Abstract
Cardboard tray designed for fast food. A quadrilateral zone, two opposite faces, a contiguous vertical wall of one of the lateral faces coming to rest on the other wall. At the opposite, a rounded end wall articulated by different flaps of an angle zone is held in abutment on a flat surface by means of a small tongue, itself provided with a lug coming to the structure. A lid, having at one of its ends a window in which is inserted the top of the structure. The set, tray and lid is surrounded in the middle by a headband.
Description
The invention relates to a container of the tray type for food, foldable, with lid, semi-rigid material, cardboard, corrugated cardboard or similar material.
Its general shape is reminiscent of a banana leaf. A patent had been filed by myself under the number FR 2816915. This tray, however, suffers from a defect. Indeed, it requires gluing points. It is therefore the subject of this new invention to solve this problem. It is made of a single piece, pre-cut, pre-folded flat. It is characterized by a central region, a quadrilateral lying flat, the two largest opposite faces of this quadrilateral representing the side walls. On one of the short sides of this quadrilateral, a contiguous vertical wall of one of the lateral faces with a closed angle, is fixed on the opposite face where the tab of the wall penetrates and hangs, forming a kind of tank. . The other small side of this quadrilateral, generally rounded and articulated, sinks an oblique fold lines. It has at its end a tongue folded down and lying flat. It is held together by a 3029505 2 - opening in the tongue by which a small tab is attached to the wall. The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention: Figure 1 shows the flat package. Fig. 2 shows the tray extended and viewed from the side. Figure 3 is a perspective view of the lid and the tray in use condition. Figure 4 shows the closed tray.
The bottom of this tray is a quadrilateral (1). The two side walls (8,2) on one side, (5,6) on the other, are located on either side of this quadrilateral. They have different curvatures and surfaces, an internal creasing parallel to this quadrilateral in its greatest length. This U-shaped structure once erected, has two oblique sides, one about 50 ° of the part (8.2) and 45 ° of the other part (5.6).
An area of angles represented by the flaps (2, 3 and 5) have a common transverse crease of about 125 ° with the areas (8,1,6). When going clockwise, the left side of the flap (2) is perpendicular to the crease (8,1). The flaps (2a) and (2b) have an inner fold at each end and a central outer fold perpendicular to these two surfaces. The flaps (5a) and (5b) have an inner fold at their ends and a central outer fold generally perpendicular to the two opposite sides at this angle. Once the different flaps of this container 5 are erected and held on a flat surface thanks to the tongue (4) located in the extension of the flap (3) protruding outwards, the angle thus formed at the fold of the flaps ( 3) and (4) is about 30 °. This tongue (4) is provided with a small tab (4a) pre-cut on three sides with an outer fold on the base and is docked in the flap (3) by a small slot (3a). A connecting panel (7b 7c) in the extension of the wall (7a) joins the two opposite side walls (8) and (6). This articulated wall (7b, 7c) with an inner crease, is docked and enters a slot (8a) provided for this purpose by forming a closed angle towards the inside of the tray. The end of this tab (7c) is provided with a slight curvature to facilitate assembly. A kind of pointed appendix blocks it at the top. A vertical crease (7c) slightly bent outwardly during assembly of the tray, blocks this wall (8).
This wall (7b, 7c) also strengthens the stability of the tray once resting on a flat surface during use. The lateral portion (6) comprises a small flap 3029505 4 - (6b) angled. Internal folding between (6a) and (6b), outer folding between (6b) and (7a), facilitating the attachment of the removable wall (713,7c). A lid (9) of oval and slightly bevelled form completes the assembly. This cover (9) is provided with an inner center score on its greatest length. At the widest end of this cover, a small window (9a) parallel to the beveled portion, 10 receives the flap (7a) in its upper part (7d). The assembly, Figure 4, is maintained by a strip of paper (10) about 3cm wide, surrounding the tray and its lid in the middle.
