generate significant noise levels, which result in particular from the interactions between the wheels of the transport vehicles and the running tracks such as rails on which these vehicles travel.
This problem of noise is particularly troublesome when the lanes are developed in urban agglomerations, in the immediate vicinity of residential areas, particularly in the context of viaducts or airways.
Ces barrières permettent de contrer la propagation du bruit par réflexion des ondes acoustiques qui atteignent la face interne de la barrière  One of the technical solutions commonly used on this type of road is the installation of acoustic barriers two to three meters high that come to border the way so as to trap the noise and limit its spread beyond the immediate vicinity. These barriers make it possible to counter the propagation of sound by reflection of the acoustic waves that reach the inner face of the barrier
This solution has several disadvantages among which the fact of obstructing the field of view of residents because of the presence of particularly large acoustic barriers.
In addition to the visual impact, the acoustic barriers are ineffective and even aggravate the noise situation for residents living in buildings located high up in relation to the viaduct, due to multiple reflections on the boxes or screens located on the opposite lane. In addition, this solution is bulky, has a significant wind load, which has a significant impact on the constraints subject to the structure, and leads to weigh down the structure on which it is implemented. Also, it is possible to equip with such noise barriers, that the structures, especially viaducts, which were oversized during their construction. Only oversized viaducts can later accept new constraints and therefore be equipped with these noise barriers. The other works are condemned to be noisy and thus to penalize the residents and / or to make the surrounding areas not very conducive to housing.
Finally, the solution of noise barriers along the tracks does not allow, once the barriers installed along the track, to change the level of performance, except to replace the noise barriers with new barriers.
There is therefore a need for a new solution to limit the noise caused by the passage of guided transport vehicles on bridges viaduct type structures.
There is also a need for a solution to adapt to all types of viaducts, especially viaducts that were not oversized during their construction.
There is also a need to have a solution to provide different levels of performance according to the needs expressed by residents.
3. Objectifs de l'invention 3. Objectives of the invention
The aim of the invention is to overcome at least some of the disadvantages of the known solutions for limiting the noise heard by the residents of bridges, viaducts or bridge structures, in particular viaducts having a U-shaped cross section, particularly in flared U shape.

The invention also aims to provide, in at least one embodiment of the invention, an installation that can respond to different levels of performance.
The invention also aims to provide, in at least one embodiment, a viaduct equipped with an anti-noise installation according to the invention.
4. Exposé de l'invention 4. Presentation of the invention
To this end, the invention relates to a soundproofing device for a guided transport path having a U-shaped transverse cross-section - in particular in the form of U flare - whose two branches form the side walls of the track and whose central zone connecting the two branches forms at least one running track of a guided transport vehicle, characterized in that it comprises a plurality of acoustic panels arranged relative to one another so as to form at least one chamber of enclosing a source of noise resulting from the passage of a vehicle on said running track, which can be arranged around said source of noise by extending to a free end of at least one branch of the U, each panel acoustically forming at least a portion of a partition of a noise enclosure chamber.
The invention thus makes it possible to form at least one enclosure chamber of the noise arranged around the source of the noise - which results from the passage of the wheels of a vehicle on the running track, for example, the wheels of a train on the rails -and the free end of the side walls of the U-shaped viaduct. A noise enclosing chamber is a chamber that has partitions adapted to best isolate the space containing the noise sources of the space downstream and so attenuate the noise. The invention proposes to encapsulate the sources of noise resulting from the dynamic interaction of the wheels of a vehicle with the running track by using the space available between these sources and the side walls of the U-shaped viaduct. The space being reduced, the invention proposes to use a plurality of acoustic panels and to arrange them with respect to one another so as to form different partitions of at least one noise enclosing chamber, without however extending beyond the outer viaduct jig to limit the visual impact of the installation.
The invention utilizes and optimizes the shape of the U-shaped viaduct by forming a noise enclosing chamber that extends entirely into the authorized space between the noise source and the free end of the U-branches. In other words, each portion of the U-shaped viaduct is used to reduce noise emissions. The invention therefore takes advantage of the specific shape of the viaduct to reduce noise emissions by incorporating different acoustic panels.
In addition, the enclosure chamber is arranged around the source of the noise extending to the free end of the side walls. In other words, the acoustic panels do not extend beyond the viaduct. In particular, no acoustic panel protrudes from the free end of the side walls. The set of acoustic panels is formed between the side walls of the viaduct. The visual impact of an anti-noise installation is therefore zero for residents. A viaduct which has a neat architecture, aesthetic curves, is not penalized by the arrangement of an anti-noise installation according to the invention, unlike noise barriers of the prior art.
According to the invention, the enclosing chamber is formed by the arrangement of a plurality of acoustic panels, each panel forming at least a portion of a partition of an enclosure chamber. It is therefore particularly easy to adapt the shape and dimensions of the noise enclosing chambers to the size of the vehicles traveling on the track, by moving and / or modifying the shape and dimensions of one or more acoustic panels.
It is also particularly easy to adapt the shape and dimensions of the noise enclosure chambers to the desired level of performance. For example, an installation according to the invention makes it possible to adapt the sound attenuation produced to a specific request by modifying the shape of the enclosing chamber produced by the arrangement of the acoustic panels. The performance can also be determined by the type of acoustic panels used. In addition, depending on the size of the vehicle traveling on the track, only certain acoustic panels of the plurality of acoustic panels can be used.
The enclosure chamber is preferably formed by the combination of the acoustic panels, the vehicle and the U-shaped viaduct. In other words, the acoustic panels are at least arranged to form partitions where the vehicle and the viaduct do not form walls that prevent the propagation of noise.
Advantageously and according to the invention, each acoustic panel is either an absorbent panel or a shutter panel. An absorbent panel is an acoustic panel having a material adapted to absorb at least a portion of the noise that reaches it. A shutter panel is an acoustic panel formed of a material adapted to block the propagation of acoustic waves that reach it.
Advantageously, an installation according to the invention comprises at least one acoustic panel, called a cap, adapted to be mounted on the free end of at least one branch of the U, parallel to said rolling track, extending in the direction of the branch of the U opposite the branch on which it is mounted, so as to form an upper partition of a noise enclosure chamber.
Each cap forms an upper partition of at least one noise enclosure chamber. Each cap is arranged at the end of a side wall of the track towards the side wall of the facing track, parallel to the raceway. In other words, each cap delimits the upper part of the chamber while not extending beyond the viaduct. An anti-noise installation according to the invention and according to this variant therefore does not generate visual impact for residents. Each cap forms with the side wall of the U-shaped viaduct on which it is arranged, a cavity that traps the acoustic waves emitted by the noise source, which substantially reduces the noise transmitted to the residents of the viaduct during the passage of vehicles on the road. transport way. The cap may have dimensions to extend closer to the vehicle traveling on the track to minimize the leakage surface formed by the space between the free end of the cap and the vehicle.
Advantageously, an anti-noise installation according to the invention comprises at least one acoustic panel, called skirt, adapted to be carried by said vehicle perpendicularly to said raceway and at least one acoustic panel, said low screen, adapted to be mounted on said raceway facing said skirt, so as to form a sidewall of at least one chamber of the noise enclosure.
An anti-noise installation according to this variant thus makes it possible to form, by the combination of a skirt carried by the vehicle and a low screen mounted on the running track, a side wall of a point noise enclosing chamber. mobile with the movement of the vehicle. In particular, the chamber is formed only when the train is present on the viaduct. This side wall is not continuous, but has a gap between the skirt and the low screen to allow the vehicle to flow on the track. This gap between the bottom screen and the skirt determines the leakage surface to the outside of the cribbing chamber to which the formed partition belongs. This surface can therefore be parameterized by adapting the dimensions of the skirt and the low screen to the size of the vehicles traveling on the track.
Preferably, the installation comprises two skirts carried laterally on each side of the vehicle and a low screen mounted on the track facing each skirt.
Advantageously, an anti-noise installation according to the invention comprises at least one acoustic panel, said side panel, adapted to be mounted in the vicinity of a side wall of the track, perpendicular to the raceway, so as to form a partition side of at least one noise enclosure chamber.
Alternatively or in combination, the installation comprises at least one acoustic panel, said side mat, adapted to be fixed on the side wall of the channel forming a U branch so as to form a side wall of at least one chamber of enclosure of noise.
A side mat can match the shape of the side wall of the U-shaped channel to form a side wall of a noise enclosure chamber.
Advantageously, an anti-noise installation comprises at least one acoustic panel, said slab, adapted to be fixed on the raceway so as to form a lower partition of at least one noise enclosure chamber.
Advantageously and according to the invention, said acoustic panels - in particular the absorbent panels - are adapted to be arranged in different different configurations so as to form at least one enclosure chamber compatible with the configuration of said transport route guided on which installation is implemented.
An installation according to this variant makes it possible to adapt the configuration of the enclosing chambers formed by the arrangement of the acoustic panels - in particular the absorbent panels - to different types of track, to the constraints and specific needs of each track.
Advantageously, an installation according to the invention further comprises means for removably attaching said acoustic panels - in particular absorbent panels - so as to allow easy assembly / disassembly of each acoustic panel - in particular of each absorbent panel -.
According to this variant, the assembly and disassembly of an acoustic panel on the track or on the vehicle is carried out by means of removable fixing means, which facilitates the maintenance of an anti-noise installation according to the invention and which makes it possible to easily adapt the configuration of the chambers formed by the acoustic panels to the size of the vehicles traveling on the track. These removable fastening means comprise for example means of the screw-nut type.
Avantageusement et selon l'invention, lesdits panneaux acoustiques sont agencés les uns par rapport aux autres de façon à former au moins deux chambres d' encoffrement du bruit pouvant être ménagées en série entre la source de bruit et une extrémité libre d'au moins une branche du U.  Advantageously and according to the invention, said acoustic panels are arranged with respect to each other so as to form at least two noise enclosing chambers that can be arranged in series between the source of noise and a free end of at least one branch of U.
According to this variant, the installation forms at least two noise enclosing chambers arranged in series between the noise source and the outside of the viaduct. In particular, the first cribbing chamber opens into the second cribbing chamber which opens on the outside of the viaduct, at the level of the cap. The first chamber comprises for example a lower wall formed of slabs, side walls formed by skirts and low screens, and an upper partition formed by the vehicle. The second cribbing chamber comprises for example a lower partition formed by slabs, lateral partitions respectively formed by a skirt and a low screen (this partition is common with the first chamber), and by a side mat, and an upper partition. formed by a cap. The space between the skirt and the bottom screen of the common partition forms a passage from the first chamber to the second chamber. The space between the free end of the cap and the vehicle forms a trailing surface of the second chamber.
An anti-noise installation according to the invention may be used in connection with a guided transport path comprising two adjacent raceways. In this case, the anti-noise installation advantageously comprises at least one acoustic panel, said central panel, adapted to be fixed on the track between the two raceways extending perpendicularly to the raceways so as to form a partition side of at least one enclosure chamber of the noise.
Advantageously and according to the invention, at least one absorbent acoustic panel is formed in a material chosen from the group comprising porous concrete, wood concrete, rubber concrete, rock wool, rockwool, stone wool, Steel, PVC, EDPM, or a combination of several of these materials.
Each of these materials provides good acoustic and / or structural performance and can be used to form one or more of the acoustic absorbent panels of a noise suppression system according to the invention.
The invention also relates to a guided transport path having a U-shaped transverse cross-section - particularly U-shaped flared - whose two branches form the side walls of the track and whose central zone connecting the two branches forms a runway of a vehicle of guided transport, characterized in that it comprises an anti-noise installation according to the invention.
The invention also relates to an anti-noise installation and a track equipped with an anti-noise system characterized in combination by all or some of the characteristics mentioned above or below.

The anti-noise device according to the invention comprises a plurality of acoustic panels arranged relative to one another so as to form at least one chamber 20 for enclosing the noise resulting from the passage of a vehicle on a track 18 . This enclosing chamber 20 is schematically represented in dashed lines in FIG. 2. The chamber 20 surrounds the noise generation zone which is formed by the wheels 51 of the vehicle 50 and the rails 52 carried by the raceway 18. This chamber 20 extends between the zone of noise formation up to the free end of at least one side wall 16 of the channel.

In the following, various embodiments of each absorbent panel will be described in connection with Figures 5 to 11.
In FIG. 5, only caps 30, 31 and bottom screens 37a, 37b are shown for purposes of illustration and clarity. The caps are formed according to this embodiment of porous concrete and can be crenellated on the lower portion 60 facing the runway 17 so as to increase the absorbent surface. According to other embodiments, the caps can be formed of extruded EPDM, folded sheet having for example a thickness of 0.8mm.
Whatever the material used, each cap has orifices 61 extending parallel to the raceway and adapted to receive fastening means of the screw-nut type. According to an advantageous embodiment, each cap has an upper surface slightly inclined, for example of the order of 3%, to the raceway, to allow the flow of rainwater.
The caps extend for example a distance of 10 to 20 cm from the edge of the side wall on which they are mounted and run along the track over a distance, for example 6 m.
