Claims (16)
- REVENDICATIONS1. Matériau nanostructuré essentiellement constitué de bore, caractérisé en ce qu'il est sous la forme amorphe et qu'il comprend des agrégats de nanoparticules de bore de taille inférieure ou égale à 25 nm.
- 2. Matériau selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué d'au moins 90% en mole de bore, le reste étant des impuretés inévitables provenant du procédé d'obtention dudit matériau et/ou de son oxydation.
- 3. Matériau selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les 10 impuretés inévitables provenant du procédé d'obtention dudit matériau sont un ou plusieurs des éléments suivants : Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, I, Cl, Br, F.
- 4. Matériau selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que les impuretés inévitables comprennent au plus 5% en mole d'oxygène.
- 5. Matériau selon l'une quelconque des revendications 15 précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il a une surface spécifique SBET d'au moins 500 m2/g, ladite surface spécifique SBET étant calculée par la méthode B.E.T.
- 6. Matériau selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il a une densité allant de 1,1 à 2,3, ladite densité étant mesurée par pycnométrie à l'hélium. 20
- 7. Procédé de préparation d'un matériau nanostructuré essentiellement constitué de bore tel que défini à l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une étape i) de chauffage sous atmosphère inerte d'un mélange comprenant au moins un hydrure de bore et au moins un sel inorganique, l'étape i) étant 25 effectuée à une température Ts suffisante pour décomposer ledit hydrure de bore et pour que ledit sel soit au moins partiellement à l'état fondu.
- 8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'hydrure de bore est choisi parmi les boranes et les borohydrures de métal alcalin. 30
- 9. Procédé selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la 3037944 27 température Ts de l'étape i) va de 600 à 1000°C.
- 10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une étape ii) de refroidissement du mélange obtenu à l'issue de l'étape i). 5
- 11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une étape iii) de purification du mélange obtenu à l'issue de l'étape i) ou de l'étape ii).
- 12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre une étape iv) de séchage du matériau de l'étape iii).
- 13. Utilisation d'un matériau nanostructuré essentiellement constitué de bore tel que défini à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 ou obtenu selon le procédé tel que défini à l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 12, pour le stockage du dihydrogène.
- 14. Utilisation d'un matériau nanostructuré essentiellement 15 constitué de bore tel que défini à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 ou obtenu selon le procédé tel que défini à l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 12, à titre de précurseur pour la synthèse de composés borés.
- 15. Utilisation d'un matériau nanostructuré essentiellement constitué de bore tel que défini à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 ou 20 obtenu selon le procédé tel que défini à l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 12, à titre de catalyseur.
- 16. Utilisation d'un matériau nanostructuré essentiellement constitué de bore tel que défini à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 ou obtenu selon le procédé tel que défini à l'une quelconque des revendications 7 25 à 12, à titre d'additif à forte densité énergétique dans les liquides ou les solides hypergoliques, les explosifs ou les carburants.
