Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de liaison entre un piquet en bois et une traverse ou entre un piquet en bois et une jambe de force, éléments constitutifs d'une clôture ou d'enclos. Le dispositif comporte support piquet (1), un axe de jonction (2) et un support de la traverse (3). L'assemblage des éléments bois, piquet (5) et traverse (6) ou jambe de force, est assuré par des liens (4). -1- La présente invention concerne un dispositif de liaison entre un piquet en bois et une traverse ou entre un piquet en bois et une jambe de force, éléments constitutifs d'une clôture ou d'enclos.The present invention relates to a connecting device between a wooden stake and a cross or between a wooden stake and a strut, constituting elements of a fence or enclosures.

Traditionnellement on distingue 2 catégories de clôtures : les résidentielles et les fonctionnelles. Dans la catégorie des résidentielles l'objectif est de réaliser un dispositif dont la composante esthétique est primordiale. Peu de dispositifs utilisent du bois. Peu de dispositifs prennent en charge les problèmes d'accident du terrain. Notons les brevets n° US7121530 « Fence bracket system and fence system using the fence bracket system » et le brevet Fr2507659 « Clôture oscillantes tout terrain ». On notera l'exigence dans la qualité des matériaux utilisés (formes géométriques parfaites) ainsi que l'usage de poteau (diamètre globalement supérieur à 17 cm) et non de simples piquets. La catégorie des clôtures fonctionnelles cherche à utiliser des matériaux plus rustiques, moins usinés, moins chers. C'est l'usage agricole par excellence. Les piquets bois sont principalement ronds et en châtaigner. Ils ne sont pas fraisés, c'est-à-dire ni parfaitement rondsni parfaitement calibrés. La présente invention s'intéresse aux clôture fonctionnelles faites en piquet ronds, non exclusivement, mais principalement. La réalisation traditionnelle de ces clôtures est de planter les piquets et de réaliser l'enceinte avec du fil de fer. Plus tard, sur ce fil on y reposera du grillage, des bois ou différentes palissades afin de clôturer. Les avantages du modèle traditionnel sont : - Pose simple : o Simplicité lors de la pose des piquets du fait du peu de contraintes (intervalle inter-piquets ; verticalité de la pose ; alignement approximatif) o Prise en compte des accidents du terrain à clôturer. o Ne nécessite pas un aménagement inter-piquet. -2- - Durabilité o Pas de mortaises ou d'éléments affaiblissants le piquet. o Assez bonne longévité malgré les conditions météorologiques (chaleur, ultraviolet, neige, gel). Cependant les problèmes qu'occasionne ce genre de solution sont nombreux : - Affaiblissement inter piquet : o La tension du fil entre les piquets affaiblit la clôture notamment dans les angles de l'enclos. o Une défaillance dans la tension du fil et c'est la clôture toute entière qui est affaiblie. - Renforcement difficile o fi est assez rare de voir une réalisation plus grande que la hauteur d'homme. o Les jambes de force sont difficiles à réaliser du fait de la forme ronde des piquets. o Les mortaises et autres entailles affaiblissent la réalisation. - Durabilité : o Le recyclage des piquets en bois ne pose généralement pas de problème. Par contre les fils et grillages sont difficiles à reconditionner en fin de vie de la clôture.Traditionally there are two categories of fences: residential and functional. Ces supports sont eux même attachés au piquet (5) d'un côté et à la traverse (6) ou jambe de force de l'autre. Ils sont attachés par des liens (4). Ces liens enserrent et maintiennent l'ensemble. Le recyclage est simple. Selon une variante non illustrée les supports (1) et (2) peuvent être en forme de U ou de V et fait d'acier inoxydable, 5 aluminium ou même en synthèse (résine, plastique'). Selon une variante non illustrée le support de traverse (3) peut être fixé au support (1) de telle manière à être déporté de l'axe inter-piquet. Ce montage permet de consolider par son milieu une traverse trop longue ou simplement d'éviter de réduire la 10 longueur de la traverse. A titre d'exemple non limitatif, la longueur des supports (1) et (2) est avantageusement comprise entre 15 et 40 am.
