Réceptacle pour contenir les cendres d'un défunt et destinée à servir de tombe individuelle, caractérisé en ce qu'il a une forme creuse cylindrique (1) et est enterré ou engravé dans un prétrou cylindrique, en ce que formant un récipient il est doté d'un bouchon (2) pour l'introduction des cendres, et en ce qu'il est lié, avec ou sans éléments intermédiaires, et comporte un marquage d'identification (5) du défunt visible à l'air libre. L'intérêt de la présente invention est de répondre à une demande de sépulture cinéraire individuelle, à faible coût, aisée à implanter et personnalisable. La présente invention vise en particulier à permettre des sépultures cinéraires dans ce que l'on nomme le « terrain commun » d'un cimetière ou la place n'est pas payante et où ne sont possibles que des to tombes individuelles. La forme cylindrique s'impose pour les prétrous car ils peuvent être fait à la machine : carotteuse dans une maçonnerie ou une pierre tombale existante, tarière dans la terre. La forme cylindrique s'impose également pour le réceptacle (1) qui doit s'adapter au prétrou, mais également avantageusement pour faciliter sa production et sa fabrication par t rroulage, tournage, moulage ou autre technique suivant sa matière, ainsi que pour faciliter la création de bouchons adaptés. La forme cylindrique permet d'obtenir des faibles coûts de fabrication et de mise en oeuvre qui permettent de proposer une sépulture très économique. Une forme préférentielle de réalisation utilise des tronçons de tubes et des tampons PVC utilisés pour les conduites d'eau de l'industrie du bâtiment afin de minimiser Zo le coût de réalisation du cylindre. L'état de la technique ne fait apparaître que l'ensevelissement d'urne en pleine terre avec un marquage d'identification par piquet dissocié de l'urne. Une demande de brevet TURRILLOT n° 14/00105 apporte déjà une amélioration en associant le réceptacle à cendres et le marquage. La présente invention est le développement de cette demande 2santérieure sur une forme cylindrique du receptacle. Elle permet également de répondre au problème des urnes associées à une tombe existante avec dalle en pierre. En général les urnes sont collées sur la dalle, elles ne sont donc pas à l'abri des intempéries et des chocs. Avec la présente invention la dalle peut- être carottée et le réceptacle engravé dans la dalle, ce qui le met totalement à l'abri. L'on trouve également dans les techniques oexistantes des tombes cinéraires mais elles sont conçues pour répondre avantageusement à des problématiques destinées à gérer plusieurs défunts avec entre autre une problématique d'ouverture-fermeture qui n'a pas lieu d'être dans la présente invention. La présente invention comporte un cylindre creux (1) formant un récipient pour contenir 'IS-les cendres . Sa matière est de nature quelconque mais préférentiellement inaltérable ou pérenne. Les matières plastiques stables, l'acier inoxydable, la céramique sont des bons matériaux de formes de réalisation. Le cylindre sera préférentiellement plus long que large pour permettre un meilleur engravement dans le sol. Pour un volume minimum légal de 2,5 litre, une proportion approximative D10cm / L30cm est une proportion de forme de réalisation intéressante. Le cylindre pourra éventuellement être doté d'un système d'ancrage pour l'empêcher d'être arraché du sol. Le réceptacle présentera préférentiellement des perméabilités permettant une osmose terre/cendres. Il pourra par exemple être constitué d'une matière imperméable mais alors comporter des parties perméables ou un ou plusieurs percements équipés d'une opercule perméable. Il pourra également être en tout ou partie réalisé dans une matière perméable tel que par exemple de la céramique ou une matière frittée. Le réceptacle est doté d'un bouchon (2) permettant l'introduction des cendres. Le bouchon ro peut être situé sur le fond enfoui du cylindre mais ce n'est pas une forme de réalisation qui permettrait la mise en place du réceptacle avant la cérémonie puis l'introduction des cendres lors de la cérémonie. Préférentiellement le bouchon obstrue l'extrémité supérieure du cylindre. Dans cette dernière forme de réalisation, préférentiellement le bouchon est mâle par rapport au cylindre ce qui évite d'être gêné par la terre autour du 'Scylindre et permet d'avoir une section constante, sans surépaisseur, dans le cas d'un carottage ajusté. Préférentiellement ce bouchon ne sera pas démontable une fois mis en place. Dans ce dernier cas, plusieurs formes simples de réalisation peuvent être envisagées : bouchon associé au cylindre par collage (fig 1 et 3), bouchon associé par vissage dans ou autour du cylindre avec collage ou blocage automatique en fin de course, wbouchon avec des ergots (7) venant se clipser dans la paroi du cylindre (fig2), etc. Préférentiellement le bouchon en tête de cylindre sera conçu, par exemple avec une manchette longue de vissage ou de collage, pour permettre un réglage d'enfoncement du bouchon par rapport au cylindre (fig3) en fonction de l'enfoncement de ce dernier de manière à ce que le fond de bouchon associé ou pas à d'autres éléments constitutifs soit 2's au niveau de la surface d'enfouissement. Si le bouchon est situé à l'extrémité enfouie en premier du cylindre, il sera préférentiellement de type mâle afin de ne pas augmenter le diamètre du cylindre dans le cas d'un prétrou ajusté à la carotteuse. Le bouchon pourra être, dans une forme de réalisation, directement support du marquage d'identification, ce qui n'est pas très intéressant car, s'il est standardisé, il ne pourra 30présenter que peu de matières et d'esthétiques différentes pour s'adapter au goût du défunt. L'invention comporte, dans une de ses formes de réalisation préférentielle ou l'extrémité du cylindre affleure la surface d'enfouissement, une surface d'assise (3) reposant sur la matière d'enfouissement du réceptacle et permettant à ce dernier de ne pas s'enfoncer s" plus que voulu dans le prétrou. Cette surface d'assise est alors sensiblement plus grande que la surface en section circulaire du réceptacle cylindrique. Sa forme et sa nature sont quelconques, préférentiellement elle formera un disque (fig1) ou une collerette circulaire f(g3). Elle pourra être faire partie intégrante du cylindre ou du bouchon (fig2). Préférentiellement elle sera constituée d'un élément rapporté et associé à la face en surface du bouchon (fil) ou du réceptacle par n'importe quel moyen adapté tel que par exemple un vissage et/ou un collage. Cette dernière forme de réalisation, ainsi que la $- forme de réalisation qui fait intervenir une pièce d'assise percée et enfilée sur la manchette du bouchon (fig3), permet une grande variété d'aspect par rapport aux autres éléments qui peuvent être standardisés. Suivant l'utilisation ou pas d'un élément support de marquage rapporté sur la surface visible du réceptacle, la pièce formant surface d'assise pourra dans une forme de réalisation être entièrement visible et servir indirectement de surface de marquage. Dans une autre forme de réalisation de l'invention, le marquage d'identification (5) sera en surface alors que le cylindre bouchonné sera profondément enterré et complètement enfoui, les deux étant liés, directement ou indirectement avec des éléments intermédiaires, mécaniquement au moyen d'une liaison (6) ou d'un système de liaison par 15 exemple un cable, une tige ou préférentiellement une liaison permettant une adaptation à la distance les séparant telle que par exemple une tige filetée. Cette forme de réalisation permet avantageusement d'utiliser le cylindre comme élément d'ancrage du marquage d'identification. L'invention comporte à l'air libre un marquage d'identification (5) pouvant être de toute /mature et pouvant être pratiqué sur toute partie visible des pièces constitutives du réceptacle suivant sa forme de réalisation, par exemple sur le bouchon, ou sur une pièce support. Préférentiellement et quelque soit la configuration des différentes pièces constitutives de la présente invention le marquage sera non démontable et indissociable du cylindre une fois la tombe mise en place, ce par tout moyen mécanique adapté ou par 2rcollage ou soudure des différentes pièces constitutives de l'ensemble. Préférentiellement le marquage sera pratiqué sur, ou dans, un élément support de marquage (4), de nature et forme quelconque, ce qui permet d'introduire des possibilités de personnalisation. L'élément support de marquage (4) pourra être rapporté directement sur le bouchon (fig 1, 2 et 3), ou sur la face en surface du réceptacle si elle n'est pas constituée d'un bouchon, .1 °ou sur la pièce d'assise (3). L'élément support de marquage (4) pourra bien sur être confondue avec la pièce d'assise (3) dans certaines formes de réalisations.
