Abstract

The present invention comprises a pump-type manual dispensing device (1) for a container neck (3) (2) intended to contain a fluid, said neck (3) comprising a screw thread (35). The manual dispensing device (1) comprises dispensing means (5) comprising: - a moving part (7) in which is formed a duct (71) comprising a downstream end (711) intended to open outwards to deliver said fluid, - a fixed part (8) comprising a mounting portion (81) having a screw thread (8111) for screwing on said screw thread (35) carried by said neck (3). This manual dispensing device (1) comprises a tamperproof ring (83) intended to cooperate with a collar (36) complementary to said neck (3), underlying said screw thread (35) of the neck (3); the manual dispensing device (1) and the tamper-proof ring (83) are secured together by means of one-piece rupture initiation means (84).

Description

Technical field to which the invention relates

The present invention relates generally to the field of devices for dispensing conditioned fluid in a container. It relates more particularly to manual dispensing devices, of the pump type, which are intended to equip the neck of a container having a net.

Technological background

A pharmaceutical or cosmetic form refers to the individual form in which the active ingredients and the excipients of a composition present themselves.

Some of these forms, particularly fluid forms, require a manual dispensing device that allows use in a local way.

In particular, there are manual dispensing devices, of the pump type, which are suitable for cutaneous or oral application of the composition.

Such a manual dispensing device comprises for this purpose dispensing means comprising: - a moving part in which is formed a conduit for the path of said fluid, which conduit comprises two opposite ends, one end downstream for delivering said fluid, - a fixed part comprising a mounting portion adapted to be assembled on said neck, and a receiving portion in which said movable member is attached with a degree of freedom in translation between an extended position and a retracted position.

The dispensing means further comprise: means for causing the distribution of a dose of fluid through said downstream end, during a maneuver in manual translation of the moving part from the extended position to the retracted position, and - elastic return means of this moving part in the extended position.

The mounting part of the fixed part of these manual dispensing devices conventionally comprises a screw thread for its removable screwing on the screw thread carried by the neck of the receiving container.

But these current manual dispensing devices are not entirely satisfactory, especially in terms of safety, because the end user can not directly detect a possible violation or prior opening of the container.

These manual dispensing devices are also often subject to an unwanted loosening phenomenon with respect to their receiving neck, in particular in the case of containers in which oily fluids are packaged.

There is therefore a need for a new pump-type manual dispensing device structure that would provide increased end user security and improved hold on the delivery neck.

Object of the invention

In order to overcome the aforementioned drawbacks of the state of the art, the present invention proposes a new structure of manual dispensing device, pump type.

More particularly, according to the invention there is provided a manual dispensing device, of the pump type, for a container neck intended to contain a fluid, said neck comprising a screw thread.

The manual dispensing device comprises dispensing means comprising: - a moving part in which is formed a conduit for the flow of said fluid, which conduit comprises an upstream end intended to open into the container and a downstream end intended to open outwardly for delivering said fluid, - a fixed part comprising a mounting part comprising a screw thread for its screwing on said screw thread carried by said neck, and a receiving part in which said movable part is attached with a degree of freedom in translation between an output position and a retracted position.

The dispensing means further comprise: means for causing the distribution of a dose of fluid through said downstream end, during a maneuver in manual translation of said moving part from said extended position to said retracted position, and - elastic return means of said moving part in the extended position.

According to the invention, the manual dispensing device comprises a tamperproof ring intended to cooperate with a complementary collar of said neck, underlying said neck screw thread, which manual dispensing device and which tamper-proof ring are secured together by the through one-piece means of breaking initiation.

In other words, the tamper-proof ring is secured within the manual dispensing device by means of one-piece means of rupture initiation.

In practice, the user moves the moving part in translation (one or more times), so that each maneuver causes the distribution of a dose of fluid.

The manual dispensing device is firmly held on the neck of the container by means of the tamper evident ring positioned under the collar of the neck.

This structure thus avoids the unwanted unwinding phenomena of the manual dispensing device with respect to the neck, encountered in particular in the containers in which oily liquids are conditioned.

In addition, in the case where an individual wishes to access the interior volume of the container, it rotates the fixed part so as to cause its unscrewing relative to the neck.

When this maneuver is performed for the first time, the tamperproof ring is detached following the rupture of the breaking initiation means; this tamper-proof ring then remains in position on the neck.

It is thus an opening witness, forming a material proof that the packaged product is no longer inert with respect to the origin. Other nonlimiting and advantageous features of the manual dispensing device according to the invention, taken individually or in any technically possible combination, are the following: the fixed part comprises a tubular skirt comprising, on the one hand, an inner surface comprising the screw thread and, on the other hand, an end edge which is secured to the tamper-proof ring by the one-piece means of breaking initiation; - The manual dispensing device further comprises means for closing said dispensing means; these closure means comprise an attached capsule which is able to cover said movable part and to cooperate with said fixed part by means of removable fastening means; the capsule comprises a pellet extended by a cooperating skirt, through the removable fastening means, with the fixed part of said manual dispensing device.

The present invention further relates to a container for containing a fluid, which container comprises a neck equipped with the manual dispensing device according to the invention.

This neck comprises, successively from a free edge of said neck: - a screw thread, complementary to the screw thread equipping the fixed part of said manual dispenser device, and - a collar under which is housed the tamper-evident ring of said manual dispensing device .

The present invention also relates to a process for obtaining a container according to the invention.

This method comprises: - the assembly of the manual dispensing device, - the installation by screwing said manual dispensing device on the neck of said container, so that the tamperproof ring of said manual dispensing device is housed under the complementary collar of said neck.

Detailed description of an example embodiment

The following description with reference to the accompanying drawings, given by way of non-limiting examples, will make it clear what the invention consists of and how it can be achieved.

In the accompanying drawings: - Figure 1 is a view, along a longitudinal sectional plane, of a manual dispensing device according to the invention which is positioned in alignment and at a distance from a container neck; - Figure 2 corresponds to Figure 1, wherein the manual applicator device (shown partially) is suitably mounted on the container neck.

As shown in these Figures 1 and 2, the manual dispensing device 1 is adapted to be attached to a container 2 for containing a fluid.

By "fluid" is meant in particular liquids, for example gels and creams.

Container and neck

The container 2 consists of a container, for example a bottle, a bottle, etc.

It is made of a fluid-tight material, for example glass or a plastic material.

This container 2 has a neck 3 for the distribution of the fluid it contains (only this neck 3 is shown in Figures 1 and 2).

The neck 3 advantageously has a standard structure, for example according to the DIN18 standard.

This neck 3 thus has a generally tubular shape, along a longitudinal axis 3 ', which is delimited by two cylindrical surfaces: an outer surface 31 and an inner surface 32. These surfaces 31, 32 meet at a free edge 33 generally flat annular shape.

The outer surface 31 of the neck 3 comprises, successively, from the free edge 33, the following structures: - a thread 35 (or external thread) screw, preferably standard, and - a collar 36, in which is intended to come to lodge and lock a tamperproof ring of the manual dispensing device 1.

The collar 36 has two surfaces: - an upper surface 361, of generally frustoconical shape, and - a lower surface 362, extending perpendicularly or approximately perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis 3 'of the neck 3.

In general, the container 2 may still consist of any other container having a neck 3 provided with a screw thread and an underlying collar (also referred to as "against-ring").

Manual dispenser device, pump type

The manual dispensing device 1 according to the invention comprises for its part: - means 5 for the distribution of the fluid present in the container 2, in a controlled and localized manner, and - means 6 for sealing these diffusion means 5 , in order to block / prevent the operation of these diffusion means 5.

The distribution means 5 are shown, in isolation, in FIG.

These distribution means 5 consist here of two main parts: a moving part 7 (or "applicator head") and a fixed part 8. These distribution means 5 define a general axis 5 'intended to extend coaxially to the longitudinal axis 3 'of the neck 3.

The moving part 7 comprises a conduit 71 for the flow of the fluid.

The duct 71 is formed along the length of the moving part 7, advantageously coaxially with the general axis 5 '.

This duct 71 has two opposite ends: - a downstream end 711, advantageously lateral, to deliver the fluid, and - an upstream end 712, advantageously coaxial with the aforementioned general axis 5 ', intended to open on the side of the container 2 (and, in particular, in communication with the interior volume of the container 2) and at which is connected an upper end of a tubular 9; the lower end of this tubular 9 (not shown) is intended to extend at the bottom of the container 2.

The fixed part 8 comprises two main parts: - a mounting part 81, able to be assembled on the neck 3, and - a receiving part 82 in which the moving part 7 is attached with a degree of freedom in translation (not shown in Figure 2 for the sake of simplification).

The mounting portion 81 of the fixed part 8 is in the form of a tubular skirt intended to engage on the neck 3 of the container 2, extending advantageously coaxially with the general axis 5 '.

This tubular skirt 81 has two opposite surfaces 811, 812, terminated by an annular end edge 813 (lower) and an inner top crown 814 (upper).

The two opposite surfaces 811, 812 consist of: a cylindrical inner surface 811 extending coaxially with the general axis 5 'intended to fit the outer surface 31 of the neck 3, and an outer surface 812 comprising a plurality of grooves oriented parallel to the general axis 5 'to optimize the operation of screwing / unscrewing the distribution means 5 by the end user (alternatively, not shown, this outer surface 812 can also be smooth).

The cylindrical inner surface 811 comprises a screw thread 8111 forming connecting means adapted to cooperate, removably by screwing, with the screw thread 35 complementary to the neck 3 (Figure 2).

The receiving part 82 allows the reception and the translational guidance of the moving part 7 in a direction coaxial with the general axis 5 ', between an output position (Figure 1) and a retracted position (not shown).

This receiving portion 82 advantageously forms a portion of the conduit 71 for the flow of the fluid, in particular its upstream end 712.

The dispensing means 5 further comprise means 10 for causing the dispensing of a dose of fluid through the downstream end 711 of the duct 71, during a maneuver in manual translation of said movable part 7 from its extended position until 'to its retracted position.

The latter means 10, conventional in themselves, consist for example of a combination of suitable non-return valves.

The dispensing means 5 also comprise means 11 for the elastic return of the moving part 7 in the extended position.

These elastic return means 11 consist for example of a compression spring member interposed between the moving part 7 and the fixed part 8.

According to the invention, the end edge 813 of the tubular skirt 81 carries a tamper-proof ring 83 intended to cooperate with the neck 36 complementary to the neck 3.

As shown in Figure 2, the tamperproof ring 83 comprises in particular an inner surface 831 provided with a rib 832 intended to be placed under the collar 36 of the neck 3 (in particular under the lower surface 362 of this collar 36).

The tubular skirt 81 and the tamper-proof ring 83 are joined together by means of monoblock means of rupture initiation 84, which are intended to be degraded during a first separation of the distribution means 5 with respect to the neck 3.

These one-piece rupture initiation means 84 consist for example of a set of bridges (or points) of connection, which are regularly distributed over the circumference of the tamper-proof ring 83 and which are made in one piece between the tubular skirt 81 (in in particular its end edge 813) and the tamper evident ring 83.

For their part, the sealing means 6 here consist of a capsule adapted to cover the diffusion means 5, and in particular the moving part 7, in a so-called "assembly" configuration (FIG. 1).

The capsule 6 here consists of a one-piece piece made of a plastic material.

This capsule 6 comprises a pellet 61, disc-shaped, extended by a skirt 62 in the form of a tube. These two parts 61, 62 extend coaxially along a longitudinal axis 6 '.

The skirt 62 is delimited by two cylindrical surfaces, one outside 621 and the other inside 622. This skirt 62 ends in addition, opposite the pellet 61, by an annular border 623.

This skirt 62, and in particular its inner cylindrical surface 622, cooperates with the fixed part 8 of the distribution means 5 by means of removable fastening means (for example of the interlocking type by elastic deformation). In this respect, the inner cylindrical surface 622 advantageously comprises a rib 6221 intended to be housed, by elastic deformation, under a rib 84 formed on the fixed part 8.

Installation of the manual dispensing device on the container

The manual dispenser device 1 is assembled (in particular the parts 7, 8) and can then be mounted on the neck 3 of the container 2 previously filled with a fluid.

During this assembly, the receiving portion 82 of the fixed part 8, and its associated tubing 9, are introduced into the neck 3 of the container 2 (not shown in Figure 2 for the sake of simplification).

This assembly is completed by a screwing operation, so that the screw thread 8111 of the manual dispensing device 1 and the screw thread 35 complementary to the neck 3 engage one into the other.

During this screwing, the tamperproof ring 83 passes forcibly under the collar 36 of the neck 3, by means of a phenomenon of elastic deformation.

The rib 832 of the tamper-proof ring 83 then comes to be placed directly under the lower surface 362 of the collar 36 of the neck 3, so as to obtain a locked position of this tamper-proof ring 83 which prevents its extraction in translation from the neck 3. (Figure 2).

The end of the screw stroke is defined by the bearing of the ring 814 of the fixed part 8 on the free edge 33 of the neck 3 (Figure 2).

Implementation The user can know if the container 2 has already been opened by checking the integrity of the manual dispensing device 1, and in particular by checking that the tamper ring 83 is attached to the part mounting 81 of the fixed part 8.

To deliver a dose of fluid contained in the container 2, the user separates the closure means 6 and then maneuvers in manual translation the moving part 7 from its extended position to its retracted position.

This maneuver is advantageously carried out by the support of the user with a finger on the upper free end of the moving part 7, so as to push it into the fixed part 8.

When the pressure is released, the moving part 7 returns to the extended position under the effect of the elastic return means 11. The user can repeat this maneuver in translation of the moving part 7, one or more times, to deliver the desired number of fluid doses.

Once the treatment is completed, the user can put the closure means 6 back into place on the distribution means 5.

In general, the manual dispensing device 1 (and in particular the dispensing means 5) is firmly held on the neck 3 of the container 2, by means of the tamperproof ring 83 positioned under the collar 36 of the neck 3.

This structure thus avoids the unwanted unwinding phenomena of the manual dispensing device 1 with respect to the neck 3, encountered in particular for containers in which oily liquids are conditioned.

In the case where an individual wishes to access the interior volume of the container 2, it rotates the fixed part 8 relative to the neck 3 so as to cause its unscrewing.

This maneuver performed for the first time then causes detachment of the tamper-proof ring 83 which remains in position on the neck 3, by breaking the rupture initiation means 84.

Application

The applicator device 1 according to the invention may be of interest especially in the pharmaceutical field, in particular for the cutaneous or oral application of a composition in the form of a fluid.

By "cutaneous application" is meant especially fluids (especially creams or gels) for soothing care, massage, revitalizing care, or for the treatment of cold sores, headaches, dark circles, etc.

Claims (7)

1. A pump-type manual dispensing device for a container neck (3) (2) for containing a fluid, said neck (3) having a screw thread (35), which manual dispensing device (1) comprises distribution means (5) comprising: - a movable part (7) in which is formed a conduit (71) for the flow of said fluid, which conduit (71) has an upstream end (712) intended to open on the side of the container (2) and a downstream end (711) intended to open outwards to deliver said fluid, - a fixed part (8) comprising a mounting part (81) comprising a screw thread (8111) for its screwing on said screw thread (35) carried by said neck (3), and a receiving part (82) in which said movable piece (7) is attached with a degree of freedom in translation between an extended position and a retracted position, which distribution means (5) further comprise: - means (10) to cause the distribution of a dose of fluid through said downstream end (711), during a maneuver in manual translation of said movable part (7) from said extended position to said retracted position, and - means resilient return (11) of said movable piece (7) in the extended position, characterized in that said manual dispensing device (1) comprises a tamper-evident ring (83) intended to cooperate with a collar (36) complementary to said neck ( 3), underlying said screw thread (35) of the neck (3), which manual dispensing device (1) and which tamper-evident ring (83) are joined together through one-piece means of breaking initiation ( 84). 2. Manual dispensing device according to claim 1, characterized in that the fixed part (8) comprises a tubular skirt (81) having, on the one hand, an inner surface (811) comprising the screw thread (8111) and on the other hand, an end edge (813) which is secured to the tamper-evident ring (83) by means of the one-piece rupture initiation means (84). 3. Manual dispensing device according to any one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that it further comprises means (6) for closing said dispensing means (5). 4. Manual dispensing device according to claim 3, characterized in that the closure means (6) comprise an attached capsule which is capable of covering said movable part (7) and cooperating with said fixed part (8) by the via detachable fastening means (6221, 84). 5. Manual dispensing device according to claim 4, characterized in that the capsule (6) comprises a pellet (61) extended by a skirt (62) cooperating, through the removable fastening means (6221, 84), with the fixed part (8) of said manual dispensing device (1). 6. Container for containing a fluid, which container (2) comprises a neck (3) equipped with a manual dispensing device (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 5, which neck (3) has, successively since a free edge (33) of said neck (3): - a thread of screw (35), complementary to the screw thread (8111) equipping the fixed part (8) of the manual dispensing device (1), and - a collar (36 ) under which is housed the tamperproof ring (83) of the manual dispensing device (1). 7. Process for obtaining a container (2) according to claim 6, characterized in that it comprises: - the assembly of the manual dispensing device (1), - the laying by screwing of said manual dispensing device (1). ) on the neck (3) of said container (2), so that the tamperproof ring (83) of said manual dispensing device (1) is housed under the neck (36) complementary to said neck (3).
