La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif coupe-tube, de type à guillotine. On connaît déjà des dispositifs coupe-tube de type guillotine qui comprennent des moyens pour immobiliser le tube à couper, et une lame disposée dans un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe dudit tube, et mobile selon ce plan. De manière préférentielle, la lame présente deux tranchants faisant un angle saillant, et comporte de ce fait une pointe par l'intermédiaire de laquelle est amorcée la coupe.The present invention relates to a cutter device, guillotine type. Si cette solution améliore la coupe, elle présente l'inconvénient de rendre le dispositif plus complexe, puisqu'il faut ajouter, aux moyens d'entraînement de la lame principale, des moyens d'entraînement de la lame secondaire, ainsi que des moyens de coordination des mouvements. Sachant qu'un tel dispositif coupe-tube peut trouver sa place sur une machine de cintrage par exemple, laquelle peut présenter également une certaine complexité de fabrication, il peut être dommageable que le dispositif coupe-tube soit aussi complexe. D'autre part, sur certaines machines de cintrage, les éléments actifs peuvent se présenter sous la forme de modules que l'on assemble sur un bâti, chacun dédié à une opération, le module amont étant un dispositif coupe-tube. Aussi, dispositif coupe-tube de conception complexe est plus difficilement intégrable. La présente invention a pour but de proposer un 35 dispositif coupe-tube permettant de remédier aux divers inconvénients précités, en étant de conception plus simple que celles des dispositifs existants, tout en conservant une parfaite qualité de coupe. Le dispositif coupe-tube selon l'invention comporte: - des moyens de réception du tube à couper, - une première lame disposée dans un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe dudit tube lorsqu'il est placé dans lesdits moyens de réception, mobile selon ledit plan et en direction dudit axe, et présentant deux tranchants faisant entre eux un angle saillant qui crée une pointe dirigée vers lesdits moyens de réception, - une lame secondaire, disposée selon le même plan que ladite première lame et en sorte que son tranchant puisse venir au contact dudit tube et y créer, lors d'un déplacement axial tangent audit tube, une amorce de découpe à l'aplomb de ladite pointe, et il se caractérise essentiellement en ce que ladite première lame et ladite lame secondaire comportent chacune des moyens qui coopèrent entre eux en sorte de permettre que le mouvement de ladite première lame en direction desdits moyens de réception, génère directement le déplacement de ladite lame secondaire afin qu'elle puisse réaliser ladite amorce de découpe préalablement à l'entrée en contact de ladite première lame avec ledit tube.
