Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une pièce d'équipement de véhicule automobile (1), comprenant les étapes suivantes : - fourniture d'une nappe comprenant des fibres de céramique (24) et des fibres de polymère thermofusible, la température de fusion du polymère thermofusible étant supérieure à 200°C, - chauffage de la nappe, à une température supérieure à 200°C, pour faire fondre le polymère thermofusible, - application d'un tissu (12) sur la nappe, le tissu (12) comprenant des fils ayant une âme en polymère présentant un point de ramollissement supérieur ou égal à 200°C, - thermoformage du tissu (12) et de la nappe dans un moule de conformage.
