B.1402FR APPAREIL DE COIFFURE EQUIPE D'UN MOYEN DE VERROUILLAGE D'UN ACCESSOIRE [1 1 La présente invention concerne un appareil de coiffure, du type lisseur, comportant deux bras permettant un traitement thermique des cheveux par pincement et équipé d'accessoires amovibles. De tels accessoires peuvent être des peignes permettant de démêler et coiffer les cheveux durant un pré-lissage, et peuvent être retirés pour une finition du lissage voire simplement pour un nettoyage des peignes et de l'appareil de coiffure. [2 ] Les appareils de coiffure du type lisseur sont connus de l'homme du métier. Il ressort notamment de l'art antérieur les publications EP 1 652 445 B1 et US 2011/0220141 Al qui divulguent, chacune, un appareil de coiffure comprenant deux bras articulés entre eux pour former une pince et comprenant chacun un système de chauffe permettant le traitement des cheveux lors de leur pincement entre ces deux bras. L'appareil de coiffure comprend deux peignes montés en liaison glissière sur l'un des deux bras dans la direction de son axe longitudinal. Chaque liaison glissière est constituée d'une rainure longitudinale agencée sur le bras et d'un rail longitudinal agencé sur le peigne et de forme complémentaire à ladite rainure. Le rail du peigne est introduit dans la rainure du bras, ce qui permet le guidage et le coulissement du peigne sur le bras pour sa mise en place et son retrait. Dans le document EP 1 652 445 Bi, le peigne est simplement engagé en liaison glissière sur le bras ; seule la force de frottement exercée entre le rail et la rainure permet le maintien en position du peigne sur le bras. Il en est de même dans le document US 2011/0220141 Al qui prévoit toutefois, dans une variante, un emboîtement entre le rail et la rainure pour le maintien du peigne sur le bras. [3]On comprend que selon cette conception de l'appareil de coiffure, tel que décrit dans les publications EP 1 652 445 B1 et US 2011/0220141 Al, il est nécessaire d'exercer un frottement suffisamment important entre le rail et la rainure pour maintenir en position convenablement le peigne sur le bras durant l'utilisation de l'appareil de coiffure et, par conséquent, de prévoir un montage plus ou moins serré entre ces éléments. Cela présente pour inconvénient de rendre difficile la mise en place du peigne sur le bras du fait du frottement exercé durant le coulissement du rail dans la rainure. Il en est de même lors du retrait du peigne, cette difficulté pouvant être accentuée du fait de la dilatation du rail et/ou de la rainure engendrée par l'actionnement du système de chauffe. En outre, l'usage de l'appareil de coiffure peut entraîner une usure du rail et/ou de la glissière, ce qui, à force d'utilisation, engendre du jeu dans la liaison glissière et, par conséquent, un mauvais maintien du peigne sur le bras. [4 ] Le but de la présente invention est de pallier les inconvénients des appareils de coiffure connus et de fournir un appareil de coiffure ayant un moyen de verrouillage d'accessoire de traitement de cheveux permettant un montage de celui-ci plus facile. [5 ] Un autre but de l'invention est un moyen de verrouillage d'un accessoire plus fiable et plus robuste. [6 ] A cet effet, l'invention concerne un appareil de coiffure destiné à la mise en forme des cheveux, comprenant deux bras montés sur une charnière dont au moins un comprend une plaque chauffante, lesdits bras étant configurés pour former une pince permettant à ladite plaque chauffante de mettre en forme les cheveux ; au moins un accessoire de traitement des cheveux destiné à être assemblé en liaison glissière sur au moins un des deux bras, ledit bras comportant une rainure dans l'axe longitudinal du bras destinée à recevoir et maintenir ledit accessoire ; un moyen de verrouillage permettant, d'une part, une position de travail attachée selon laquelle l'au moins un accessoire est bloqué dans la rainure et, d'autre part, une position de travail détachée selon laquelle l'au moins un accessoire est détaché du bras. Ledit moyen de verrouillage comprend au moins une pièce montée flexible sur soit ledit accessoire soit ladite rainure, ladite pièce étant destinée à venir en appui contre respectivement soit une partie de l'accessoire soit une partie de la rainure pour définir une surface d'appui plastique - métal. [7 ] On entend par « surface d'appui plastique - métal» un appui d'une surface en plastique contre une surface en métal. Une surface d'appui définie par une pièce plastique en contact contre une pièce métallique permet d'avoir un verrouillage plus sûr et plus fiable, grâce à la diminution de dilatation en cas de chauffe. De plus, le fait d'apporter une pièce flexible au moyen de verrouillage permet de supprimer le maintien par friction et de prévoir un jeu de montage moins serré, ce qui rendra le coulissement de l'accessoire plus fluide dans la rainure. [8 ] Un accessoire de traitement des cheveux permet d'apporter un soin ou un traitement ou une mise en forme ou un démelage ou un brossage des cheveux avant ou après ou pendant la chauffe. Dans le but de bien séparer les cheveux et de les étaler correctement sur les plaques chauffantes, l'accessoire peut comprendre par exemple un peigne ou une brosse. [9 ] Avantageusement, le moyen de verrouillage est agencé à l'une des extrémités de ladite rainure, préférablement à l'extrémité proximale de ladite charnière et au fond de la rainure. Ceci permet d'éviter la casse des pièces et de rendre l'appareil plus robuste. L'agencement au fond permet d'avoir un maintien symétrique. [10 ] De surcroît, ladite pièce est une lame ressort en métal ayant au moins une partie protubérante destinée à former partiellement ladite surface d'appui. La partie protubérante permet de rendre la surface d'appui plus stable et de bien accrocher l'accessoire dans la rainure. [11 1 Selon l'invention, une paroi de ladite rainure est au moins partiellement en plastique, ladite paroi peut être le fond de la rainure ou bien une paroi latérale. Ledit accessoire comprend une barre de guidage dont au moins une surface est en plastique. L'utilisation du plastique dans ces composants permet de réduire le coût du produit et de faciliter leur fabrication. [12 ] Selon un premier mode de réalisation de l'invention, ladite lame ressort est solidaire sur ladite paroi en plastique, et ladite surface de l'accessoire présente un logement destiné à recevoir ladite partie protubérante. [3] It is understood that according to this design of the hairdressing appliance, as described in EP 1 652 445 B1 and US 2011/0220141 A1, it is necessary to exert a sufficiently large friction between the rail and the groove to keep the comb in the suitably position on the arm during use of the hairdressing apparatus and, consequently, to provide a more or less tight fitting between these elements. This has the disadvantage of making it difficult to place the comb on the arm because of the friction exerted during the sliding of the rail in the groove. It is the same during the removal of the comb, this difficulty may be accentuated due to the expansion of the rail and / or the groove generated by the actuation of the heating system. [16 ] Enfin, l'autre bras comprend une autre plaque chauffante, et les deux plaques chauffantes sont en particulier planes. [17 ] Dans le but de proposer plusieurs fonctionnalités dans un seul kit de produit, l'appareil comprend au moins deux accessoires interchangeables dans la rainure. [18 ] Les caractéristiques et avantages de l'appareil de coiffure objet de l'invention apparaîtront à la lecture de la description annexée effectuée en référence aux dessins qui illustrent des formes non limitatives de réalisation, parmi lesquelles : - La figure 1 illustre une vue d'ensemble en perspective d'un appareil de coiffure selon l'invention ; La figure 2 illustre une vue de dessus du premier bras sans accessoire selon un premier mode de réalisation ; La figure 3 illustre une vue en perspective de la lame ressort métallique selon le premier mode de réalisation ; La figure 4 illustre une vue de face d'un peigne selon le premier mode de réalisation ; La figure 5 illustre un deuxième mode de réalisation du moyen de verrouillage ; - La figure 6 illustre une alternative de l'accessoire. [19 ] Tel qu'illustré en figure 1, l'appareil de coiffure 1 est du type lisseur et comporte deux bras 2, 3 qui sont articulés entre eux à pivotement au moyen d'une liaison pivot 4 du type charnière. Ainsi, les deux bras 2, 3 constituent une pince qui permet soit un écartement angulaire entre ces deux bras 2, 3, soit un rapprochement l'un contre l'autre de ces deux bras 2, 3 pour permettre le pincement de cheveux disposés entre lesdits deux bras 2, 3. [20 ] Ces bras 2, 3 comprennent chacun un système de chauffe. Outre des moyens électriques chauffants (non illustrés) et des moyens de commande et de régulation thermique (non illustrés), ces systèmes de chauffe comprennent chacun une plaque chauffante 5, 6, prenant la forme d'une surface plane 5, 6 tel qu'illustré sur les figures 2 et 3. Ces surfaces planes chauffantes 5, 6 sont agencées sur les faces internes des bras 2, 3. Ainsi, lors d'un pincement les deux surfaces planes chauffantes 5, 6 sont disposées en regard l'une de l'autre et permettent concomitamment de réaliser un traitement thermique des cheveux, pour effectuer leur lissage. [21 ] Comme illustré sur la figure 1, le premier bras 2 comprend un accessoire 9 sous forme d'un peigne qui est monté en liaison glissière sur un côté 5a de la surface plane chauffante 5. Le peigne est entièrement en plastique. Le peigne 9 permet de démêler et de coiffer les cheveux durant leur lissage et de répartir de façon régulière la mèche sur la plaque. Comme illustré en figures 2 et 4, la liaison glissière est constituée d'une rainure 18 de guidage agencée sur le bras 2 dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal X dudit bras 2 et, d'une barre de guidage 91 agencée sur le peigne 9 dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal X. La barre de guidage 91 s'engage et coulisse dans les deux sens à l'intérieur de la rainure 18, dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal X, ce qui permet par coulissement dans un sens ou dans l'autre, de monter le peigne 9 sur le bras 2 ou, au contraire, de les démonter. La rainure 18 est constituée de deux parois latérales dont au moins une présente deux tétons 181, 182 destinés à glisser dans un rail 93 tout au long de la barre de guidage 91, ce qui permet de maintenir le peigne lorsqu'il est mis en place. Bien entendu des variantes de liaison glissière peuvent être envisagées. On pourrait par exemple prévoir un rail de guidage sur le bras 2 et une rainure sur le peigne 9 s'engageant à coulissement sur le rail de guidage. [22 ] Comme illustré sur les figures 1 à 4, le bras 2 comprend un premier mode de réalisation d'un moyen de verrouillage 15 qui est agencé dans la rainure 18 au niveau de l'extrémité proximale 18b de ladite charnière. En cas de nécessité, le moyen de verrouillage 15 peut aussi être agencé à l'extrémité distale 18a de ladite charnière. Le moyen de verrouillage 15 comprend une lame ressort 16 en métal située sur une paroi 19 constituant le fond 19 de la rainure 18 qui est elle en plastique. Ladite lame ressort 16 est constituée d'un pied 160 permettant la fixation de la lame ressort 16 au bras 2 et d'une lame active 165 deformable par rapport au pied 160 en cas de compression comprenant une partie protubérante 161. Ladite lame active 165 se trouve au fond de la rainure 18 et s'allonge dans la direction de l'axe longitudinal X. Est également compris dans le moyen de verrouillage 15 un logement 92 sur la barre de guidage 91 destiné à recevoir ladite lame ressort 16 et à former avec sa partie protubérante 161 une surface d'appui (SA) plastique-métal lorsque le peigne est en position de travail attachée. Selon ce mode de réalisation, la barre de guidage 91 est entièrement en plastique et présente une surface 91' en plastique sur laquelle se trouve ledit logement 92. [23 ] Comme illustré à la figure 5, on peut aussi envisager un deuxième mode de réalisation du moyen de verrouillage 15. Selon ce mode de réalisation, le moyen de verrouillage 15 comprend une lame ressort 16' en forme de L comprenant une première branche 162 fixée dans la rainure 18, et une deuxième branche 163 légèrement flexible par rapport à la première branche 162. La deuxième branche 163 présente une partie protubérante 161' et le peigne 9 présente sur un coté latéral de la barre de guidage 91, qui est une surface en plastique 91', un logement 92 sous forme d'un trou débouchant, destiné à recevoir ladite partie protubérante 161' et former avec celle-ci une surface d'appui (SA) plastique-métal lorsque le peigne est en position de travail attachée. [24 ] Dans le cas où l'appareil est équipé d'un système de vaporisation, le bras 2 comprend une série d'orifices 7 pour la sortie de vapeur, tel que visible à la figure 1. De préférence, le peigne est agencé entre la plaque chauffante et les orifices 7. [25 ] On peut bien sur imaginer d'autres variantes du moyen de verrouillage qui ne sont pas illustrées, par exemple, un agencement selon lequel la lame ressort 16 ou 16' est fixée au peigne et sa partie protubérante 161 ou 161' interagit avec une cavité sur la paroi de la rainure 18 pour former une surface de contact. La lame ressort peut également prendre d'autres formes tout en permettant un verrouillage fiable. [26 ] Dans le but de non pas peigner les cheveux mais de les brosser pour les rendre plus brillants, on peut proposer un autre accessoire sous forme d'une brosse comprenant des touffes de poils désigné par la référence 10 comprenant une barre de guidage 11 présentant une surface en plastique 11' et un logement 12 destiné à recevoir la lame ressort 16, 16'. On peut également proposer les deux types de peigne 9, 10 aux utilisateurs pour qu'ils puissent les changer en cas de nécessité. REVENDICATIONS1. 3. Apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that said piece (16, 16 ') is a leaf spring (16, 16') of metal having at least one protruding portion (161, 161 ') intended to partially form said bearing surface (SA).

4. Apparatus according to the preceding claim, characterized in that a wall (19) of said groove (18) is at least partially plastic.

5. Apparatus according to the preceding claim, characterized in that said accessory (9, 10) comprises a guide bar (91, 11) of which at least one surface (91 ', 11') is plastic.

6. Apparatus according to claims 4 and 5, characterized in that said leaf spring (16, 16 ') is secured to said wall (19) of plastic, and in that said surface (91', 11 ') of the accessory (9, 10) has a housing (92, 12) for receiving said protruding portion (161, 161 ').

7. Apparatus according to claims 4 and 5, characterized in that said leaf spring (16, 16 ') is integral with said accessory (9, 10), and in that said wall (19) of said groove (18) has a housing for receiving said protruding portion (161, 161 ').

8. Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the at least one accessory (9) comprises a comb having a series of plastic teeth.

9. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the at least one accessory (10) comprises a brush having a series of tufts of bristles.

10. Apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the other arm (3) comprises another heating plate, and the two heating plates are in particular planar.

11. Apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that it comprises at least two accessories (9, 10) interchangeable in the groove (18).
