Il est essentiellement caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend en outre : - un ensemble (1040) d'au moins une couche (1042) comportant des pigments fluorescents par excitation UV-B ou UV-C, et déposée sur ladite couche réflective de diélectrique (103) de manière uniforme ou discontinue dans le plan du composant optique.
