Abstract

Description

The present invention relates to a multiple closure element for a container receiving a cosmetic product, the container comprising a dispensing neck of the cosmetic product, the element comprising an upper part and a lower part. , interconnected and defining a receiving volume of the neck between them. The cosmetic product is in particular a cosmetic product intended to be applied to the skin or the body fibers of a user. The cosmetic product is for example a care product, in particular a facial or body cream formula, a shampoo, a hair mask, a cleansing oil, a treatment oil, a washing cream, a scrub, a mask, a sunscreen. More generally, a "cosmetic product" is a product as defined in Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 November 2009 on cosmetic products. The packaging of care products or hygiene have significant costs, which makes these products difficult to access for the internal markets of many countries and especially emerging countries. In these countries, a large number of cosmetic products are sold in sachets. The major disadvantage of such sachets is the quantity of the product contained inside the sachet. In general, this amount is relatively small because the bags are not intended to be closed after use. However, there are already several technologies for closing a bag or more generally a container receiving a product. Thus, for example, DE 1977357 describes a closure system that clips on both sides of the periphery of the bag. This system is able to be unclipped to release the product opening. However, this solution is not completely satisfactory. In particular, such a system needs to be unclipped from the bag to release the product opening. This makes the use of this system relatively laborious and impractical. There is another type of closure comprising a removable piece. Thus, GB 2153895 discloses an E-shaped piece which is adapted to be removed from the bag to release the product.

US 44600091 discloses a simple clamp which holds folded the end of a bag on which is deposited a sealant coating.

US 2152745 still describes a clamp for maintaining contiguous two sides of a leather bag. There is another type of closures that are able to close a bag tightly and that do not have additional parts.

Thus, for example, the document WO 2010/47645 describes a system in which an adhesive strip makes it possible to keep the open end of a bag folded. The document US 2008/0056623 describes a bag whose cutting shape keeps folded the neck after opening. The object of the present invention is to propose a closure element that is able to operate in a particularly simple and practical manner, in particular to be associated with an inexpensive container. In particular, the invention aims to provide an effective closure element, while remaining simple to handle. To this end, the subject of the invention is a closure element of the aforementioned type, in which the upper part comprises a button that can be actuated by a user between: an opening position in which the cosmetic product is able to circulate in the reception volume through the neck; - A closed position in which the button penetrates at least partially into the receiving volume to prevent the passage of cosmetic product through the neck. According to other advantageous aspects of the invention, the element comprises one or more of the following characteristics, taken in isolation or in any technically possible combination: the lower part of the element comprises at least one relief intended for to receive the neck in support; - The or each relief is formed by a projection, projecting towards the upper part; - The button of the upper part comprises at least one complementary relief intended to come into contact with the neck, opposite the relief; - The or each complementary relief is formed by an additional projection, projecting towards the lower part, at least in the closed position; - The relief and the complementary relief are staggered, at least in the closed position; - The upper part comprises a base mounted fixed relative to the lower part, the button being mounted on the base movable in rotation between the open position and the closed position; - The button comprises at least one actuating region of the neck closure, projecting outside the base in the open position; and the upper part of the element is assembled, advantageously in a reversible manner, on the lower part of the element, the element comprising at least one fastener carried by the lower part and a complementary fastener carried by the upper part to cooperate with the fastener.

The invention also relates to a cosmetic product packaging kit comprising: a container defining a neck; - A closure element as described above, adapted to be mounted on the neck.

FIG. 1 illustrates a container 10 forming part of a cosmetic product packaging kit according to the invention. Such a container 10 is able to receive, for example, a cosmetic product. The cosmetic product is advantageously a care product, especially a facial or body cream formula, a shampoo, a hair mask, a cleansing oil, a treating oil, a washing cream, a scrub, a mask, a sunscreen. Such a cosmetic product is advantageously intended to be applied to a body surface of a user. The body surface is for example the skin of a user, or keratinous fibers such as hair, eyelashes or eyebrows. The container 10 defines a receiving volume 12 of cosmetic product and a neck 14 connected to the receiving volume 12. The cosmetic product contained in the receiving volume 12 is able to be dispensed through the neck 14.

The neck 14 comprises a first flexible wall 16 and a second flexible wall 18. The two walls 16 and 18 are placed facing one another and define between them a circulation volume of cosmetic product. The two walls 16 and 18 are fixed to one another on their periphery.

The neck 14 is for example of substantially rectangular shape with a side 20 connected to the receiving volume 12. By "substantially rectangular" means in particular that the curvature of each side delimiting this shape is greater than all the other dimensions of the container 10.

According to the same example, the periphery of the two walls 16 and 18 comprises a first assembly zone 22 and a second assembly zone 24. The two assembly zones 22 and 24 are placed facing each other and are substantially parallel to each other. The periphery of the two walls 16 and 18 further comprises an opening zone 26 on the side opposite the side 20. In the opening zone 26, the first wall 16 is able to be released from the second wall 18 to open the door. 14. Alternatively, the opening zone 26 is separable from the neck 14. In particular, the opening zone 26 is able to be torn to release a downstream opening in the neck 14. The container 10 further defines at least a through hole 28 for fixing a closure element 30 forming part of the packaging kit. The closing element 30 is able to be fixed reversibly on the container 10. In particular, it is intended to be mounted on the neck 14 as shown in FIG.

The element 30 has a contour similar to the contour of the neck 14. Thus, the element 30 is able to be positioned upstream of the opening zone 26. The closure element 30 is able to move from a non -assembled, in which it is located away from the container 10, and in a state assembled on the neck 14. The element 30 is intended to close multiple, sealed and reversible, the container 10, when occupied its assembled state on the neck 14. Figures 3 and 4 illustrate a cross section of the element 30 in the assembled state. As illustrated in these figures, the closure element 30 has an upper portion 32 and a lower portion 34.

These two parts 32 and 34 are able to be separated in the unassembled state of the element 30 and to be connected together in the assembled state. In the assembled state, the two parts 32 and 34 define a receiving volume 36 of the neck 14 between them, which extends along an axis BB 'of product distribution, between an upstream insertion opening of the neck 14 and a downstream outlet opening of the neck 14. The element 30 comprises a plurality of fixing members 40, here secured to the upper part 32, and a plurality of complementary fastening members 42, here secured to the lower part. 34. Each complementary fastening member 42 is adapted to cooperate with a fastener 40. These fasteners 40 and 42 ensure the assembly of the element 30 by connecting the two parts 32 and 34 in a reversible manner. As illustrated in Figure 3, each fastener 40 is formed by a detent pin. The element 30 has a plurality of pins distributed on at least one of the parallel edges of the lower portion 34.

Each complementary fixing member 42 is positioned on the upper part 32 facing at least one fixing member 40 and defines a receiving volume of at least one pin. The lower part 34 is formed by a shell defining a bearing surface of the neck 14. It comprises at least one relief, which in this example is formed by a projection 44, 46. In this example, the lower portion 34 comprises two projections 44 and 46 oriented towards the upper part 32, advantageously formed by ribs perpendicular to the bearing surface.

The projections 44 and 46 are spaced longitudinally along the axis B-B '. They define between them an intermediate space 48. The second wall 18 of the neck 14 is able to bear on the projections 44 and 46. The upper part 32 of the element 30 has a base 49 fixedly mounted relative to the lower part. 34. According to the invention, the upper part 32 of the element 30 further comprises a button 50 mounted on the base 49 and able to be actuated by the user between an open position PO, visible in FIG. 3 , and a closing position PF, visible in FIG. 4.

The button 50 is movable in rotation between the open position PO and the closed position PF, about an axis AA 'which is, for example, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis BB' of product distribution through the element 30. The button 50 is provided with pivots 51 located on two edges of the button 50 parallel to the axis B-B '. These pivots 51 extend along the axis A-A 'and bear on the lower portion 34 as shown in Figure 2. The button 50 is thus a rocker button. It comprises a region 54 for actuating the closure of the neck 14 and a region 56 for actuating the opening of the neck 14. The region 54 is illustrated in FIG. 3 in which the button 50 is in the open position. PO. The region of actuation of the closure 54 projects outwardly from the base 49. The button 50 comprises a complementary relief formed by at least one additional projection 62 directed towards the lower part 34 of the element 30 in the closed position PF of the button 50. The additional projection 62 is intended to come into contact with the first wall 16 of the neck 14 opposite the projections 44 and 46. Thus, the additional projection 62 is adapted to be received in the intermediate space 48 in the closed position PF of the button 50. The projections 44, 46 and 62 are extend transversely with respect to the neck 14 and are placed on the same side with respect to the axis AA 'of rotation of the button 50.

Thus, in the closed position PF of the button 50, the two walls 16 and 18 are clamped against each other. The neck 14 is held in abutment on the projections 44 and 46 via the additional projection 62 as shown in FIG. 4. The projection 62 of the button 50 is inserted into the intermediate space 48 between the projections 44 and 46 secured to the lower portion 34, in the interior volume 36.

The projections 44, 46 and 62 are staggered. In this position, the button 50 thus prevents the passage of the cosmetic product through the neck 14. In the open position PO of the button 50 shown in Figure 3, the projection 62 is away from the projections 44 and 46 outside the intermediate space 48. The walls 16 and 18 are not pinched. Thus, in this position, the walls 16, 18 can deviate and the product is able to flow through the neck 14. The cosmetic product dispensing method according to the invention will now be described.

Initially, the container 10 is supplied with the neck 14 closed. The closure zone 26 is sealed. The cosmetic product is contained in the container 10. The closure element 30 is initially supplied in the non-assembled state with the knob 50 positioned in the open position PO.

Then, the lower part 34 of the element 30 is engaged under the second wall 18 of the neck 14 by inserting each fastener 40 in a through hole 28. The element 30 is then assembled by mounting the upper part 32 on the first wall 16. Each complementary fixing member 42 is engaged with a fixing member 40, advantageously through a through hole 28.

The upper part 32 is then fixed on the lower part 34. The parts 32, 34 delimit between them the receiving volume 36, through which the neck 14 is engaged, between the upstream insertion opening and the downstream opening. The button 50 is then swung into the closed position PF by pressing the region 54. Then, the neck 14 is open downstream of the element 30 by removing, tearing or cutting the opening zone 26. dispensing the cosmetic product, the button 50 is tilted into the open position PO, by rotation about its axis A-A ', by pressing the region 56 projecting. The user then presses the walls 16, 18 of the container 10 to push the cosmetic product out of the neck 14. After dispensing the product, the neck 14 is closed by tilting the button 50 in the closed position.

The closure or opening action of the neck 14 may be repeated indefinitely. When the neck 14 is closed by the button 50, the walls 16, 18 are pressed against each other by means of the projections 44 and 46, receiving between them the complementary projection 62. The cosmetic product contained in the volume 14 is then sealed, which allows its packaging at a lower cost, for an increased duration. The element 30 according to the invention thus makes it possible to use containers 10 of low cost, but with a larger volume of cosmetic product in each container 10, since the product can be sealed in the container 10 when the element 30 is mounted on the container 10. After the cosmetic product has been used up in the container 10 and if the assembly of the element 30 is reversible, the element 30 is disassembled, releasing each fastening member 40 with respect to the Complementary fastener 42. The element 30 can then be used with other containers.

Alternatively, the element 30 is provided permanently mounted on the neck 14, in its assembled state. The operation of the kit according to the invention for dispensing the cosmetic product is similar to that described above. Alternatively, the button 50 is a sliding button relative to the base 49 or any other button for gripping the walls 16 and 18 between them in the closed position PF and to release the passage of the product in the open position PO.
