Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé chimico-mécanique de préparation en continu d'une pâte à papier brute à partir de plante annuelle, comportant au moins les étapes suivantes : a) coupe et/ou broyage de tiges de plante annuelle; b) traitement en continu des tiges coupées et/ou broyées dans une extrudeuse à deux vis co-rotatives interpénétrantes et autonettoyantes, ce traitement comprenant une ou plusieurs étapes de compression et/ou cisaillement ainsi que les étapes successives suivantes : (1) alimentation de l'extrudeuse avec les tiges coupées et/ou broyées et en eau dans une zone d'alimentation de l'extrudeuse, (2) mélange des tiges coupées et/ou broyées et de l'eau dans une première zone de mélange et de cuisson de l'extrudeuse, (3) addition de vapeur d'eau dans une deuxième zone de traitement de l'extrudeuse, (4) addition d'hydroxyde alcalin dans une troisième zone de traitement chimico-mécanique de l'extrudeuse ; c) récupération d'une pâte à papier brute à la sortie de l'extrudeuse.
