Module d'entraînement d'organe médical allongé selon un axe d'allongement pour un système robotisé comprenant : - un équipage mobile monté rotatif par rapport à une base autour d'un axe de rotation (23), et définissant un espace de réception pour l'organe médical allongé, et comprenant un système d'entraînement en rotation (38) comprenant une zone de passage (105) d'organe médical allongé correspondant à l'emplacement de passage de l'organe médical allongé à travers l'équipage mobile, et une pluralité de portions d'entraînement en rotation (38a-d ) réparties autour de l'axe de rotation (23), une ouverture d'accès (93) comprenant une ouverture angulaire d'au moins 30°.
