WITH AT LEAST ONE ACCESS PASSLE FOR A CAR SEAT ANCHORING WIRE AND CORRESPONDING VEHICLE DESCRIPTION TECHNICAL FIELD The invention relates to a vehicle seat equipped with at least one plug-in pad an access opening to an anchor wire for locking clips of a car seat, namely, infant seat, child seat, booster seat or the like, and a vehicle having at least one such seat. [0002] The method of fixing the car seats has broken down since the development of the ISOFIX concept and the entry into force of the corresponding standard in 2003. The attachment that previously involved the seat belts of vehicles now uses two clamps metal locking, located on the rear base of the car seats. Each clip is clipped onto an anchor wire accessible through a gap formed at the edge of the seat or at the base of the back of a vehicle seat. A third anti-rotation anchor hook has been added. This third hook is arranged at the end of either a strap fixed in the upper position of the car seat, and which is clipped on an integrated wire at the rear of the seat of the vehicle, or a rigid foot that comes to clipper via the hook on a wire integrated in the floor of the vehicle. The ISOFIX concept facilitates the installation of the seat and its transfer from one vehicle to another safely, removing the problems of belt length or badly fixed car seats. It has therefore been developed interfaces adapted to the vehicle seat to allow closing the access to the anchor wire when the car seat is not used. The invention relates to this type of development. STATE OF THE ART [0005] A known solution is to close the access opening with a rigid plate mounted and articulated in the frame of this opening. This plate made of thermoplastic material, in particular ABS (Acrylonitrilebutadiene-styrene), PP (polypropylene) or equivalent, generally comprises several parts to adapt the opening to the conformation of the clamps of the car seat to be clipped. It is also known from US 6322141 to insert a holding plate anchor wire of the car seat. This holding plate seals the opening formed in the vehicle seat, while allowing to pass through an advancing portion of the wire on which the clamps come to lock. This solution does not mask the entire anchor wire so that it does not perform the complete shutter function. The problem is to allow a total closure of the access to the anchor wire in a simple and easy, without the shutter does not cause a failure of flexibility of the seat or backrest of the seat for the comfort of passengers in the absence of a car seat.
OF THE INVENTION The invention aims precisely to achieve such a total closure of the opening of a vehicle seat, this opening allowing the locking tongs of a car seat to install to snap on a Anchorage thread of the ISOFIX type. To do this, the invention proposes a sealing pellet made of suitable material, integral with this opening and cut so that the locking clips of the car seat can pass through the pellet without causing irreversible deformation. The material is also sufficiently elastic that the clips, once removed, leave the pellet substantially undistorted. For this purpose, the present invention more specifically relates to a vehicle seat equipped with at least one closure plate of an opening adapted to allow a locking clip of a car seat to access to an anchoring wire, the substantially flat shutter pad being secured to the seat surrounding the opening. In this seat, the shutter pad has a central cut formed of at least two intersecting segments, including a main segment adapted to extend in use mode in the main plane of the locking clamp, so that said clamp is able to cross the main segment to come snap on the anchor wire. In addition, the sealing pellet is made of a sufficiently flexible and elastic material so that this sealing pellet can bend in bending from the cut when the clamp passes through it, and can perform a springback in substantially flat position after the clip has come out of the cutout when removing the car seat. According to preferred embodiments: the pellet consists of at least two perpendicular segments, which can intersect at their center to form a cross; the pellet is advantageously made of a material chosen between an elastomer material, a silicone and a thermoplastic elastomer; the elastomeric material is preferably chosen between a natural rubber, a synthetic rubber and an EPDM; - The fastening of the pellet around the opening can be achieved by a technique chosen between welding, sewing, screwing, riveting and clipping; - In the case of clipping, the chip and the opening may advantageously have contours at least partially reinforced by edges of thermoplastic material capable of reversibly coupling; the pellet may be made by molding capable of forming an ISOFIX logo in relief relative to the rest of the substantially flat sealing pellet. The invention also relates to a vehicle comprising at least one seat equipped with at least one chip to be traversed by a car seat locking clip as defined above.

In the present text, the qualifiers "horizontal", "vertical", "inclined", "lower" and "superior" refer to the positioning of elements, in particular cutting segments of the tablet or tablet. seat according to the invention, in the standard mode of use of the vehicle and according to their usual acceptance. Referring to the partial perspective view of a vehicle seat 1 according to Figure 1, it appears that the seat 11 of the seat 1 has an inclined cap 12. The seat 1 then consists of a folder 13 substantially vertical, the seat 11 substantially horizontal and the inclined cap 12 extending the seat 11 to the backrest 13. The seat 1 is generally covered with a leather covering in the example shown, but the coating could be in thick fabric or equivalent material. The inclined cap 12 is equipped according to the invention with a closure pellet 2 (hereinafter "pellet") an opening for accessing an anchor wire to lock in position a seat- auto (see Figure 2 and the corresponding passage in the detailed description). The pellet 2 is made of elastomeric material or equivalent so as not to integrate a rigid part in a so-called comfort zone. [0016] Formally, the pellet 2 has a rectangular outline 21 with rounded sums, and a thickness adapted to not be prominent relative to its surroundings, while maintaining its elasticity. This patch 2 is here sewn at the edge around the perimeter of the coating of the cap 12 surrounding the patch 2. Alternatively, the patch could be glued or clipped around this periphery. Before being sewn, the wafer 2 is first obtained by injection molding according to known techniques. The mold is designed to allow the realization of the inscription "ISOFIX" and its logo, in accordance with the standard and the regulations in force. Such indications 22 thus appear in slight relief on the substantially flat face of the pellet 2 and also locate the ISOFIX anchoring function of the car seat to be installed. The wafer 2 is then cut in a centered cut constituted here of two segments 23a and 23b perpendicular, intersecting at their center C to form a cross. The segment 23a said principal is vertical and the segment 23b is horizontal. In the example, the cut is made by laser beam. Alternatively, it could be carried out by any other means known to the person skilled in the art: water jet, electroerosion wire, plasma or equivalent. The cross section of the pellet 2 allows a flexible deformation of each of its four corners having for the center C - these corners bending in bending - to introduce the locking clip of the car seat. The clamp, which extends mainly in a vertical plane, through the main segment 23a, itself vertical. The horizontal segment facilitates deformation in flexion. After removal, these corners return to their substantially flat initial position until reforming the center C due to the elasticity of the material used to make the pellet, here an EPDM elastomer material. The opening 3 is made in the foam padding 32 of the cap 12, as shown by the partial sectional view of the seat 1 of Figure 2. This sectional view is made in a vertical plane perpendicularly at the cap 12, and through the pellet 2 according to the vertical cutout 23a. The patch 2 appears inclined in Figure 2, as the cap 12 on which it is sewn. The horizontal segment 23b also appears in section. In addition, the pellet 2 is extended along the cap 12 to come on its lower side 2i fit into a hollow 14 padding, formed between the cap 12 and the seat 11 of the seat 1. The upper side 2s of the pellet 2 comes, in turn, resting on the upper edge 12s of the cap 12 in contact with the backrest 13. [0022] Crossing the pellet 2 along the main segment 23a and the access opening 3, the clip car seat locking device (not shown), extending in the vertical plane of the figure, can be clipped onto the anchor wire 31. This anchor wire 31 consists of a steel tube having a linear portion 31a extending parallel to the cap 12 and therefore perpendicular to the clamp or the main segment 23a through which the clamp. The clip is more precisely clipper on this portion 31a. The invention is not limited to the embodiments described and shown. In particular, the pellets can be positioned at the bottom of the backrest or in the upper edge of the seat, instead of the seat cap as in the example described above. Furthermore, the pellet may be used to seal the opening dedicated to the third anti-rotation ISOFIX anchor hook (known as TOPTETHER) and arranged at the end of the strap fixed in the upper position of the seat -auto. The pellet is then secured to the back carpet of the file. Alternatively if the hook is attached to the end of a rigid foot, the patch is secured to the floor mat. In addition, the cutting of the chip may have more than two segments, for example three segments in the form of "H". This "H" shape is adapted when the clamp extends horizontally or also has in section a shape "H" at least partially equivalent. According to other examples, the blank can be in the form of "T" (right or inverted), "I", or equivalent. When the pellet is in the form of a cross, the segments may extend in horizontal / vertical directions, as in the example illustrated, or in directions inclined for example at 45 ° relative to the horizontal / vertical directions. Advantageously, depending on the shape of the cut, the chip may have a generally geometric shape contour chosen between a rectangle, an oval - in particular an oblong shape -, a triangle and a rhombus, or equivalent.
