Abstract

L'invention concerne un moteur thermique pour groupe électrogène ou motopompe, destiné à actionner respectivement un alternateur ou une pompe, comprenant un carter (11) contenant de l'huile, ledit carter (11) étant associé à un vase (12) de contrôle du niveau d'huile dans ledit carter (11), fermé par un bouchon (1213) et relié audit carter (11) par une première tuyauterie (13) reliant le fond (1221) dudit vase (12) et une partie inférieure (112) dudit carter (11), permettant une circulation de l'huile, ledit vase (12) et son bouchon (1213) étant étanches, et ledit vase (12) étant monté et/ou dimensionné de façon que le niveau d'huile dans ledit carter (11) ne dépasse pas un niveau maximum prédéterminé, un trop plein d'huile versé dans ledit vase (12) débordant de ce dernier sans pénétrer dans ledit carter (11).
