Dans un première configuration le marquage d'identification sera pratiqué directement sur le réceptacle, ce dernier ayant alors une face affleurante au sol pour que le marquage soit visible en surface. Dans la même configuration le marquage pourra être pratiqué sur une pièce de marquage (3), de nature et forme quelconque, rapportée et fixée sur ladite face. Dans une deuxième configuration le réceptacle est profondément enterré et le marquage -ta d'identification est pratiqué sur une pièce de marquage (3) distante du réceptacle mais liée à ce dernier par un lien quelconque (5) tel que par exemple un cable souple, une tige articulée ou non, un lien rigide. Une pièce support (4) de la pièce de marquage pourra être interposée entre cette dernière et le réceptacle. Jusqu'à présent un réceptacle cinéraire enterré n'était pas lié mécaniquement à un s marquage d'identification du défunt en surface. La présente invention évite le risque de perdre le lien entre ces derniers par un acte de malveillance ou de maladresse qui entraînerait la perte d'identification du réceptacle etiou la perte de localisation du réceptacle. L'intérêt de la présente invention est de pouvoir pratiquer une mise en terre des cendres cinéraires d'un défunt en ayant la faculté et la garantie 1) de marquer en 20 surface l'endroit de son inhumation, 2) d'identifier le défunt, 3) de pouvoir à partir du marquage retrouver le réceptacle enterré. L'invention est également intéressante parce qu'elle permet dans le cadre de la première configuration évoquée ci-dessus, de créer de façon minimaliste, le plus économiquement possible et en un seul acte, une tombe avec tous ses attributs nécessaires : le contenant 2 du défunt qui permettra son éventuelle exhumation, sa mise en terre, son « monument funéraire » avec son identification même si ce monument est réduit à une plaquette visible à la surface du sol. De par son caractère individuel, elle permet d'avoir une sépulture en terrain commun du cimetière, c'est à dire sans concession, et donc, avec une réalisation simple à fabriquer et à mettre en oeuvre, une sépulture au moindre coût pour la famille. 3o L'état de la technique concernant la signalisation d'un enfouissement cinéraire ne fait pas apparaître de dispositif similaire. Ils sont souvent plus compliqués avec la présence d'un contenant d'urne cinéraire, ou des systèmes d'ancrage dudit contenant, ou des plaques funéraires associées à ce contenant. La présente invention ne découle donc pas de façon évidente de l'état de la technique et sa simplicité démontre qu'elle n'était pas à portée de 351'homme de l'art qui sinon y aurait pensé depuis longtemps. DanS la première configuration, le réceptacle (1) est affleurant à la surface du sol et est directement marquée d'une identification (2) visible depuis la surface du sol ou bien est support d'une pièce de marquage (3) de nature et forme quelconque portant l'identification (2) et elle-même fixée à la face affleurante du réceptacle. Si une pièce de marquage (3) est utilisée, le réceptacle pourra être solide ou souple. Par contre sans pièce de marquage e (3) il devra comporter une partie rigide pour supporter le marquage de l'identification. Une forme privilégiée de réalisation comportera un réceptacle de forme cylindrique, positionné verticalement et dont la face circulaire supérieure sera support de l'identification (2) du défunt, soit par marquage directe soit en y fixant une pièce (3) qui sera marquée. Cette forme cylindrique permet d'implanter le réceptacle dans le sol en y ayant pratiqué Ao préalablement un pré-trou lui-même cylindrique. Ce type de trou est le plus aisé de tous à réaliser car il peut être obtenu à l'aide d'une tarière ou d'un tube creux ou plein battu, de plus il permet de faire un travail net laissant l'espace autour à la fois compact et non souillé de terre. Éventuellement le réceptacle pourra être doté d'un système d'ancrage. Dans la deuxième configuration, le réceptacle est souple ou solide. Il est enterré ils- profondément dans le sol, donc non visible, et est relié par un lien (5) à une pièce de marquage d'identification (3) de nature et forme quelconque et disposée à l'air libre. Une pièce (4) support de la pièce de marquage, de nature et forme quelconque, pourra éventuellement être interposée dans le dispositif entre le lien et la pièce de marquage. Dans cette configuration la pièce (3) est distante du réceptacle (1). Le réceptacle étant 2o profondément enterré, et le lien pourra alors être constitué d'un câble souple, d'une tige articulée ou d'un lien rigide ou tout autre moyen adéquat. Dans cette configuration, le réceptacle pourra faire fonction d'ancrage de la pièce (3) ou (4). L'on pourra prévoir un système d'ancrage associé à la pièce (3) ou(4), en particulier si le lien n'est pas rigide. Avantageusement, pour répondre à une problématique d'exhumation, le réceptacle et les 25' différentes pièces qui y sont associées seront constituées d'une matière non dégradable de manière à assurer une pérennité aux fonctions de contenant des cendres, d'identification du défunt et de repérage du réceptacle enterré à partir de la pièce de marquage. Certains métaux et plastiques, la céramique et le verre sont appropriés ainsi que n'importe quel matériau ayant des qualités de durabilité. 30 Le receptacle, pour répondre à la volonté de certains défunts de retourner à la Nature et donc d'avoir une osmose entre les cendres et la terre de l'inhumation, fait l'objet de variantes de réalisation. Dans une première variante, la paroi du réceptacle pourra être constituée en tout ou partie d'un matériau permettant cette osmose. Ce pourra, par exemple, être un matériau poreux tel que par exemple la céramique non émaillée, ou un 35. matériau présentant des capacités de capillarité ou de texture tel que par exemple un tissu de fil de verre ou un non-tissé synthétique. Dans une autre variante la paroi du réceptacle comporte des passages suffisamment petits pour permettre l'osmose sans laisser passer les cendres , par exemple en constituant en tout ou partie la paroi du réceptacle d'un film synthétique micro perforé.
