The present invention relates to a rolling shelter. It relates more particularly to a rolling shelter of the type comprising a load transporting roller tray, a frame carried by said plate, said armature comprising two end structures interconnected by two foldable side walls for the passage of said armature. a deployed position of shelter from the surface of the plate in which the side walls are deployed and the end structures are spaced apart from each other and delimit with the side walls a generally parallelepiped shaped enclosure, at a position folded at least partial release of the tray surface in which the side walls are folded and end structures are brought closer to each other, and vice versa. Such rolling shelters are well known to those skilled in the art, as illustrated in particular by European patent EP 1 775 160. Up to now, the armature surmounting the plate is relatively heavy and bulky. An object of the present invention is therefore to provide a shelter of the aforementioned type whose design allows the implementation of a simplified and lightweight frame. To this end, the subject of the invention is a rolling shelter comprising a rolling platform for load transport, such as a platform for a truck, a trailer, a wagon or the like, and an armature carried by said platform, said frame comprising two end structures interconnected by two foldable side walls for the passage of said armature from a deployed position of shelter from the surface of the plate, in which the side walls are deployed and the end structures are spaced apart; from one another and delimit with the side walls an enclosure of parallelepipedal general shape, to a folded position of at least partial release of the tray surface in which the side walls are folded and the end structures are moved closer together one of the other and vice versa, characterized in that at least a part of the frame is, for the passage of said armature from one position to another, mount slidably movable along the guide path plate, and in that the collapsible side walls are scissor walls formed of two end scissors each coupled to an end structure and at least one, preferably a plurality of intermediate scissors interposed between the end scissors, the branches of each intermediate chisel being connected to the adjacent intermediate chisel or end branches by a pivot link having an axis parallel to the pivot axis connecting the branches a chisel between them, at least some scissors of one of the side walls having one of their branches connected to the branch of a chisel of the side wall facing a cross member adapted to form a roof element in position deployed from the frame. Preferably, the branches of each chisel are disposed one, said inner branch, on the inner side side of the scissor side wall, that is to say facing towards the inside of the enclosure delimited by said wall in position. deployed from the frame, the other, said outer branch, on the outer side of the scissor side wall, in that the branch of the scissors of one of the side walls connected to the branch of a chisel of the side wall facing a cross is the outer branch of said scissors and in that the cross members are disposed in bearing contact on the inner branches of the scissors in the deployed position of the armature. The sleepers thus simultaneously form both a roof element and end stops of the frame in the deployed position. This results in a simplification of the whole. Preferably, the branch of scissors connectable to the branch of a scissor facing a cross comprises an extension on which one end of the cross member is fixed non-articulated manner. Preferably, each scissors branch comprises two substantially parallel end arms interconnected by a connecting arm extending substantially parallel to the plane of the plate in the deployed position of the armature. Preferably, the extension of the chisel branch on which one end of the crossmember is fixed extends substantially parallel to the connecting arm between two end arms. Preferably, the end scissors are each coupled to an end structure with one of the branches of said end scissor pivotally coupled to said end structure and the other leg of said end scissors coupled to said end structure. pivoting and sliding to said end structure. Preferably, the means for sliding movement of the armature along the plate comprise carriages arranged at the base of at least one of the end structures. Preferably, the plate is a flatbed comprising at least two side walls each extending parallel to the sliding direction of movement of the frame between the folded and deployed positions, each side wall being flanked by two posts capable of supporting each an end structure. With this design, the slats, preferably pivoting, can be lowered or raised by pivotal displacement in the deployed position of the armature, without impairing the maintenance position of the armature. Preferably, the shelter comprises a tarpaulin-type flexible covering covering the roof crosspieces of the enclosure in the deployed position of the armature, this cover being provided with so-called longitudinal flaps each of which overlaps at least partially with the frame. one of the side walls with scissors.
Preferably, each flap is provided at or near its free longitudinal edge with a ring forming a guide path along which one, preferably a plurality of, carriages provided with hooking means. an at least partial closure cover of a side wall of the enclosure in the deployed position of the frame is slidable. As mentioned above, the rolling shelter 1 object of the invention comprises a load transport platform 2 and a frame 5 carried by said tray. The rolling platform 2 can be a truck platform, wagon trailer or the like.
In the example shown, the plate 2 is a flat bed 3 comprising two longitudinal sides 3 pivotally mounted along an axis parallel to the longitudinal axis of the plate, in a manner known per se, to allow the passage of said side panels from a closed position to an open position and vice versa.
The armature 5 made essentially of metal comprises two end structures 6 interconnected by two foldable lateral walls 7 for the displacement of said armature 5 between a deployed position of shelter from the surface of the plate 2 in which the side walls 7 are deployed and the end structures 6 are spaced apart from each other and delimit, with the side walls 7, a generally parallelepiped shaped enclosure and a folded position of at least partial release of the surface of the tray 2 wherein the side walls 7 are folded and the end structures 6 are brought closer to each other. Said end structures 6 each comprise two uprights 20 connected by a cross member to form a frame adapted to be provided with filling elements, as illustrated by one of the end structures in FIG. end structures 6 extend to the corners of the plate 2 with side panels 3 in the deployed position of the frame. Characteristically according to the invention, at least part of the armature 5 is, for the passage of said armature 5 from one position to another, mounted to slide along the plate 2, in particular along the longitudinal edges of the plate 2 forming a guide path. In the example shown, the sliding movement means 16 of the armature along the plate 2 comprise carriages arranged at the base of one of the end structures 6. In particular, these carriages equip the lower end of the uprights of one of the end structures and are able to slide along the free upper edge of the side panels 3 forming guide path in the closed vertical position of the latter. To allow a pivotal displacement of the longitudinal sidewalls 3 in the deployed position of the frame for the passage of said sidewalls from the closed position to the open position, each side wall 3 is framed by two posts 4 supports each able to support a structure 6 d 'end.
In the example shown, only one end structure 6 is slidably movable along the plate, the other being fixed. Of course, a solution where the two end structures 6 are slidably movable could also be considered without departing from the scope of the invention. The collapsible lateral walls 7 are in turn scissor walls formed by two end scissors 8, each coupled to an end structure 6 and a plurality, in this case four intermediate scissors 9, interposed between the scissors 8 d. 'end. The end scissors 8 are each coupled to an end structure 6 with one of the branches shown at 12 in the figures and referred to as the outer branch 12 of the chisel as mentioned below, pivotally coupled to said structure 6 of FIG. end and the other branch shown in 13 to the figures and called the inner branch 13 of said end chisel 8 coupled to pivoting and sliding to said end structure 6. The pivot links have an axis parallel to the connecting axis connecting the branches 25 of said scissors to each other. The branches 12, 13 of each intermediate chisel are connected to the adjacent intermediate scissors branches 9 by a pivot link 10 having an axis parallel to the axis 11 pivot connecting the branches 12, 13 of a chisel between them for forming a plurality of parallelograms, in particular lozenges, arranged side by side. The pivot links are arranged at or near each end of the branches of the intermediate scissors 9. The branches 12, 13 of each chisel 8, 9 are arranged one, said inner branch 13, on the inner side side of the sidewall scissors, that is to say turned towards the inside of the enclosure delimited by said wall 7 in the deployed position of the frame 5, the other said outer branch 12, outer side side of the side wall scissors. At least some of the scissors, in this case all the intermediate scissors of one of the side walls have their outer branch 12 connected to the outer branch 12 of a chisel of the side wall 7 facing a cross member 14 adapted to forming a roof element in the deployed position of the frame 5. The coupling of the crosspieces to the outer branch 12 of the scissors allows said rails to be disposed in abutment contact with the inner branches 13 of the scissors 8, 9 in position deployed armature 5 and thus to form end stops of the deployment of the armature. In the examples shown, each chisel has a general X shape and each chisel branch comprises two arms 121 or 131 substantially parallel end, interconnected by a link arm 122, 132 extending substantially parallel to the plane of the plate 2 in the deployed position of the frame 5. This shape makes it possible in particular to avoid the nip between the branches of said scissors of a tarpaulin roof covering, overlapping the crosspieces, and which will be described below. The outer branch 12 of scissors connectable to the branch of a scissor facing a cross member 14 comprises an extension 15 on which one end of the cross member 14 is fixed non-articulated manner. This extension 15 extends substantially parallel to the arms 122 or 132 connecting the arms 121 or 131 end, in the deployed position of the frame 5. The cross-members 14 of the blade type coupled to the scissors facing both sides 5 side are adapted to pass, when folding the armature, a position in which they are arranged substantially coplanar spaced apart from each other with the faces of said blades disposed substantially horizontally, that is to say say substantially parallel to the surface of the plate, at a position in which they are disposed adjacent in bearing contact by their faces which extend, transversely to the plane of the plate, in a substantially vertical plane. To complete the assembly, the shelter comprises a cover 17 flexible tarpaulin type overlapping the cross members 14 forming a roof of the enclosure in the deployed position of the frame 5, this cover 17 being provided with flaps 18 15 called longitudinal coming from each at least partially covering one of the sidewalls 7 with scissors. Each flap 18 is provided at or near its free longitudinal edge with a rod 19 forming a guide path along which one, preferably a plurality of carriages 20 provided with hooking means. a cover 21 for at least partial closure of a side wall of the enclosure in the deployed position of the frame 5 is slidable. This cover 21 of lateral closure may be formed of panels hinged together, said panels forming an accordion-deformable wall as shown in FIG. 5. This cover 21 may also be in the form of a simple cover of tarpaulin type as illustrated. in FIG. 4. The operation of a shelter as represented in FIG. 5 can be as follows: the armature 5 being in the deployed position as shown, the lateral cover 21 can be opened to allow access to the inside of the enclosure. When necessary, an end structure 6 of the armature can be slidably displaced along the plate 2, to bring the armature 5 in the folded position. During this sliding movement, the side walls 7 retract, by closing the scissors, and a portion of the roof cover 17 is housed between the branches of the scissors, as shown in Figure 6. The transition to the position deployed armature operates by reverse displacement of the end structure 6.
