Claims (6)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Procédé pour limiter le courant dans un dispositif de type « Pont en H » comportant une pluralité de transistors (T1, T2, T3, T4), caractérisé en ce qu’il comporte les étapes suivantes : • Détection d’une défaillance sur un transistor (T) parmi ladite pluralité de transistors (T1, T2, T3, T4) ; • Extinction dudit transistor (T) sur lequel une défaillance a été détectée ; • Détection sur les transistors opposés audit transistor (T) de la décharge de l’énergie accumulée en sortie ; et • Extinction des autres transistors de ladite pluralité de transistors (T1, T2, T3, T4).
- 2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite défaillance est liée à un courant possédant une intensité trop élevée.
- 3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite défaillance est liée à un phénomène thermique.
- 4. Procédé selon la revendication 1,2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite détection sur les transistors opposés audit transistor (T) de la décharge de l’énergie accumulée en sortie est réalisée par un détecteur de courant sur les transistors opposés.
- 5. Procédé selon la revendication 1,2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite détection sur les transistors opposés audit transistor (T) de la décharge de l’énergie accumulée en sortie est réalisée par un détecteur de tension sur les transistors opposés.
- 6. Système pour limiter le courant dans un dispositif de type « Pont en H » comportant une pluralité de transistors (T1, T2, T3, T4), caractérisé en ce qu’il comporte des moyens pour : • Détecter une défaillance sur un transistor (T) parmi ladite pluralité de transistors (T1, T2, T3, T4) ; • Eteindre ledit transistor (T) sur lequel une défaillance a été détectée ; • Détecter sur les transistors opposés audit transistor (T) la décharge de l’énergie accumulée en sortie ; et • Eteindre les autres transistors de ladite pluralité de transistors (T1, T2, T3, T4).
