Description

La présente invention concerne le traitement cosmétique ou dermatologique de la peau avec éventuellement un apport de froid, ainsi que l'application d'un produit cosmétique, de maquillage ou de soin sur cette dernière. La demande de brevet US 2013/0121745 porte sur un applicateur permettant un certain stockage thermique. On connaît également par la demande de brevet FR 2 894 460 un applicateur ayant une surface d'application pour traiter une région de la peau qui est définie par un matériau ayant un comportement thermique lui permettant d'apporter du froid à la peau. Un tel applicateur peut contenir un liquide ou un gaz comprimé permettant l'apport de froid. Compte tenu de la présence du liquide ou du gaz comprimé, un tel ensemble présente une structure relativement complexe. La demande de brevet US 2012/0219345 et la demande internationale WO 2011/053031 portent sur un applicateur de rouge à lèvres comportant un matériau magnétique destiné à interagir avec un matériau magnétique du col du récipient, pour aider l'utilisateur au guidage de l'applicateur vers l'entrée du récipient. Il existe un besoin pour disposer d'un applicateur simple et pratique, relativement peu coûteux à fabriquer, permettant éventuellement un apport de froid. L'invention a ainsi pour objet, selon l'un de ses aspects, un applicateur de produit cosmétique ou de soin, présentant une surface d'application pour appliquer le produit sur les matières kératiniques humaines, notamment la peau, l'applicateur comportant : - une première partie réalisée dans une matière plastique, et - une deuxième partie réalisée dans un matériau métallique, définissant au moins en partie la surface d'application, comportant une portion arrondie et des pattes serties sur la première partie. La présence des deux parties réalisées dans des matériaux différents permet de créer pour l'utilisateur lors de l'application, si cela est recherché, une sensation contrastée sur la peau. There is a need to have a simple and practical applicator, relatively inexpensive to manufacture, possibly allowing a contribution of cold. The invention thus has, according to one of its aspects, an applicator for a cosmetic or care product, having an application surface for applying the product to human keratin materials, in particular the skin, the applicator comprising: a first part made of a plastic material, and a second part made of a metallic material, defining at least in part the application surface, comprising a rounded portion and lugs crimped on the first part. The presence of the two parts made of different materials allows to create for the user during the application, if desired, a contrasting sensation on the skin. The rounded portion of the metal part can in particular bring a feeling of freshness to the application.

La deuxième partie est maintenue solidaire de la première partie par sertissage. Le sertissage permet aux deux parties de l'applicateur d'être assujetties l'une à l'autre sans soudure. La deuxième partie est déformée de façon permanente lors de l'assemblage par matriçage, ce qui la maintient solidaire de la première partie. De préférence, il n'y a pas de collage, ce qui facilite la fabrication. La deuxième partie est montée sur la première partie de manière non amovible, et la séparation entre les première et deuxième parties nécessite une destruction au moins partielle de l'applicateur, à tout le moins une détérioration de ce dernier. L'application du produit lors d'une utilisation normale de l'applicateur ne nécessite pas de séparer les première et deuxième parties. L'applicateur est de préférence de forme générale allongée, selon un axe longitudinal X. La surface d'application peut être définie dans sa majorité, voire dans sa totalité, par la deuxième partie. Elle peut notamment être définie à plus de 50%, voire à plus de 60%, mieux à plus de 70% voire même à plus de 80% par la deuxième partie. Le reste de la surface d'application peut être défini par la première partie, par exemple par des portions de la première partie qui s'étendent entre les pattes de la deuxième partie, dans le sens circonférentiel autour de l'axe longitudinal de l'applicateur. Le rapport L/1 ente la longueur L et la largeur / de l'applicateur peut être compris entre 1,5 et 5, voire entre 2 et 4, pouvant par exemple être de l'ordre de 2,5. La largeur / maximale de l'applicateur peut être comprise entre 5 et 20 mm, voire entre 7 et 15 mm, étant par exemple de l'ordre de 10 mm. Il peut s'agir du plus grand diamètre de l'applicateur. La longueur totale L de l'applicateur (première partie et deuxième partie solidaires l'une de l'autre) peut être comprise entre 15 et 70 mm, voire entre 20 et 50 mm, étant par exemple de l'ordre de 25 mm. La deuxième partie peut être réalisée par découpage et emboutissage d'une feuille de matériau métallique. La deuxième partie peut être symétrique par rapport à un plan, mieux par rapport à un axe, qui est de préférence confondu avec l'axe longitudinal de l'applicateur.
