Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de mesure d'un paramètre physiologique d'un sujet au moyen d'un dispositif de mesure optique ledit procédé comprenant les étapes de : - mise en place du dispositif de mesure optique (1,1 bis) en regard d'une surface de peau (10) du sujet, de sorte que le foyer objet de l'élément optique soit positionné à une profondeur de peau prédéterminée, - réception par le récepteur photosensible (4) des rayons lumineux issus du premier foyer objet, à la profondeur de peau prédéterminée, - analyse des rayons lumineux reçus par le récepteur photosensible (4), et comparaison des résultats de l'analyse avec les données connues, de sorte à déterminer le paramètre physiologique du sujet.
