L'invention concerne un dispositif d'application d'un produit cosmétique sur des matières kératiniques humaines comportant : - une partie de préhension, - un organe d'application destiné à venir au contact de matières kératiniques humaines, - un système d'entraînement de l'organe d'application, pour entraîner ce dernier selon un mouvement prédéfini relativement à la partie de préhension, - au moins un moyen de préhension unidirectionnel adapté pour tenir la partie de préhension selon une orientation définie du dispositif, - un interrupteur comportant une première position et un seconde position permettant d'entrainer le mouvement prédéfini dans un premier sens, respectivement dans un second sens, - un indicateur visuel à positionner de façon prédéfinie par rapport à l'utilisateur lors de l'utilisation du dispositif, par exemple face à lui, l'indicateur visuel comportant un premier symbole positif et un premier symbole négatif visibles par l'utilisateur d'un premier coté du dispositif. La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'application d'un produit cosmétique sur les matières kératiniques humaines, et plus particulièrement mais non exclusivement les dispositifs d'application de mascara. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement un dispositif comportant une partie de préhension, un organe d'application destiné à venir au contact des matières kératiniques à traiter, et un système d'entraînement de l'organe d'application, pour entraîner ce dernier selon un mouvement prédéfini relativement à la partie de préhension, et notamment un mouvement rotatif. Par « produit cosmétique », on entend tout produit tel que défini dans 10 le Règlement (CE) n°1223/2009 du Parlement Européen et du Conseil du 30 novembre 2009 relatif aux produits cosmétiques.
