L'invention concerne un dispositif de fixation (5) d'un élément intérieur (1) de véhicule automobile sur un élément d'habillage (3) de planche de bord (2) de véhicule automobile, ledit dispositif de fixation (5) comprenant deux vis de fixation (51, 52) comportant une tige filetée et une tête, et un élément de liaison (53) reliant lesdites deux vis (51, 52), cet élément de liaison (53) comportant une pièce rigide allongée propre à être au moins partiellement plaquée contre une face (41) de l'élément d'habillage de planche de bord, ledit élément de liaison (53) étant flanqué de deux saillies latérales (54, 55) comportant un trou allongé (56, 57) d'axe perpendiculaire à l'axe longitudinal dudit élément de liaison (53), dans lequel est reçue ladite tige filetée des vis de fixation (51, 52).
