L'invention a pour objet un dispositif robotisé adapté pour se déplacer à l'intérieur d'au moins un compartiment (22) d'un aéronef, ledit dispositif robotisé comprenant une plateforme mobile (32) configurée pour pourvoir être introduite dans ledit compartiment (22) et un robot articulé de type serpent relié à ladite plateforme mobile (32). L'invention a également pour objet un aéronef qui comprend un compartiment (22) qui comprend un élément de guidage (34) configuré pour guider un dispositif robotisé conforme à l'invention.
