- 2. Membrane poreuse filtrante à base d'éther de cellulose réticulé selon la revendication 1, ladite membrane présentant une perméabilité d'au moins 30 L/h/m2/bar, de préférence d'au moins 35 L/h/m2/bar à 20°C.
- 3. Membrane poreuse filtrante à base d'éther de cellulose réticulé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, ladite membrane filtrante étant adaptée pour la filtration à chaud et présentant une perméabilité d'au moins 80 L/h/m2/bar, de préférence d'au moins 100 L/h/m2/bar à 60 °C.
- 4. Membrane poreuse filtrante selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, l'éther de cellulose étant choisi dans le groupe constitué par l'hydroxypropyl cellulose (HPC), l'hydroxyéthyl cellulose, l'hydroxypropyl méthyl cellulose, l'hydroxyéthyl méthyl cellulose et leurs combinaisons.
- 5. Membrane poreuse filtrante à base d'éther de cellulose réticulé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, ladite membrane comprenant une matrice d'éther de cellulose réticulé immobilisée sur un support.
- 6. Membrane poreuse filtrante à base d'éther de cellulose réticulé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, l'éther de cellulose réticulé étant un hydroxypropyl cellulose réticulé par le glutaraldéhyde.
- 7. Procédé de préparation d'une membrane filtrante à base d'éther de cellulose réticulé, comprenant : (i) la préparation d'une matrice poreuse d'éther de cellulose réticulé à partir d'une solution d'éther de cellulose par séparation de phases, et (ii) une étape de conditionnement à chaud, dans laquelle la matrice poreuse d'éther de cellulose réticulé est soumise à un flux traversant de fluide chaud, sous pression. 26 3025726
- 8. Procédé de préparation selon la revendication 7 dans laquelle à l'étape (ii), le fluide chaud est un fluide aqueux à une température d'au moins 40°C, de préférence comprise entre 50°C et 90°C, et à une pression d'au moins 2 bars, de préférence d'au moins 3 bars.
- 9. Procédé de préparation selon les revendications 7 ou 8, dans laquelle l'étape (ii) de conditionnement comprend la séquence d'étapes suivantes : (a) une étape de conditionnement dans laquelle la matrice poreuse est soumise à un flux traversant de fluide, et (b) une étape de conditionnement à chaud, dans laquelle la matrice poreuse d'éther de cellulose réticulé est soumise à un flux traversant de fluide chaud, de préférence à une température d'au moins 40°C, sous pression ; cette séquence d'étapes pouvant être répétée une ou plusieurs fois.
- 10. Procédé de préparation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, dans laquelle matrice poreuse d'éther de cellulose réticulé est préparée à partir d'une solution aqueuse d'éther de cellulose comprenant un agent porogène et un agent réticulant, par séparation de phases, ladite séparation de phases étant induite en augmentant la température de la solution au-dessus de la température critique basse (LCST) du système eau/éther de cellulose.
- 11. Méthode pour améliorer la perméabilité d'une membrane poreuse filtrante à base d'éther de cellulose réticulé comprenant une étape dans laquelle la membrane filtrante est soumise à une étape de conditionnement à chaud, dans laquelle ladite membrane est soumise à un flux traversant de fluide chaud, sous pression.
- 12. Membrane filtrante poreuse à base d'éther de cellulose réticulé susceptible d'être obtenue par le procédé tel que défini dans l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10 ou par la méthode selon la revendication 11.
- 13. Utilisation de la membrane filtrante poreuse telle que définie dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 et 12 pour la filtration, de préférence l'ultrafiltration ou la microfiltration d'un fluide aqueux.
- 14. Utilisation selon la revendication 13, dans laquelle le fluide aqueux est à une température d'au moins 40°C, de préférence comprise entre 50°C et 90°C, lors de la filtration. 27 3025726
- 15. Utilisation selon l'une des revendications 13 et 14, dans laquelle le fluide aqueux est une eau usée ou un effluent aqueux issu de l'industrie pétrolière, métallurgique, ou chimique.
- 16. Procédé de traitement d'un fluide aqueux comprenant une étape dans laquelle le fluide aqueux est filtré à l'aide d'une membrane filtrante poreuse telle que définie dans l'une des revendications 1 à 6 ou 12, dans lequel : ladite étape de filtration est réalisée à chaud et/ou ledit procédé comprend une étape de nettoyage ou de recyclage de ladite membrane à chaud.
- 17. Module de filtration comprenant une ou plusieurs membranes filtrantes telles que définies dans l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6 ou 12.
