1 INSERT DE PRE MAINTIEN D'UN SUPPORT DE COMPOSANT SUR LA STRUCTURE D'UN VEHICULE La présente invention concerne un insert de pré maintien pour maintenir sur une structure de carrosserie, un support de réception d'un composant, en préalable à sa fixation. Dans l'état de la technique, nous connaissons le document FR2780459 qui décrit un système de fixation comprenant un carter comportant un canal, une vis engagée dans le canal et possédant, à distance de sa tête, une embase évasée destinée à venir en appui contre la surface d'un support, une rondelle engagée sur la vis et un organe élastique apte à maintenir ladite rondelle sur la vis entre la tête et l'embase évasée, avec déplacement relatif autorisé entre la rondelle et la vis, ledit organe élastique étant lui-même adapté pour coopérer par complément de forme avec le canal du carter. De plus, l'extrémité inférieure de l'organe élastique est prolongée par une collerette fendue axialement sous forme de trois secteurs équirépartis. Cette collerette présente un pouvoir de déformation radiale important tout en présentant une rigidité axiale significative. Ainsi, la vis peut se déplacer axialement mais la partie évasée de l'embase vient en butée contre la collerette et assure un positionnement de la 3033181 2 vis sensiblement dans l'axe du canal. L'élément amortissant 4 est cylindrique, il possède une gorge externe 4a qui vient s'enchausser sur un rebord 13b de l'ouverture cylindrique 13a du fût 13 constitutif du 30 support 1. L'extrémité libre des lamelles 15 comporte des ergots 16 adaptés pour venir en prise dans le filetage du goujon 7 et pour se caler en direction du fond de filet 19a du filetage 19 du goujon 7. La paroi du passage 2d est 20 plus épaisse entre les lamelles 15. La hauteur de l'élément amortissant 4 est équivalente à la hauteur de l'insert 2. L'insert 2 est fabriqué en matière plastique tandis que l'élément amortissant 4 en matière élastomère permettant d'absorber les 25 vibrations.
