Abstract
L'invention consiste en un profilé original disposé en tableau et s'appliquant sur la face extérieure d'une menuiserie existante dont on veut améliorer les performances thermiques ou phoniques. Il comporte une à trois feuillures dont l'une spécifique destinée à recevoir un joint souple, travaillant en pression sur l'ouvrant.The invention consists of an original section arranged in a table and applying on the outer face of an existing joinery whose thermal or acoustic performance is to be improved. - 1 - DESCRIPTION DE L'INVENTION 1) Domaine technique de l'invention Le produit relève des industries du bois, secteur menuiserie et dans ce domaine, des fermetures anciennes ne comportant pas de joints d'étanchéité : fenêtres, portes-fenêtres, portes à lames, portails, fenestrons et notamment celles affectées d'un voilage plus ou moins important pour lesquels les produits existants d'amélioration d'étanchéité ne sont pas adaptés. Ce produit est particulièrement adapté à des interventions sur des bâtiments anciens permettant de conserver les menuiseries existantes en améliorant leurs performances acoustiques et énergétiques à moindre coût. 2) Etat de la technique antérieure Actuellement, pour remédier aux problèmes d'étanchéité thermique ou phonique des menuiseries anciennes, il existe différentes solutions par des joints de différents types : - Collés ou insérés en fond de feuillure, - Cloués dans le cas des joints métalliques - Moulés pour les polyuréthanes Ces différents joints nécessitent une intervention d'usine sur l'existant et ne permettent pas de rattraper des gauchissements notables ou des jeux importants.DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION 1. This product is particularly suitable for interventions on old buildings to preserve existing joinery by improving their acoustic and energy performance at lower cost. 2) State of the Prior Art Currently, to overcome the problems of thermal or phonic sealing of old joinery, there are different solutions by joints of different types: - Glued or inserted at the bottom of rabbet, - Nailed in the case of joints Metallic - Molded for polyurethanes These different joints require a factory intervention on the existing one and do not make it possible to catch significant warps or important games.

Ils peuvent également conduire à la désorganisation des assemblages. 3) Exposé de l'invention L'invention dont il s'agit permet de résoudre la plus grande partie des problèmes évoqués ci- dessus. Elle consiste en un profilé original P , indépendant de la menuiserie, en bois ou 30 en autre matériau (PVC, aluminium, acier), comportant une face CD d'appui sur le tableau préexistant et une autre face CBA (Figures 1 et 2) creusée d'une feuillure d'épaisseur variable destinée à accueillir tous types de joints autocollants et notamment de section adaptée aux déformations constatées. Une deuxième feuillure peut être mise en oeuvre selon l'épaisseur du cochonnet CKJ (Figure 3). - 2 - La face CBAI et le joint J viennent en appui en façade sur l'ouvrant de la menuiserie côté extérieur assurant l'étanchéité par une compression simple et contrôlée comme indiqué ci-dessous, sans effort parasite sur les paumelles. Le profilé P (bois ou autre) comporte des trous circulaires ou ovalisés à intervalles réguliers, permettant le passage des vis de fixation sur le tableau et le réglage du dispositif en fonction de l'importance des déformations existantes. Le profilé P comporte sur sa face Cl un retrait variable AB permettant la protection du joint J. Eventuellement, une feuillure DEF (Figures 1, 2 et 3) permet la réalisation 10 d'un complément d'étanchéité en tableau. On peut, en l'absence de cochonnet (ou de dépassement du dormant) utiliser un profilé plus simple présenté sur la figure 7. Indépendamment des faces précédemment citées, destinées à la fixation et à l'étanchéité, les autres faces visibles pourront recevoir toutes les formes adaptées à 15 l'esthétique des menuiseries concernées. Le matériau du profilé peut être le même que celui de la menuiserie en place ou tout autre, au gré des utilisateurs. Ce profilé peut accepter tout type de décoration ou de revêtement. 4) Présentation des figures annexées : 20 - Figure 1 : coupe de principe sur fenêtre - Figure 2 : coupe de principe sur portail de garage - Figure 3 : coupe de principe sur porte d'entrée - Figure 4 : vue en perspective du profilé - Figure 5 : exemple de profilé en aluminium 25 - Figure 6 : exemple de profilé en acier - Figure 7 : exemple de profilé en bois, pour tous types de support. 5) Exposé détaillé d'au moins un mode de réalisation de l'invention 1- Départ : profilé bois carré ou rectangulaire de longueur disponible dans le 30 commerce. 2- Equarrissage sur les 4 faces. 3- Réalisation à la machine de la feuillure ABC destinée à recevoir le joint (Figure 1) 4- Réalisation de la feuillure DEF destinée à recevoir le joint d'étanchéité 35 extérieur (Figure 1) 5- Réalisation de la feuillure CKL éventuellement nécessaire pour prendre en - 3 - compte l'épaisseur du cochonnet (Figure 3) 6- Usinage des faces vues, chanfrein, quart de rond, doucine ou congé selon l'esthétique de la menuiserie en place. FGHI (Figures 1 et 3) 7- Percement des trous ronds ou ovalisés pour fixation et réglage du profilé. 8- Pose éventuelle du joint autocollant en usine. 6) Indication de la manière dont l'invention est susceptible d'application industrielle Pour les éléments bois, le produit est susceptible d'être réalisé dans un atelier 10 de menuiserie traditionnelle, normalement équipé et mis en oeuvre par du personnel au moins de niveau C.A.P. Sa mise en oeuvre peut être effectuée par des artisans menuisiers - poseurs, le service maintenance de collectivité et les particuliers. Le produit peut être diffusé par des magasins spécialisés (gros ou détails), 15 rayons de bricolage de grande et moyenne surface ou tout autre mode de distribution.
